Hogwarts Card Drawer

Chapter 48: Voldemort's Diary

On Tuesday morning, there is more than a week before Hogwarts starts. During one of the few holidays, Chronos painted some basic level 2 magic circles in his room every morning. After the first experience of this thing, the rest is always so handy. In the afternoon, Chronos would play wizard chess with Draco, and occasionally ride on the broomstick to practice the game of catching the golden snitch.

Draco's flying skills are indeed very powerful, at least Chronos has never caught the Golden Snitch. "This year I must enter the Slytherin Quidditch team and beat Harry Potter head-on." Cronos heard these words from Draco countless times.

While Mr. Lucius has been busy with the sound of the shop in Diagon Alley these days, Cronos felt that this kind of feeling of being a shopkeeper shouldn't be too good.

It's just that he seems to be very angry this morning. "This **** Arthur, he has a lot of Muggle items in his own house. I will kick him out of the Ministry of Magic sooner or later." Cronos heard the soft curse in Lucius's mouth.

"Arthur, that's the father of those Weasley guys. He has red hair and freckles on his face." Draco leaned into Cronos' ear and explained to him.

   "Hmm." Cronos nodded.

"His dad works in the Office of the Ministry of Magic for the Prohibition of Muggle Abuse and has been checking things related to black magic recently." Draco didn't care about the black magic at all, and seemed to have some pride. "You know, which wizard family with a long history doesn't have a few black magic items handed down?"

"Draco." Narcissa yelled at Draco, then smiled and added a piece of bacon to Cronos' bowl.

"Thank you, Aunt Narcissa." Cronos smiled. Draco's mother was so kind to him that he always had to take care of him several times during a meal.

"Children, how is the breakfast?" Lucius, who came down from the stairs, looked at Draco and Cronos with a smile on his face.

   "It's great, Uncle Lucius."

"I think the bacon and the examination room are too salty, Dad."

Cronos praised against his will. Then he smiled and took a big bite, although he was already vomiting in his heart.

Lucius came down and touched Draco's head. He looked at Cronos and said, "If you like, eat more. Pity, I have to go to the secret room. I can't have a delicious breakfast today."

Lucius walked to the secret room after speaking. There is a basement under the living room of Draco's house. It was used to imprison people who opposed Voldemort during his conquest of the castle, but now it is used to shelve those items with dark magic.

"Damn Weasley." Draco murmured from the side.

Cronos rolled his eyes when he heard it, "Your father used to be Voldemort's number one younger brother, don't you know?"

Cronos looked at the study where Lucius had just entered, thinking that he should have taken out the diary as well.

A part of Voldemort's soul (a Horcrux) is attached to this diary. When Voldemort was still alive, he gave the diary to Lucius for safekeeping. Lucius was Voldemort's servant before his downfall. He was a Death Eater. Of course, Voldemort had a distrust of others. He didn't tell Lucius what the diary was, but asked him to keep it. After the fall of Voldemort, when Harry was in the second grade, Ron’s father happened to be promoted in the Ministry of Magic. During that time Ron’s father always raided the dark magic-related items. Lucius was scared. Wanting to clear the relationship with Voldemort as soon as possible, by chance, he threw it to Ginny, which eventually led to the destruction of the diary (horcrux), which became the first reason why the Malfoy family was left out by Voldemort.

"It's all such a coincidence." Cronos took a sip of the hot milk that Draco's mother had handed over.

"Yes, Scott. Cronos." Draco spotted it first.

Scott is an owl of the Malfoy family. He is standing at the door with two envelopes with the Hogwarts emblem in his mouth. Narcissa walked over and touched its head, and took the two letters in its mouth.

"It's Hogwarts' new book list for this school year." Narcissa opened the letter with his son's name. "Cronos, your letter is here, and Dumbledore knows you are here."

"Thank you, Aunt Narcissa." Cronos took the letter. When he was at Horace's house a month ago, Dumbledore wrote to him, asking him if he needed to prepare books for the students in the magic circle class. Cronos' reply was also very simple, "I will compile the textbook by myself." Then he handed him to Toothless. I have to say that Ye Sha's flying speed is extremely fast, toothless boy flew back at noon. It's just that the little guy is too lazy, it won't work if you don't give it enough food.

Cronos opened the envelope, and the letter from Cronos asked him to take the Hogwarts Express train from King’s Cross Station on September 1st~www.readwn.com~ The letter also listed his year. New book list:

Curse Standard Course (Level 2 Miranda.

Gosswalker, "How to Deal with Female Fairies" by Gidlow Rockhart

"Walking with the Corpse Eater" by Guidlow Rockhart

"A Holiday with the Witch" by Guidlow Rockhart

"Travel with Giants" by Gillow Rockhart

"A Voyage with Vampires" by Guidlow Rockhart

"Roaming with the Wolf" by Gidlow Rockhart

"Days with the Snowman" by Gidlow Rockhart

"Who is this Guidro Lockhart? Why should we buy so many books from him?" Draco frowned.

"Huh! A thief who doesn't have the slightest ability and can only plagiarize." Lucius had already come out of the basement, and Cronos heard that every step he took, he heard a ding bang from his coat pocket. The crash sound. "Dumbledore hired him as a professor, and Hogwarts is over. I think it is necessary for me to tell the school director about this and let him leave Hogwarts."

"Then let Professor Snape be the principal, Dad." Draco added.

"Children, have you eaten yet?" Lucius walked over and put his hands on the shoulders of Cronos and Draco. "You can go to Diagon Alley with me and buy these books."

"Of course, Uncle Lucius." Cronos agreed, his eyes fixed on Lucius' pocket. Chronos is not a person who is waiting to die. Now that he knows the cause of the tragedy, Chronos intends to kill it from the beginning.
