Hogwarts: The Book of Laws

Chapter 63 Hermione’s thoughts

Hermione has been in a good mood since her last heart-to-heart talk with Lean at the observatory.

The direct reflection of this phenomenon is that the little lions of Gryffindor have a worse sense of her. After all, everyone knows that she has a close relationship with a Slytherin.

But Hermione didn't care about the opinions of these little wizards. She was eager to improve her strength now, and she wanted Rean to tell her everything in detail.

So Hermione now spends all her time reading books except for necessary communication.

"I said it's time for you to take a rest? Reading like this all the time will make you very tired." Lean looked at Hermione with some distress. Since the last time, the little girl has come to the library whenever she has free time.

"It's okay, don't worry." Hermione raised her head and smiled at Rean.

"Walk."

After thinking about it for a while, Lien still felt that he couldn't continue, so he took the book from Hermione's hand and pulled Hermione out of the library.

Hermione just struggled but didn't cry out.

Because once you make a loud noise, you may be kicked out by Mrs. Pince and you will never be welcome in again.

Mrs. Pince was patrolling the library with a feather duster in her hand and a serious look on her face. Whenever the little wizard is found eating or damaging books, the feather duster in Mrs. Pince's hand will definitely remind him of this painful lesson.

"Lean, let me go quickly, so many people are watching."

After leaving the library, Hermione finally dared to speak openly, but her tone was breathless.

Rean frowned and looked at Hermione who was panting slightly.

Sitting and reading for a long time caused Hermione's physical strength to decline rapidly.

"Hermione, you need to practice more. This won't work. You must know that even one second of slowness in battle is enough to kill you." Lean said to Hermione seriously.

Hermione just nodded and said nothing more.

"By the way, I have found a professor for you for that spell last time. That spell is called Occlumency, and that professor is an expert in Occlumency."

"Okay, when?"

"afternoon."

"What? Are you just telling me what happened in the afternoon now?" Hermione was a little surprised. After all, it was already nine o'clock in the morning on Saturday.

Hermione paused for a moment and asked, "Which professor is it?"

"Professor Snape."

Hermione was stunned and didn't even hear what Ryan said next.

It took about two or three minutes before she came back to her senses.

"Ryan, maybe you are right. My body is indeed a little weak. I just had a hallucination. You can't even imagine what I hallucinated. I actually heard you say that Professor Snape would teach me about the brain." Occlumency.”

"No, Hermione, you heard that right." Lean stopped and looked into Hermione's eyes.

"Today...is today April Fool's Day? Or is this some new type of joke?" Hermione still didn't believe it.

To be honest, anyone else would be a bit unbelievable.

Who is Snape? Head of Slytherin.

Wizards throughout the UK knew that Slytherin and Gryffindor were the least likely to deal with them, and Professor Snape was the one who liked to target Gryffindor the most.

What? you do not believe? Look at our great savior, who was deducted a full thirty points by Snape in just one month after school started.

"Hermione, it's true." Lean thought for a moment and continued, "You'll find out in the afternoon."

Facts speak louder than words.

Hermione nodded and said nothing.

"Okay, let's go out for a walk now. The weather outside today is good, just perfect for some wind. If we don't go out, we won't have a chance when the weather gets cold."

The weather outside is really good today, with the sun shining brightly and a gentle breeze.

The two came out of the gate of Hogwarts Castle and came to the grass outside the castle.

On the grass, little wizards gathered in twos and threes, either talking to each other, or just looking at the white clouds in the sky, or looking at the Quidditch team training in the distance.

Ryan and Hermione found a place away from the crowd, but the price was that the sun was stronger here.

All the good places were taken by the little wizards who came first, and now the rest are not so good places.

But from the wizard's point of view, these are not big problems.

"luxuriant branches"

Lean cast a growth spell on the big tree behind him, and the big tree quickly exposed its green leaves and blocked the sun.

"Magic is really convenient. Even after almost a month, I still feel the same way."

Hermione sat under the tree with her legs bent, her hands on her legs, her cheeks in her hands, looking at the new leaves on the tree, and said in a daze.

"Yes, it seems that everything is so within reach. Flying, teleportation, manipulation and other abilities that are incredible to mortals are as common as eating and drinking to wizards."

Rean sat down next to Hermione.

For a moment, the two fell into silence.

"Didn't we see Weasley and Potter checking information in the library last time?" Hermione suddenly mentioned what happened last time.

"What's wrong?" Lean was a little curious as to whether the story of the trio could continue without Hermione.

"Those big mouths really can't hold the door. I just heard a general idea just passing by." Hermione sighed, as if she was completely disappointed with the Gryffindors who were loudly plotting.

"Just after the first flying lesson, Malfoy made an appointment with Potter to duel in the trophy room. I really don't understand, do these pure-blood wizards like dueling so much? But the most annoying thing is, Malfoy didn't even go."

"I really should tell the professor about this, so that they know that these purebloods, who appear to be sanctimonious on the surface, are actually complete hypocrites. But then I thought about it, this will also harm Gryffindor. Points will be deducted, after all, Potter and the others are serious about their night tours."

Lean was listening to Hermione's thoughts. The breeze blew Hermione's hair slightly, and occasionally blew up two fallen leaves. Everything seemed so peaceful and quiet.

"Back to business, Malfoy seemed to have told Filch about this, so Filch squatted there with them. But I think Potter may be overthinking this matter. After all, escaping from a duel is a very annoying thing. I don’t think Malfoy would directly tell Filch about the shameful thing. This should be an angry guess by Potter and the others.”

Lean looked at Hermione with a half-smile.

"Okay, okay." Hermione scratched her hair, "Later, in order to avoid Filch, they ran to the forbidden room on the fourth floor, and found a big dog with three heads in it. That's what happened. Last time they went to the library, they were looking for information about this dog."
