Harry Potter’s Fantastic Animals Guide

Chapter 83: Children can't live without their mother!

In the corner of the library, David, who had been lying prone for a long time, got up and leaned on the back of the chair, rubbing his sore neck.

put a note in front of him, which was given to him by Professor McGonagall in front, and it was densely packed with spellcasting techniques.

Through these few days of study, David felt that his level of spells had increased a lot, and he was only one actual combat drill away from the master of magic.

"Hermione, are you going to go for a walk and take a break?" David asked softly. Since breakfast, he was dragged to the library by Hermione. Three or four hours have passed.

Hermione was sitting right across from David. At this time, she was enthusiastically flipping through the class notes she had made, sorting out the main points she thought the teacher would take the exam.

But David took a look, and she almost painted the entire note in red. It seemed that she was going to memorize them all, and she didn't know what she was finishing.

   As for Harry and Ron?

A few days ago, Harry suddenly ran back and said that he had found evidence that Professor Snape was going to steal the Philosopher’s Stone.

So he has been wandering in the corridor these days, trying to block Professor Snape's actions.

As a good friend of Harry, Ron must have stayed with Harry.

But David felt that the protection of the Philosopher’s Stone was secondary to the two of them. The real purpose was to avoid Hermione’s devil review plan.

The things on the list made David a headache even looking at it.

"Wait a while? It's still early!" Hermione looked at the bright sunlight outside the window and replied.

"Okay..." David lay on the table again, looking at the notes in front of him, and continued to study the above techniques repeatedly.

Suddenly, David smelled a peculiar smell, the kind that did not belong to the library, and it was full of magical animals.

"David!" Hagrid suddenly appeared next to David, patted David's arm with a sneaky look, and held a few books tightly in Hagrid's arms.

   Yo!

   Hagrid also read and study?

Is it almost the end of the world?

David thought in surprise in his heart.

"What are you holding Hagrid?" David pointed to the book in Hagrid's arms.

Hagrid hides too tightly, he can't see the cover.

   "Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Hagrid quickly leaned over to the side of David and said softly, "Will you come to my cabin in the afternoon? I have something to ask you for help."

"Did you get another magical animal? Then you can't handle it?" David said as if I was Holmes.

Hagrid was taken aback, and muttered: "You'll know when you come this afternoon, remember, you have to come."

Hagrid left in a hurry after speaking.

"What happened to Hagrid?" Hermione looked at the direction Hagrid was leaving, frowning slightly.

"It should be the magical animal thing." David shrugged, "I just don't know what he got this time..."

"Will it be cute?" Hermione's face was full of longing.

David thought for a while and said, "Then you probably don't need to think about it. With Hagrid's level of appreciation, the tree monkey and frog are beautiful in his eyes."

"Oh..." Hermione's expression collapsed instantly, and she focused her attention on her notes.

In the afternoon, under the mild winter sun, David led Hermione to the front of Hagrid's cabin.

   "Hagrid!"

The door panel was rattled by David's pong pong.

It didn't take long for the door to open, and Hagrid's bearded face poked out from it.

"Oh, is Hermione here too?" Hagrid's expression seemed hesitant.

"Why? Can't you let Hermione know?" David frowned, "Hagrid, what the **** did you get?"

This guy won't get any Grade A non-trade products, right?

   That will enter Azkaban!

   David's heart sank.

"It's nothing, it's nothing." Hagrid scratched his messy hair, seeming to make up his mind: "Well, Hermione, after you read it, you can't tell anyone else!"

"Neither Harry nor Ron can?" Hermione asked.

"Except for the two of them!" Hagrid said quickly.

   "That's OK!" Hermione nodded.

Hagrid carefully patrolled the surroundings, widened the crack of the door a bit, and after putting the two of David in, he slammed the door shut again.

As soon as he entered the door, David felt a rush of heat rushing over his face, as if he was not stepping into Hagrid's cabin, but the steamer in the Hogwarts kitchen.

And Hagrid kept the windows in the house tightly closed, and hung thick curtains. It looks terrible on this sunny day!

"Hagrid, it's not so cold now, right?" David looked at the red-burning fireplace and wiped the sweat from his forehead.

Hagrid chuckled and walked to the side of the fireplace, beckoning like they said, "You two come and see, I finally got it."

David and Hermione leaned to the front of the fireplace against the heat. There was a big iron bucket hanging in it with a **** egg in the middle.

"Hagrid, you're a bloodbath!" David looked around: "Where's the knife and fork? Hagrid?"

"Knife and fork?" Hagrid was taken aback: "What do you want that thing for?"

"Didn't you ask us to eat baked eggs?" David pointed to the things in the fireplace.

"What nonsense are you talking about!" Hagrid blew his beard with anger: "This is a dragon egg!"

Hagrid picked up the thick book on the side table~www.ltnovel.com~ turned to one of the pages and pointed a place with his finger: "Look here, the eggs of the Norwegian Ridgeback are exactly the same as mine."

"Oh, that's it!" David pretended to be surprised and said, "Who taught you this incubation method? Looking at your posture, I thought you really wanted to invite us to eat baked eggs!"

"The book, the book says, it says that the eggs of Norwegian Ridgeback need a constant high temperature for incubation!" Hagrid said wryly.

   Constant high temperature?

David looked at the flame that had rushed over the dragon egg and sighed: "You bake it, oh no, how long have you hatched?"

"It just started last night." Hagrid said quickly, "Why is there any problem?"

   Fortunately, it’s still too late!

David let out a sigh of relief. He used his wand to remove the firewood in the fireplace, and extinguished it with the spring water from the tip of the stick. The flame in the fireplace suddenly became smaller.

"High temperature, not always high temperature!" David said, "Did you not read the book well? There must be more than one sentence on it."

   Hager squatted quietly, without replying.

David glared at him: "I will use this temperature in the future. After the egg starts to shake lightly, change to the kind of fire just now, otherwise you can only get a baked egg."

Hagrid nodded quickly, staring tenderly at the dragon egg in front of him.

"And... are you really going to raise him?" David said slowly.

"Yes, Hagrid, keeping a dragon is illegal!" Hermione recovered and said eagerly.

"Of course." Hagrid said to himself: "I am its mother, and I must raise it. Newborn children can't be taken care of without their mother!"
