Harry Potter: I Am a Legend

: [About rabbits, about Hoffa. 】

Many people who have finished reading the book have doubts and ask where Aglaia has gone. Ask Hoffa why he is not with Aglaia. Hoffa is a scumbag.

I didn't want to write, it's over after all. And the answer is in the book. But seeing so many people talking about Hoffa's scumbag makes me a little upset.

To be honest, as an author, I am naturally willing to give the protagonist or heroine Good Ending, but also, as an author, I also have to respect the other side of the book, which is the "villain" Silby.

When writing the last volume, I kept asking myself one more question, can the protagonist defeat the villain.

After much deliberation, the answer is no.

Because this is the difference between Hoffa and Silby, Silby gave everything for his dream. He is pure and free of impurities.

But Hoffa is kind, ordinary, even normal. He couldn't destroy Chloe's soul stone, nor could he watch the world fall into madness and leave. Silby knew this and used it as well. He defeated Hoffa.

If Hoffa's goal of defeating Silby was as pure as it was to destroy the Soul Stone, or to leave it, then he would not seem to be him anymore.

If Hoffa wasn't him, would Aglaia still love him?

I don't think so. He insisted on his inner goodness from beginning to end, just as Silby insisted on that purity.

No one wants to return to fifty years more than Hoffa. There is no doubt that he will not fall in love with other people like Aglaia in this life.

But he still chose to jump into Silby's trap, chose to stay in this world, and also chose to be with Miranda.

I think for him it is more out of responsibility than happiness. I think this is one of his aspects as a hero with a thousand faces, beyond the ordinary.

And I believe that after leaving Hoffa, Aglaia will have some growth of her own, will find her former pride, her air, and her headache and ridiculous side.

And this side was eclipsed by Hoffa's suppression. After all, he is the protagonist, but to me, such Aglaia is the real her, not a doll for sex.

From this point of view, as an author, I am cruel.

I gave each of them cruel choices.

But the real world is also cruel, and it gives cruel choices to those who exist in it all the time.

Sacrifice one thing and get another thing.

Since ancient times, it has never changed.

Romain Roland once said that there is only one kind of heroism in the world, that is, after recognizing the essence of life, you still love it.

But this is exactly what "Hero with a Thousand Faces" and even my entire book want to express. It's just that my technique is poor and I haven't been able to clarify my inner thoughts well through the story.

I admit that at the beginning I wanted to write web articles to create some refreshing points for people to have fun after dinner and to make some extra money by the way, so I wrote the system and created some refreshing points.

But in the end, it became this book, an online article that is not a cool article.

You can say that this book is made of shit, made of shit, and rubbish.

That doesn’t matter, I don’t care. Sometimes I also find this book quite frustrating, inconsistent, inferior in technique, boring in transition, groaning without disease, pretending to be hypocritical, etc...

But how can I not be myself?

Hahaha.

How can I write something that does not belong to me?

I don't know, I can't pretend it.

I can't go against the soul in the body.

So I go all out to bring you a certain moment I experienced in my life.

They may be ecstasy, they may be dedication, they may be madness, they may be sudden changes, they may be reunited with a broken mirror, or they may be just a smile.

Did I do it?

Maybe there is, maybe not, at least I have worked hard, and I don't regret it.

Back to the original question, why isn't Hoffa with the rabbit?

There are two answers

1. The villain is too strong, my pot.

2. He discovered something more important than love, something more important than personal romance. After witnessing Silby's truth, he finally realized the mystery of flow.
