I Will Conquer The World!

Merrion nodded as that was what it seemed like to him too.

He knew the king of Eryeth personally, and knew that he wouldn't make petty mistakes such as these. He had made it his life's aim to keep improving his kingdom and making it reach new heights.

So, Merrion was sure that he wouldn't just ruin everything that he and his ancestors built from so long, in a day unless he had gone mad.

He then asked his son, "How exactly do you think that the impostor has done all this?"

Cadfan said, "There are only two ways that the impostor could have done this. One, he was close to the king, due to which he could affect him and the soldiers, thus causing all this. But, this is unlikely as if this was the case, the king of Eryeth should have already placed a bounty on his head to capture him. Even if their treasury is empty, they should have some valuable things that would attract bounty hunters and mercenaries.

Or, the impostor should have planned this carefully from years, and finally had the chance to implement it."

Merrion smiled and then asked, "What should be the next step we take?"

Cadfan said attentively, "We should attack Eryeth with our army, as we are one of the closest kingdoms to Eryeth, and we can definitely get a share of the land."

Merrion smiled while nodding and said, "Good. Tell the knights to do that, then."

Cadfan got up and headed to the barracks to pass on the orders of the king to the commander.

Harry sat in his room, staring at the usables that he had claimed from the system with a grin spread over his face.

There was a double sided portal along with a power source for it.

The soldiers were getting ready and were gearing up to head to the other world, and as soon as they were ready, he would set up a portal and unite the human kingdoms.

He felt pumped up just thinking about it.

Meanwhile, all hell was let loose in Eryeth.

Three kingdoms marched into Eryeth, ready to take it over.

Merrion looked at the other two armies gravely. He did not want to engage in a full on war with them now. It would be better if they could just peacefully distribute Eryeth amongst themselves.

This thought was also shared by the other kings.

The three kings arranged for a meeting and met up in a temporary camp they set up.

The king of Ikriven looked at the king of Xanetia and the king of Laitidel.

All three of them engaged in a glare contest, glaring at each other without blinking. If eyes could kill, all three kings would have died countless times already.

Finally, the king of Laitidel, Dafne Laitidel broke the silence by saying, "Let's split up the kingdom in three parts. It's fair and just, isn't it?"

The king of Xanetia, Sommer Xanetia guffawed before saying, "All of you are forgetting a crucial point. The king of Eryeth is still alive! Who knows what trump cards he still has left?!"

The king of Laitidel laughed and said, "You overestimate him. He has nothing left now. His treasury is empty, soldiers dead, his civilians hate him. What else do you expect him to do in this condition?"

Merrion smiled and said, "But, you keep forgeting one thing. The body of a starved camel is still bigger than a living horse. Just because Eryeth is in a desperate situation now, doesn't mean that they've always been weak. They might have saved some trump cards for a condition like this."

This made the king of Laitidel sink into deep thought after which he sighed. He said, "Okay. I agree that there may be some hidden dangers that we may not know or have foreseen. But, I do not want to leave a big piece of meat in front of us just because there 'may' be some dangers. 

The king of Xanetia put a thoughtful expression before saying, "Let's do this. We'll cooperate and attack on the castle of Eryeth with our combined forces and then split Eryeth equally."

Both the king of Laitidel and Merrion expressed their agreement at this idea. 

But they did not know that even their three forces combined is not enough to conquer Eryeth....

Harry looked at the portal that he placed lovingly. This was the portal that would take all the soldiers into Ilin, thus allowing Harry to conquer it.
