Heroes of Silver Moon

Chapter 123: : Meditate again

"Dong dong dong", Clifford knocked on the door of the dean's study.

"Who?" A slightly flustered voice came from the study impatiently.

"Hmm", Clifford frowned in distaste when he heard the panic in this voice. This old and disrespectful guy won't be doing that kind of thing again, right?

"I, Clifford," Clifford said coldly.

Hearing Clifford's voice, there was a burst of noise in the study. Clifford and Simon waited outside for nearly five minutes before the door of the study was slowly opened.

Clifford stepped into the study, followed by Simon.

Seeing that the one who opened the door was a disheveled and flushed female apprentice, Clifford glared fiercely at the old dean sitting behind the desk.

Feeling a little uncomfortable being stared at by Clifford, the old dean asked quickly, "Master Clifford, what is the purpose of your coming?"

"It's nothing, I'll bring this kid here to buy meditation medicine." After counting thirty gold coins and putting them on the desk, Clifford said coldly, "One hundred and fifty bottles, this is thirty gold coins."

"Here", looking at the gold coins on the desk, the dean's eyebrows also frowned, and he said in embarrassment: "Meditation potions are only available to college students, and they can only be purchased during meditation training."

"I know, that's why I'm here to buy it from you now!" Clifford pointed to Simon and said, "He completed his first meditation yesterday, and he should be able to officially start practicing now."

"What, what?" Upon hearing this, the old dean quickly stood up with his desk supported, and said in disbelief, "You have completed your first meditation yesterday."

"Yes," Clifford nodded.

"What a big-headed ghost to you." The old dean suddenly yelled at Clifford: "The other students have not officially started studying, and you have already completed your first meditation. Your speed is too fast! "

"Tsk," Clifford frowned, and said impatiently: "It's useless to learn those basic knowledge, why waste that time."

"Clifford, knowledge is the source of a mage's power, how can you say that there are no such things?" the old dean said angrily.

Hearing the dean's questioning, Clifford retorted nonchalantly: "Come on, you and I know in our hearts that it would take at least half a year to learn the basic knowledge of these legal professions.

But now the college's tutorials require tutors to finish teaching these things within a month. In such a short period of time, students can't learn much at all.

What's more, most of these basic knowledge will not be used in the future, so it is better to save some time and let them start practicing as soon as possible."

"This", hearing Clifford's reply, the old dean was speechless.

Of course, he knew in his heart that the knowledge taught by this magic academy was basically castrated, and there was no way to compare it with those traditional mage teachings.

"Perhaps what you said is indeed reasonable, but I firmly oppose your point of view, let him start meditation practice so early, what if something goes wrong," said the old dean, pointing to Simon who was standing aside.

"I'll go, you guys are arguing, why are you talking about me again?" Simon, who thought he was lying on the gun, complained in his heart.

But he seems to have selectively forgotten that this controversy started because of him.

After a moment of silence, Clifford retorted again: "He finished a meditation yesterday."

"It's because of your guidance that he can successfully complete the meditation. Without your guidance, would he be able to successfully complete the meditation without your guidance?"

Looking at Simon suspiciously, the old dean said slowly.

Looking at the old dean who refused to give in, Clifford frowned first, then turned his head to look at Simon next to him, and finally said helplessly: "In that case, let him meditate alone here. Our two master-level mages looked at it, and nothing should happen."

"That's fine." Hearing that Clifford proposed a compromise plan, the old dean reluctantly agreed.

"Go to Di Pui to get a bottle of meditation potion," he told the female apprentice beside him, and the old dean closed his eyes and waited.

"Yes, mentor," the female apprentice replied in disappointment when she heard the dean who had just been flirting with her in such a blunt tone.

A few minutes later, the female apprentice returned with a bottle of lavender potion.

"Mentor", handed the potion to the dean respectfully, and the female apprentice stepped aside again.

"Malvina, you go outside and watch first, don't let anyone disturb us." After taking the potion from the female apprentice's hand, and casually teasing the female apprentice's showy hand, the old dean said with a smile.

"Yes", being teased by the old dean, the female apprentice couldn't help but not get angry, but secretly rejoiced in her heart, it seemed that she could learn new spells tonight.

When the female apprentice exited the study, the old dean handed the bottle of lavender potion ~www.readwn.com~ to Clifford, and after Clifford took it, he passed it to Simon.

"This bottle of potion is charged to your account," the old dean said suddenly after Simon got the potion.

"No, it's so picky." Simon nodded first, and then complained speechlessly in his heart.

"Uh, mentor, why do I feel that the color of this meditation potion is different from the one I drank before!", looking at the lavender potion in the transparent glass, Simon asked suspiciously.

"Well, it's different. The meditation potion of our Silver Moon Kingdom is made of redbud flowers and black ancient beans. They should all be lavender!" Hearing Simon's question, the dean looked at him suspiciously. Clifford.

"The bottle of meditation potion you used yesterday was brought back from the Holy Alliance Empire," Clifford said with a guilty conscience.

"Oh, so it's a meditation potion from other countries, what do I say?" Simon let go of his doubts, then sat on a chair in the study and drank the meditation potion in his hand.

"Boom", the world in Simon's eyes instantly turned gray and white, and he entered light meditation again.

In the real world, the old dean and Clifford looked at Simon who had entered a meditative state, and were silent for a long time.

Then the old dean suddenly said: "Clifford, I remember that you have never been to the Holy Alliance Empire since you came back from the Royal Magic Academy of the Holy Alliance Empire sixty years ago!"

Knowing what the dean was going to say, Clifford nodded and replied, "Yes, the bottle of meditation potion this kid used yesterday is the rest of what I used back then."

The corner of the dean's mouth twitched, and he said speechlessly, "That means, that bottle of meditation potion is at least sixty years old?"
