Chapter 265: acting

Cronos dragged heavy steps down the stone steps of the underground classroom to the potions class. This time he was alone, but when he first reached the bottom floor, he was awakened by Draco's voice.

Then there were Harry and Ron shouting, and even Neville's low roar. Cronos took a few more steps, turned the corridor in front, and saw this scene.

"Help me." Harry shouted to Ron, and he put an arm around Neville's neck, trying to get him back from the Slytherin gang.

Crabbe and Gore stood and raised their arms, guarding Draco's body, preparing to fight. Ron hurried forward to grab Neville's arm and Harry dragged him back to Gryffindor's side.

Neville's face flushed red, and the power of Harry Jia on his neck made his words unclear, but some words still popped out of his mouth.

"No... just kidding... Don't... Mungo... Lesson.... He..."

The door of the magic classroom opened, and Snape appeared there. He scanned the Gryffindor border with dark eyes, where Harry and Ron were fighting Neville.

"Have you been playing hard, Potter, Weasley, Longbottom?" Snape mocked contemptuously in his cold voice. Gryffindor deducts 10 points. Potter, let go of Longbottom, or you will be imprisoned. Come in all for me! "

Harry let go of Neville, panting, and glaring at Harry.

"I have to stop you," Harry said breathlessly, picking up his schoolbag, "Crabbe and Gore will tear you in half!"

Neville said nothing; he just snatched his schoolbag and walked into the magic classroom.

"In Merlin's name," Ron said slowly, following Neville. "Why is that?"

Harry didn't answer. He knew clearly why Neville would be distressed by the topic of magical damage to the brains of the people at St Mungo’s Magical Hospital, but he had vowed to Dumbledore that he would not tell anyone Neville’s secrets, even Neville. Don't know Harry knew about it.

Cronos, Draco, and Daphne sat in the back of the class as before, took out parchment, quill and "A Thousand Wonder Herbs and Mushrooms." The entire class was talking softly about Neville's move just now, but when Professor Snape "slammed" the door of his room, everything fell silent immediately.

"You should notice," Snape said contemptuously in his low voice, "We have a guest today."

He gestured to the dark corner of the dungeon, and Cronos saw Professor Umbridge sitting there with a note board on her knees. He glanced at Draco and Daphne and raised his eyebrows. Umbridge is now the teacher he hates most. It is difficult for him to figure out who he prefers to win.

"We will continue to study the enhancers today. You will see that the medicines you dispensed are the same as when you left them last week; if they are formulated correctly, they should be brewed successfully after the weekend—it means—" He waved his again. Magic wand "—on the blackboard. Keep doing it."

Professor Umbridge in the corner spent the first half hour of class taking notes. Harry listened with great interest to her asking Snape's questions; his interest made him take the medicine he had dispensed lightly.

"Salamander blood, Chronos!" Daphne grumbled while grabbing his wrist to prevent the third wrong medicine. "Not pomegranate juice!"

"Sorry!" Cronos smiled apologetically at Daphne. He really couldn't bear to miss such a good scene of the dark bat against the pink toad.

"Well, this class seems to be suitable for them," she said enthusiastically behind Snape. "But I still doubt whether it is appropriate to teach them to learn medicines like enhancers. I think the Ministry of Magic will consider adding it to the syllabus. Delete." Professor Snape slowly straightened up and turned to look at her.

"So far...how many years have you taught at Hogwarts?" she asked, her quill lying flat on the board.

"Fourteen years," Professor Snape replied. The expression on his face is unfathomable. Cronos added a few drops of medicine while watching closely; his medicine hissed dangerously, then changed from turquoise to orange.

"As far as I know you originally applied to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts." Umbridge asked Professor Snape.

"Yes," Professor Snape whispered.

"But I didn't apply."

Professor Snape pouted his lips and said nothing.

"It's obvious."

Professor Umbridge scribbled on the clipboard.

"You have applied to teach the Defense Against the Dark Arts class many times since you entered school, haven't you?"

"Yes." Professor Snape whispered, his lips barely moving. He looked very annoyed.

"Do you know why Dumbledore has repeatedly refused to use you?" Umbridge asked.

"I suggest you ask him." Professor Snape replied bluntly.

"I will." Professor Umbridge said with a pleasant smile.

"Does this have anything to do with me?" Professor Snape asked, his black eyes narrowed.

"Oh, yes," said Professor Umbridge. "Yes, the Ministry of Magic thoroughly understands the-uh-background of every teacher."

She turned her face, walked to Pansy Parkinson, and then asked her questions about the course.

Snape looked at Cronos. After they looked at each other for a few seconds, Cronos hurriedly turned his attention to the potion. The potion silted together and gave out the strong rubber that was scorched. And the pungent smell ~www.readwn.com~ is very good, Cronos, you can't score again. Snape’s words were full of hostility. With a wave of his wand, he emptied Cronos’ boiler. "You write me an article introducing the correct composition of this potion, and marking the reason and process of your mistake. Hand in next class, do you know? "

"Oh, no..." Cronos covered his head in annoyance, and put on an expression of regret. But Professor Snape wouldn't be able to watch Cronos's acting. He turned around again to trouble Gryffindor classmates, and now he was in a rather unhappy mood.

"I reminded you." Daphne said angrily beside Chronos, and she felt a sense of revenge in her tone.

"I know." Cronos shook his hand indifferently, "but don't you think it is worthwhile to get such a wonderful scene with a paper?"

"You really are..." Daphne was really speechless by Cronos' mentality.

The essay on this enhancer was a breeze for Cronos. His dedicated writing only took half a class. If Cronos hadn’t had to watch the show, he wouldn’t have been. Was fined for a paper.
