Chapter 21: The Terrifying Hollowborers

Boooom! Boooom!!!

Two shells rebounded back to the engineering base and exploded. While it did not cause too much damage, two engineering vehicles were lost.

“Damn it! Gauss cannons aren’t effective against it!” The artillery crew members were caught in a hard place, they were the most effective unit type against the Insectoids, but against this giant earthworm-like Hollowborers, their weaponry was simply useless.

Should High Ground Z3 be lost, then would there be any safe place left for him? No matter how strong Qin Hao was, could he survive alone on planet Alpha?

So, the determined Qin Hao dragged the long knife as he charged toward the Hollowborer that was using its supersonic attack.

“Dieee!!” With a roar, Qin Hao leaped up high, and he jumped more than three meters into the air. At this moment, Qin Hao was also equipped with a powered exoskeleton. Many of the soldiers gave their faces a couple of slaps to wake themselves up. They then rushed over to their positions, or to operate the Gauss Cannons, or take up their electromagnetic rifles to meet the Insectoids’ assault.

While Qin Hao had interrupted the Hollowborer’s supersonic attack, but would the wounded bug forgive him?

Wreee!!! He only saw the Hollowborer turned its neck and charged at Qin Hao its mouth open wide. If Qin Hao was bitten by it, forget his flesh, even the metal power exoskeleton would be grounded to powder by the dozens of rows of sharp mandibles.

Shringg!! Qin Hao pulled the long knife out of the Hollowborer’s body, he then charged up and leaped sideways.

Crashhh!!! The Hollowborer crashed against the metal plating on the ground and instantly tore a big hole on the alloy flooring.
