I Will Conquer The World!

The queen and princess of Aduseon had already walked in the tunnel for over an hour. The queen was starting to get slightly scared at the absurd length of this tunnel.

They had been walking and walking for an hour, only able to see the tunnel properly due to her illumination spell.

At first she did not notice it as she was running away from the man in black armor frantically, but now she noticed clearly that the tunnel was spherical. It was perfectly round on the top and sides with the floor being perfectly straight, almost like the tunnel was made artificially. Not almost, it was definitely made artificially.

She felt like kicking herself for entering this tunnel without noticing it's abnormalities. 

But, the thing was, at the start, when she entered the tunnel, it was crooked and like any other naturally formed tunnel. But after she ran for about twenty minutes, the tunnel started curving and molding outwards slowly, becoming like the one she was currently walking in.

The princess whispered with fear, "When will the end of the tunnel come..?"

The queen said with a soft and reassuring smile, "It'll come soon. Don't worry. We can just go back-"

She was interrupted by a hand that pierced into her stomach from the back.

She felt pain overcome her whole body. Before she could even try to do anything, the hand twisted in her stomach and then another hand cut her head off.

The princes on the other hand had completely different fears. 

She was afraid of being locked up in closed places. And she would be extremely terrified if they were small spaces.

Yup, she was claustrophobic. The worst kind of phobia you could have when stuck in a tiny tunnel in a cave.

While the queen was afraid when the tunnel expanded outwards, and it became apparent that it was man made, the princess on the other hand, was all cheers.

She was extremely pleased that the tunnel expanded outwards, as it gave her a bit more space and reduced her anxiousness. But, she was still anxious, and the anxiousness was growing by the second when she could not see any exit to the tunnel.

She started completely panicking when it had been around 45 minutes since they entered the tunnel.

Her mind was a mess as she felt like she was in a nightmare, stuck in a never ending tunnel.

She forcefully calmed herself down and took deep breaths and asked the queen in an extremely low and soft voice, "When will the end of the tunnel come..?"

The queen turned towards her, smiled in a soft manner, and said, "It'll come soon. Don't worry. We can just go back-"

The princess too was smiling and listening to what her mother was saying when suddenly, a hand pierced through her mother's stomach.

Blood splattered all over the cave's walls as the illumination spell that her mother's mana was fuelling suddenly stopped.

The princess's brain could not process what had just happened at she stared blankly at the darkness in front of her.

Before she could do anything, or even react, she felt a warm liquid splash over her face again, and something fall on her leg.

Her brain finally realized that something was happening, and that it was definitely dangerous, and released a surge of adrenaline through her body.

She used an illumination spell and used all the defensive spells she knows to protect herself.

As soon as the illumination spell lit up the surroundings, the princess felt her heart lurch and grief and fear overcome her.

The thing that was near her leg was her mother's head! She looked around her for the person who did it, and the body of her mother's.

There was no sign of both of those.

The princess felt her hair stand at the end, and her body go into complete alertness.

She felt an intense urge to cry over come her. After all, her mother had just been killed. But, she stopped herself. She had to survive. 

A green barrier surrounded her due to the defensive spell she used.

The princess looked around her, abruptly turning at times because she felt someone behind her.

She was on the edge.

She was sure that she would have a mental breakdown if this continued.

The black figure did not care if it's victims would have trauma due to the experience it will cause. It loved playing with its victims before killing them. It was like a cat that played with a mouse before slowly killing it.

It had to kill off the elderly witch as she was a threat. She was strong enough to cause some damage to it.

It's master was still recovering it's powers. It could not risk endangering him.

But for this young girl on the other hand... it could enjoy playing with her how much ever she wanted as she was not strong at all. She was mediocre at the best.

It's master only needed the human's life source. It was free to do anything it wanted to their bodies.

It slowly went towards the young girl and plunged its claws at her.

The defensive barrier that she had made around her was sliced like it was butter when it touched the figure's claws.

The figure than scraped the back of the young girl swiftly and dissapeared into the darkness of the tunnel.

The princess was on guard and was slowly turning her body around so that nothing could suddenly attack her.

She felt slightly more confident at the thought that she was atleast prepared when she suddenly felt extreme pain radiate from her back.

She collapsed onto the floor as tears streamed out from her eyes uncontrollably.

She could see blood drip down from her back near her face.

She had all kinds of thoughts go through her mind, but only one stuck firmly.

'Is this how I will die? So pitifully? After the way that I lived, will I die in such a pitiful manner without even being able to fight back?!' 

She pushed her body up as she struggled to get up. 

'No! I won't end this way!', she shouted in her head.

But just when she felt passion burning in her heart, just when she was giving it her all, she was killed.

Well lol I feel so bad to do that to her, but she would die in the MC's hands otherwise anyway. So, what does it matter??

I'm also thinking of including a function like scope of personality that will give him powers to examine all his citizens and kill those who are not loyal [Grins evilly and scarily.]
