With fire in his eyes and rage in heart, Fu Yan returned to his house. After getting there, he went straight to the study room.

"Qing, what have you dug up?" He asked Qing.

"Big Brother, the location of the target has been locked and he is currently being monitored using all resources that we have. If he goes into a blind spot then I am using the mobile cameras of nearby people to monitor the situation."

Fu Yan nodded and asked.

"What about the target's mobile phone? Have you sorted the data gathered from it? If yes, then start gathering the data from people who are in his contact list and give priority to the people he is in frequent contact with. You are allowed to use 50% of your resources"

After a 2 second silence, Qing's voice started to echo in the room.

"Sorting the files from the target's mobile phone."

"Access the mobiles of frequent contact.���

"Accessing the mobile operator servers, removing the data limits from the targets"

"Data limit removed."

"Downloading the files"

"Download Complete."

"Hiding our tracks."

"Deleting the logs from affected devices."

Fu Yan just sat there as Qing worked. Though he was angry he did not lose his rationality. He wanted to make a foolproof plan on how to get rid of this person. 

At first, he planned to take revenge on all of them together but after thinking for a while and considering different pros and cons, he decided to scrap that plan and go only with the current one.

Seeing that files were being downloaded and sorted, his anger lessened a bit. He then noticed that he had not cleaned the wound on his head and was still wearing the same clothes. 

"Qing, sort that data and place the target's on top. Prioritize other close contacts after analyzing the data."

He told Qing while standing up to go change his clothes and wash.

"Ok Big Brother. I will need another 36 minutes and 12 seconds to complete this task."

Fu Yan nodded and walked outside the room.

He went towards his bedroom and upon entering, he saw the broken furniture and walls. He put his hand on his head, thinking.

"I forgot to contact the real estate agent again. Well, let's start looking for a house after I sort out the current mess." He clenched his fist while thinking about the recent incident. 

Taking out some new clothes from the closet, Fu Yan left the room. After washing up and cleaning his wound with alcohol as he did not have a first aid kit at home, he went back to the study room and sat in front of the computer.

There were still 20 minutes remaining before Qing could finish so he started to browse the internet and see news. 

He turned on a local news site which would report almost anything happening in the city, even a minor car accident would be reported but as he had expected, there was not a single thing about the accident that happened to him.

"So family power played a role huh. Well, let's see how your family is going to protect you from me." Fu Yan thought in anger.

After 20 minutes had passed, Qing's voice sounded in the room.

"Big brother, I am done gathering the data. I have sorted it in different categories according to importance."

Fu Yan nodded and replied.

"Good work Qing. Start by showing me all data on the target."

"Ok Big Brother"

After Qing said this, data started to appear on the screen. each and everything was fully detailed and it helped Fu Yan a lot in understanding the target and his influence.

The young man is named Ye Wen and he belonged to the Wen family who controlled 60% of the City Z's construction business which showed the power this family had.

Ye Wen was the third son of the current family head and was the youngest of all. He was 22 years old this year and was known as the trouble-making person. 

There was even an earlier case where he killed someone in a car accident and got away by paying a large compensation to the family of the deceased.

He also had many other scandals but none of them surfaced because of the power the family holds in the city. Many officials in the city were taking bribes from this family so it was no wonder that they could do anything they wanted in the city. Even the Mayor of the city was funded by this family. 

Ye Wen being the youngest in the family received a lot of love. Especially his mother doted on him the most so that whenever he had a problem, his family came forward to solve it immediately.

This made Ye Wen too arrogant and he had no fear of law. Since he knows that no matter what he does, his family would help him resolve it. Of course, he was not blind enough to anger other influential people and his unlawfulness was only towards ordinary people.

Fu Yan read all this information carefully and clenched his fists in anger. At first, he only planned to take action against Ye Wen only but after reading all the information, he decided to take out the family too, and as for how he was going to do it. Well, he had already built up a plan in his mind.

After finishing reading the information, he started to look at the pictures and videos that Qing had downloaded from Ye Wen's mobile phone.

The more he watched, the more anger built up in him. This Ye Wen was a total scum. In his mobile, he saw him forcing girls to sleep with him while his friends recorded everything. He saw girls weeping but these beasts did not set them free. It was not just one or two cases like this, he saw multiple videos like these, and some of them were even underage. 

He slammed his hand on the table which caused it to shake violently and cracks appeared where Fu Yan's fist landed.

His anger was skyrocketing. After a while, he calmed himself down and continued to watch. Other than these videos there were also some pics with family and stuff. Fu Yan ignored all these and continued to see if there was anything else.

After spending more than an hour looking through the data, Fu Yan did not find anything else that interested him.

He then proceeded to check the data on the close contacts and saw that his close contacts also included the two people who were with him when he injured Fu Yan in the park.

When Fu Yan checked the data from their mobiles, as he had expected, he saw the same content as before. Videos of them having sex and raping other girls and some girls were the same which Ye Wen also had raped.

Fu Yan was a lot calmer now and he did not get enraged as before. He calmly skimmed through the video and asked Qing to gather data on these fellows too. He planned to take revenge on them too but not now. Because if all of them had an accident at the same time, it was very easy to link them to him. Even if it was not linked still he planned to play safe and get revenge on them one by one.

He planned to let them taste fear and then kill them. That's right to kill them. At first, he only planned to cripple them or something but now after watching all these videos and seeing those innocent girls crying, begging for forgiveness, he had decided that these scum didn't deserve to live thus sentencing them to death.

Fu Yan spent another 2 hours watching data from other contacts but did not find anything that he could use against them other than the videos from Ye Wen's mobile of him raping the girls.

But that was not enough, he had plans to destroy the whole family and then kill Ye Wen and for that, he needed something he could use against them. 

He leaned back on the chair and closed his eyes. After a while, he suddenly opened his eyes.

"Well they are a construction company and there is no construction company that won't have cut corners or skimped on quality in public projects. I am also sure that they would have proof of bribing the officials as a precaution. I need to attack them here."

He looked at the screen and after thinking for a while, he opened his mouth and said.

"Qing, Start monitoring Ye Wen's whole family and invade all of their devices. Whether it's a smartwatch or a tablet. Invade everything you can and download everything from them. Follow his family and record anything you think is important. Let's give them hell for messing with me."
