I am Noble

A middle-aged hero?

Iowa's monstrous upheaval has been eradicated, but the wounds left behind by anger have been extensive. Many American citizens have suffered turmoil and panic over the declaration of a major catastrophe. More than 1.5 million people have fled overseas to escape.

The rest of the region has gradually regained stability as a group of monsters are vanquished. However, Iowa State, exposed to direct damage, was still congested itself.

Most of the infrastructure, such as roads, water, railroads, and communications brokers, was destroyed by a monster army, making it difficult to calculate the exact damage. It was not a small city, but the entire area of South Korea, about 1.5, was decimated, and it was not an administrative work that could be done in a day or two.

Especially when the majority of refugees flocked, Iowa's only safe zone, Fowler City, ignited hell. Somewhat exaggerated, the streets are crowded and there's no room to set foot.

Citizens quarrelled with each other every day, grabbing their guns to keep them out of their homes. Neighbors are united and alert to outsiders, so the atmosphere reminds me of the gang.

Food and water were absolutely scarce, so we had a constant quarrel every day. During this time, it was difficult to expect smooth communication with the outside. The federal government, or neighboring states, used helicopters to deliver food and water for minimal maintenance.

With the monster crisis contained, it makes sense to make an effort to normalize Iowa State. The problem was that the federal government was not going to do it.

Ten states in the west are trying to leave the Federation, and the less urgent Iowa state normalization plan was pushed back. Fowler City is crowded, but there's minimal security, so it's not urgent. Of course, the food and water supply for maintaining the phenomenon was imminent.

“Still no normalization marks? ”

“I think so. I think Janis suppressed the Monster Troops, but I don't know what's holding them back... ”

“Still no radio? ”

“It doesn't explode because the range is short. The satellite network is down, so no satellite calls. The city hall must have long-range communications, but they won't let me in... ”

“It's all right. Once the beast is vanquished, we can relax and wait for rescue. ”

Graves felt sorry for Choi Yoon every time. I can't believe I have to put a nobleman in such a filthy place. How angry would Janice be if she found out about this?

“Distribution time is imminent. I'll be back in a moment.”

“Yes. I'm sorry all the time. ”

“No, this is my job. ”

Fowler City itself was a congestion, but nothing happened. Once the armed guard was healthy, the helicopter was supplied with drinking water and food.

People die fighting because they can't stand the blood, but people starve to death haven't come out yet.

“What the hell is the federal government thinking? Shouldn't we start by normalizing Iowa? ”

Graves had no idea the White House was so distracted by the Oregon Declaration of Federation. I was mixed up with a large group of refugees because I couldn't hear the news outside. I just blamed Vissi's incompetence.

“Line up, line up! ”

“Don't cut me off! ”

“Hey, there! If you're late, get out of the way! ”

As expected, today's ration station was still nasty. I was not cut off or disturbed in order to get it sooner. The men with tattoos on their forearms jostled and quarrelled to take the front seat. A lower armed guard fires a gun into the air and threatens you.

“Hey, there! Aren't you going to follow the controls? ”

“If you line up quietly, I'll tick you off! ”

Graves clears his tongue, looking behind him. Someone thinks the world is falling apart. While the normalization process was somewhat slow, the United States was still healthy, I didn't understand why the country was fighting like a wreck.

“Stupid things are inexperienced. ”

Graves has been lined up for a long time for rations. One person could receive up to four servings, three days' rations.

The guard in charge of the rationing station walks around with the rations. Graves pauses and listens for important information.

“Did you hear that? ”

“What?"

“What kind of resignation does Oregon have? ”

“Drop voting? What's that?”

“I don't know. A referendum or something? ”

“Federation? What is that? ”

“Maybe Oregon joined some kind of organization. I heard that's what all the fuss is about. ”

“You're doing great. The whole country is shaking less because one Korean is dead. Vichy doesn't know what the hell he's doing. ”

Graves' expression changes rapidly. His brilliant brain, though brief in conversation, had largely analogized the overall picture. He lunges at the guards, choking them.

“Hey! What did you just say? ”

“Who the hell are you? If you've got food, get lost! ”

“You just voted to leave the Federation of Oregon. What do you mean one Korean is less likely to come to the country because of his death? Are you talking about Dr. Choi Yun? ”

The guards flinch as they rush like a snack. Graves' compulsion was unusual. The guard who first brought it up opens his mouth.

“Choi Yun? I don't remember his name very well, but I thought it was a strange name.... ”

“Didn't you say it was near the Janice assault commander? I remember the name well...... ”

“Where? Where did you hear that? ”

“It's on the radio. ”

Graves' face crumples. That's right, and I was able to receive long-range radios. The only problem is, no one is carrying a radio these days. Of course, Graves didn't have a radio either. Perhaps you can listen to the radio at public facilities such as city hall.

I can't believe it's already getting worse! ’

Graves is in a hurry. Choi Yun's recruits are an important cause of diplomatic conflict between South America. That's why he wanted to go to the city hall to somehow get in touch with his superiors. If those stupid guards hadn't stopped us, none of that would have happened.

“I'm Agent Graves with the EIS! We are currently protecting the recruit you mentioned, Dr. Choi Yoon! Please take me to the City Hall! ”

“What did he say?”

“Look at this guy saying he heard a few words on the radio. Vichy said he'd send a rescue team to the city when things calm down, so just stay out of the way! ”

“When the time comes, I'll rescue you myself. What nonsense is this? ”

‘He used to be a great guy before me.’, ‘If you don't know me, you will wonder later.’, 'if you don't want any trouble, call the librarian.’ I saw a lot of braggards spreading out like that, and the guards didn't even move.

It's because I took them to state personnel a few times in the beginning just in case, but it turns out that everyone is a liar and a liar. He lied because he wanted to be rescued a little sooner.

Graves explained his identity and identity code in detail several times. A logical statement based on cold judgment and rational grounds was made that the first step in informing Yun of his best survival would prevent deterioration in national interests and Korean diplomatic relations. Problem is.

“Cut the crap and get lost! ”

The ignorant guards didn't understand at all. Graves seems anxious to see if they made it out of high school. The American educational gap was a serious social problem.

Radio! ’

Graves slaps his knee as if he had been banished. The radio is very simple in structure. With a transmitter and a microphone, it can be broadcast.

“We have to save the transmitter! No, if we can't get it, we have to build it! ”

Graves sprints. One minute a second was urgent.

* * *

“Oh, you're here. ”

As she entered the entrance of the main house, the girl who was holding the baby and comforting her greeted her with a smile. A white dress with slim calves, and dark hair with brown sensitivity to the waist are truly inviting. I can feel a strange clearance in the hair on my face that is incredibly smooth and slick to believe that I am the mother of three children.

If there's a girl and a married girl, maybe that's the way it is.

“It's been a long time, ma'am. ”

“He's waiting inside, too. ”

Jung Hyojoo patted the child in his arms and led Chul Lee-chul inside by himself. In the reception room, she was holding another child and biting the bottle.

“Hyoju, we're in trouble. ”

“Why?”

“Ha-yeon doesn't beat. ”

“What? Give me that! ”

Surprised Jeong Hyojoo quickly put the baby in her arms and handed over the baby she was holding. After sweeping his back a few times, the baby clammed. The name suggests a third.

“Speak freely, then. ”

Jeong Hyojoo, who trimmed the child, comfortably greeted him, then took the two children and carried them out in his arms. Yoo Se-hyun approached and grabbed his mother's leg and fell asleep. Leaving Cheol seemed peaceful and at ease for some reason.

“May I help you? ”

Afterwards, Yu Jiwoong, who gave her eyes to Nam Ki-chul, asked with a curious voice. Normal people get scared in front of him. It doesn't particularly give charisma or intimidation, but the money behind him is shifting on its own.

But Nam Ki-chul is someone. He's not scared.

“I'm here to ask for an advisory board. ”

“Please? What favor? ”

“He wants to see if you mean it. so I can give you the right advice. Hmm……. So you want to retaliate for failing to properly protect Complaint Choi, right? Are you going to let the Russian and Korean governments take care of the rest, whether the U.S. Federation is disbanded, separated, or on a moderate indemnity line? ”

“Huh?"

“Whether you disband the Federation or separate them, you don't seem to care much about the results……. Once you escaped, Tommy Essen, you're thinking of keeping the Bering naval ban on Director of the CIA and its supporters until it's over, right? ”

“Wow, did you get in and out of my head? ”

“I was right. So that's what I'm going to do. ”

“Why did you bother reading it all? ”

Rather, Yu Kyung Ung asked as if he was confused. If you're going to do all the talking and drumming and dressing and all, why did you take the long step?

“If you don't go to school and I tell you, will the faculty of the advisory board really believe that you mean it? You have to accept a formal payment to be convinced. That's how work culture works. Anyway, now that I've confirmed it, I'll be going now. ”

Russian, U.S., Korean governments, and even advisory agencies have mistaken the ban on Bering for ‘taming the United States for the ultimate death’. Retaliation is justification, and the real purpose is to dismantle the United States, whether by disbanding the Federation or separating the Federation, to show off their power.

But in Nam Ki-chul's view, 'beat up Tommy Essen and his supporters and bring them to me.’ It was the pressure. The White House is struggling to understand its purpose.

This is why it is important to communicate smoothly.
