As a matter of fact, three of them were said to be in a tomb hidden in the buffer zone of Losea and Chodora Kingdom.

'How did you know about this?' Reiji asked.

'Perks of consuming that Cursed Mask. This is why I'm quite knowledgeable… If I consumed a Sentient Arcana, I can also take their memories. Don't you have this ability?'

'What? No… That's too convenient…But I would like to have that!'

'Haha… I'm lucky with my Deity, I guess.'

The wand Arcana replied with a chuckle. It seems that she's glad to know that Reiji doesn't have such ability.

However, while they are chatting like this, Reiji was also doing something else…

Rufus and his group completed their transactions in a popular merchant stall and received a lot of money. He also visited the apothecary to get a piece of advice about the potions they should purchase. 

Apparently, they learned that the Null Flower Essence's effectivity would decrease by half in this region. 

If they wanted to have something similar to that potion, they need to buy Fenograss Solution. It is much cheaper and they could even make them if ever they managed to find a Fenograss within the forest.

The steps to make them were quite easy so Rufus keeps it in his mind and then purchased a few of them. 

The Null Flower Essence's price reaches 15 silver coins. However, the solution they have only worth 75 copper coins!

The price wasn't anywhere close to the other… Unfortunately, aside from the places here within the Northern Region, there's no other use for the solution. There is also a problem with its expiry as it could only last 15 days.

On the other hand, the essence of the null flower could last for more than a year.

Nevertheless, this is still a good thing to know as they could now use the alternative for the essence.

Reiji also suggested buying an Arcane Potion that might be useful for his own. After all, the young man's Spiritual Energy is not unlimited. Even with all his skill, he might be in a sticky situation where he exhausted most of his energy… It doesn't matter if he has tons of Magic Items or Arcana, if it requires him to spend most of his Energy, it may not be as effective. 

These potions might be able to help him deal with the situation. 

In the end, Rufus bought a lot since he has the slaves to help him carry them.

"Master… I think I spent a lot on these…"

"That's fine… They have a long expiry date and some don't even expire at all."

Reiji said as he looked at the list of the Arcane Potions.

There's quite a lot of them and there's no way he would carry them all the time… Unless he managed to find an Arcana that can store things, he may be able to bring several more of these potions. 

At the very least, they can still fit in the bag for now… In case he needed to do a mission like this, he can just bring what he needed before setting out.

Reiji didn't really think of teaching them before since they would just die later… The four ladies had sacrificed tons of innocent human lives for their Imp God while Ruthren also ended many innocent lives when he was still working as a mountain bandit.

However, since they were helping Rufus in his battles, he felt that they could do more for the young man if they would learn some proper techniques. 

They would also become good practice partners for him.

Rufus brought his Elite Gram Sword with him when he walked around the city…

He heard a lot of news while he was walking and what intrigued him the most was the news about the war on Western Border.

"I heard that we are losing to the Erliente Dukedom…"

"Haa~ It appears so… I hope that it won't reach the northern region."

"That Greiner Family is so stupid!"

"Don't blame the whole family… A part of them fought against the traitorous clan leader. There are still several generations of them that are loyal to the kingdom."

The Greiner Family's strength was perhaps decreased by half after killing their own members. However, it appears that the Family Head did not mind it since they would get the Erliente Dukedom's support. 

He might be thinking that they can grow stronger again with the Grand Duke on their back and Beast Arts on their hands.

As soon as Rufus entered the Arcanist Association's building, he heard another group of people talking about the war… 

This seems to be the hot topic right now which he could understand. The war happening right now is a huge change to the country and perhaps the result can affect everyone within the kingdom.

"What do you think about the mercenaries of the Dukedom?"

"Ahh… You mean the angel?"

"That's right… She must have a Mythical Arcana with her…"

"Perhaps an Awakened Mythical Arcana?"

"No… I heard that she's a true angel that serves the sky god to quickly finish the war!"

"Haa~ You're funny… But you're right about quickly finishing the war… No one had thought that the mercenaries of the Dukedom were strong. Most of the Knights even dismissed them and let the weaker soldiers deal with them… However, they are too powerful especially that Angel… The Chaos Knights should be changing their strategies by now."

Due to the newspapers and messengers, they were able to know the events of the ongoing war. Apparently, it's not the Beast Tamers that are taking the limelight of this war but the unknown Angel of some new mercenary squad of the Dukedom.

On the other hand, the soldiers of the Kingdom were barely reporting the success of their operations. 

They are still unable to take back the land… The latest news on their side was the decision of the King to send two units of the Royal Knights lead by the Third Prince to deal with the problem as they see fit. 

Now, it would be up to the prince whether he has to forcefully take back the land from the enemies, give it up to avoid more deaths, or perhaps to use this as a chance to invade the Dukedom instead. 

If he managed to resolve this, the prince might be announced as the Crown Prince after his return… Although only a few were interested in this, Rufus enjoyed all the information he got… Unfortunately, he knows that he can't go to the war yet with his current skills.

"Just like what my master said, I might just die in some random skirmishes there. Especially if I meet that angel mercenary… How scary…" 

Although he said that, it just motivated him to get stronger… Perhaps one day, he would be able to roam the world unhindered with his Kendo.
