Chapter 54 Experience Summary (A must-read for readers)

Make an experience summary, and make an experience summary for every volume in the future!

The first volume was not well written, and it was even full of loopholes. It didn’t take me long to write the book, less than half a year.

Many experiences are summarized by oneself, and no one can teach them.

But after writing the first volume, I also figured out the preferences of current readers.

There are several points of experience.

1. There should be no pretentiousness. Just show off the protagonist’s abilities and you’ll feel comfortable.

2. Be realistic and not too exaggerated.

3. There should be no poisonous points, such as the protagonist being wronged and having nowhere to redress his grievances.

4. The fun points are continuous, usually every two to three chapters are fun.

5. Write around the theme, and don’t focus on this topic.

Speaking of these five points, I think the third point should be done very well, and the protagonist did not appear to be wronged. The fourth point is not bad, and the fifth point is okay.

I wrote a few chapters on the first point, the one about Internet celebrities, but the response from readers was very poor, so I deleted it.

The second point is that what was written in the early stage was indeed exaggerated.

For example, he proved the basis of singular cardinal numbers at the beginning, which led to invitations from many universities.

After proving the singular cardinality, many universities want to poach the protagonist.

Later, there was also the issue of minimal towers, and many scholars valued the protagonist.

This is actually not in line with reality. What I wrote is a bit exaggerated. I will go back and revise it in the future.

Let’s do some popular science for everyone.

Whether it is singular cardinal numbers or minimal tower problems, they are all branch problems of the continuum hypothesis.

The continuum hypothesis is a very unpopular research, but it is also a difficult but ineffective research.

Even if the continuum hypothesis is proved, its status in the mathematical community will not be too high.

Of course, it will definitely become famous, after all, it is the first of Hilbert's 23 questions.

The top research is the eight conjectures of mathematics, followed by many conjectures extending around the eight conjectures.

For example, Wei Dongyi's research is on the regularity problem of the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation and the linear damping problem of the two-dimensional incompressible Euler equation.

This is an extended question surrounding the existence and smoothness of the NS equations of the eight conjectures.

This is truly impactful research.

If such research is done, it will be frantically snatched by universities.

Finally, I have modified some of the previous parts.

I removed the heroine and changed it to no heroine. I didn't know how to write emotional scenes. In this case, I made it without a heroine.

Talking about the next volume, I will end the protagonist's research on the continuum hypothesis as soon as possible and start the research on the eight major conjectures of mathematics.

At the same time, the protagonist really steps into the academic world, joins the society, and competes with people in the world's academic circles.

In the next volume, I will correct various shortcomings to make this book more exciting.
