Gravity Falls: The Lord Of Darkness

I am about to finish my meditation to study mana and soul flames more thoroughly.

"Dipper! It's time for lunch!"

My sister shouted out instantly snapping me out of my meditation causing the mana I was manipulating to instantly dissipate.

"Ok! I'll be down in a minute!"

*Sigh*

"I guess I'll have to try molding mana again at a later date, I was so close to being able to make something with my mana."

I didn't allow my failure to bring me down, I began to make my way to the door like thousands of times before and began heading down the stairs once more but I noticed almost ten suitcases and bags filled to the brim with clothes it seemed as if .

Noticing how nearly everything was set up for a trip of some kind, it couldn't be in preparation for going to gravity falls right?

"Umm what's going on?"

'Obviously alot someone packed either my parents things or our things for a trip of sports its extremely doubtful that we have a guest as of right now since my parents will also be leaving after we leave.'

Mom: "Well dippy your father and I have realized how much your really cooped up in that dark room of yours so we decided you needed fresh air so than we thought, you and your sister are holed up in your rooms all the time what's the harm in sending you to your uncle stan for the summer today after lunch and we'll even drive you to the bus stop."

"We're hoping you two would actually go outside, since you've both avoided the outdoors like the plague."

"Well that sounds great, I was excited to meet more of my family thank you mom and dad; But is it ok if I pack a few things that I would like to bring? it's only a few books."

"Of course you're allowed to we both know how much you like your books."

They both smiled at each other and then me it was a warm smile that made me feel at ease.

'Well I was going to try to continue to practice magic before I left but all this did was make learning further magic easier, well hopefully it will be easier due to abundant forests preventing others to easily catch me practicing magic.'

'This also has potential to be irritating because Mabel will more than likely be noisier due to not being able to talk or be around her other friends here. But it's always nice to have my sister talk to me even if I'm jealous of how many friends she has. But with how social my sister is she should make friends fairly fast.'

'Well time to grab my grimoire what I've learned can allow me to escape enough situations that I feel somewhat safe.'

"Thanks mom and dad, I'll be right back in a few minutes."

Then I start heading upstairs and I open my door but then I see the monitor on with some words, it read...

Well I see you've progressed nicely in the art of magic, but sadly you will not be able to prepare more before you see something new, but you could gain some more knowledge, useful knowledge, of course all you have to do is agree to one little thing don't let anyone guilt-trip you into something I want every choice to be your own even if you decide to make bad deals it will still be your choice.

"I will only accept if it will give me it automatically."

The screen changed and read...

You will gain it all instantly and will blackout for about one human minute but how you use this knowledge is up to you, you will also gain a book full of a subclass of the knowledge what I offer you is the gift of truth, but nothing is free... just drop some magically infused blood on a candle to gain what you've asked and don't bother figuring out my identity because this is the last bit of aid I will give to you, you'll see it will all be worth it.

I then did as the being said and then I felt intense pain within my head suddenly everything slowly faded to black as I passed out for seemingly a minute until I finally woke up with the knowledge of what is called alchemy.

Weirdly, I can transfigure nonliving objects into whatever I dėsɨrė for as long as I want. I finally noticed I had this book in my hand that read Concoctions of magical nature and it had skulls and a dragon in the center.

I'll have to sort through everything on the trip and then plan what to do from there, I will have to learn to make whatever these are and learn more magic afterall if I want to discover more of the supernatural world I will need all of the power I can obtain.'

And so I grabbed my books and covered them with other book covers to disguise them. Then I carried them downstairs until I finally placed my books with the rest of my luggage.

"Well let's going so we can get you yo your great uncle's house at a decent time."

And so we started driving towards the bus stop I just blocked everything else out.

'But I haven't been acting like myself I'm usually really chill. I just can't seem to stop being excited the prospects of what could happen is just something I can't stop thinking about. Magic is exciting after all because duh it's magic...'

'My sister would be flipping out if she knew ;too bad it seems no one here has mana from the looks of it or is that a good thing?'

Then I was snapped out of my thoughts by shaking.

"Dipper we're here! If you don't hurry were going to miss the bus so let's hurry up!"

"Ok!, Ok I'm going, I'm going."

Instantly snapping out of my thoughts I hastily unbuckled my seatbelt and opened my door rushing out while closing the door as fast as possible while I rushed towards the bus where all out luggage was already aboard.

And then from our bus seats we both waved our parents goodbye.

"Love you mom and dad I can't wait to show you my scrap book after summer is over!"

"We can't wait to see it!"

"We'll miss you too, Make sure to be safe and dipper look out for your sister."

" Both of you better make sure to send us a letter!"

"I will."

And so we went on the bus after we finished our goodbyes.

And so we started making it to the place where we will live for the summer.

'I truly do hope it's everything I imagined it to be.'
