Chapter 5 Encounter

Regarding the three professions of the Crow God, Odin did not care about them. These three professions clearly were walking down different paths corresponding to the black, white, and red colors of the three feathers.

Black naturally was the Path of Plague, as it strengthened the Constitution. Odin was afraid when taking this path, he would be killed by the plague on his body.

Red corresponded to the Path of Bloodline, as it either strengthened Strength or Agility. As to what will be strengthened, it depended on the type of beast.

White was the Path of Spirit, as it strengthened the Mental. Although it was to control the summoned spirit to enhance oneself. However, Odin felt this was possessed by a ghost. If one did not have strong mental strength, one might die after summoning it.

After analyzing these three professions, Odin understood them generally. Leo probably was someone from the Black Death Society. His skin turned red when he attacked Odin because he took the Path of Bloodline.

“Where did I offend them?”

Odin thought about it carefully but could not figure out where he had offended the Black Death Society. They even used this method to deal with him.

Odin could not understand it and was irritated. He looked at his attribute window and the 30 EXP was very attractive.

“Let’s toss this aside. I need to find someplace to earn some EXP. Let me think, where does the EXP come from?”

As he said, Odin pushed open the door preparing to leave.

Odin had some guesses when it came to the source of EXP. When he received the Crow God, there was an option to destroy the relic and gain EXP. This world probably had similar kinds of things.

Let’s not mention the others, every Gods’ relics were such a thing.

In the end, Odin was a small-time figure. If they wanted to plot against him, it was impossible to use a divine artifact to deal with him.

The Crow God relic just now was something a Level 1 Profession could obtain.

After Odin left, he headed towards the square of the Blue Vine University.

The layout of Blue Vine University was, the outermost layer was dormitories, the middle layer was lecture halls, the inner layer was every teacher’s laboratories and the center was the church of the God of Wisdom.

According to legend, there was something placed in the church of the God of Wisdom. During a dangerous situation, a blue color vine barrier will grow and cover the entire university. This was why one of the top three universities in the White Eagle Republic was Blue Vine University.

Of course, Odin had never seen anything of this before. The reason he went to the church of the God of Wisdom was not to pray. Instead, he was looking for anything that could be converted to EXP.

As he was heading towards the church, Odin saw some boys and girls distributing flyers by the roadside.

It was the school club members distributing flyers. After school, these hot-blooded youths will find something for themselves to do.

Odin had done this kind of thing before. When he was in his first and second years, he joined some clubs and learned various stuff such as drawing.

After he was being monitored coupled with the heavy school work, he stopped joining any club activities when he was in the third year.

Looking at these freshmen, Odin’s eyes had a trace of happiness.

He glanced at them and prepared to walk around them.

Odin did not think those boys and girls would notice him as one of the girls walked in front of Odin. “This senior, are you interested in joining our new Detroit Ground Combat Club? We are open to students from Blue Vine University for free. Every Wednesday there will be a public class and you can invite a personal coach for personal training. The fee is not high, 30 copper coins per hour.”

Odin was stunned a bit. He knew within the school some people trained in boxing or combat skills and most of the time it was cheaper than outside. He remembered the most famous fighting club was Wild Dancing Combat Club.

Almost 80% of martial art practitioners joined this combat club.

Looking at Odin’s confused expression, the girl explained, “All of us are freshmen. My brother and I practiced family martial arts, which is different from the Wild Dancing style. If we don’t join a club, we can’t apply for training fields. So we decided to form our own small club and we hope to find some members to fill up the number.”

Odin understood after listening to it. That was why they looked for someone older because they knew older students were unwilling to join the combat training. It was obviously just for filling up the number and letting the school admit there was such a club.

“Alright, but I’m almost going to graduate. If I graduated and your club didn’t have enough people, you cannot blame it on me.”

“Don’t worry, we almost have enough people. Come senior, please follow me to record it down.”

As the girl spoke, she led Odin to a table by the side.

Odin felt a surge of heat coming towards his face before he even reached there. A 1.8 meters stout man was sitting in front of the table.

The man had an imposing aura on him. If one looked carefully, one could even see the air around him fluctuating.

This was so powerful to the point that even the heat released could not be retracted.

From the looks of it, this man was one step away from breaking through the strength branch becoming a Level 1 extraordinary.

This made Odin a bit surprised, as he did not imagine such a student existed in the university.

However, the man did not care too much about Odin. When he saw Odin walk over, he pulled out a registration form on the table and spoke with a discontented voice.

“Your name.”

“Odin Condeves”

“Odin is it? Have you trained before? You look pretty muscular. If you have trained before, you can begin with second level training, starting with Detroit Ground Combat’s breathing technique and tempering art.”

Odin was stunned and wondered what the situation was about. The girl who led him here pulled his sleeve and hurriedly said, “This is how my brother acts. He always wanted to spread our family martial arts out. Please don’t blame him. You just listen to whatever he says. It’s free after all, it doesn’t matter if you come or not. But if he tries to ask you for a personal class, you should refuse it. It’s expensive and he is very strict. ”

Odin nodded and was about to leave.

The man by the side had almost finished registering Odin. He pulled Odin and said, “Come, I will show some movement. See if you can follow it then we can start from there in the future.”
