"Careful! Someone's watching you! Instantly retreat from that place!"

Evelynn's panicked voice could be heard from the messaging talisman, causing Isabella's gaze to flash.

*Bzzz!~*

Raising an earthen barrier around her with her earth energy, she looked around, her senses flooding out the area. At the same time, her soul force gathered in one single place, whereupon she opened her mouth and released a dragon cry.

"Aooo!!!~"

"…!"

The numerous magical beasts that were just living their lives wildly abruptly knelt on the spot, most of them fainting the next second while the other magical beasts somehow endured but still experienced the pain that taught them who their ruler was.

But amidst these beasts in the mountain range rose a purple-robed figure.

It was a man.

He appeared to have silver hair flowing behind his head, appearing dazzling, while his facial features were that of a middle-aged man. He also held a defined jawline, but still, his expression made him look as though he was lazy.

"Don't yell… it hurts my ears, you know, especially as it is a dragon cry from an Emperor-Tier existence like you."

Isabella closed her mouth, her expression turning solemn. She recognized this voice, the voice that haunted Mystic Diviner Hailac. Just one misstep and it would've left them all brutally destroyed, but fortunately, her husband managed to notice his presence before things could get out of their hands.

Yet, the advice her husband, Emperor Davis, gave was to flee as soon as they encountered this man.

"Accursed Warlock… what do you want? Hand over father-in-law…"

Isabella's expression was not good, knowing that Logan was in Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion's hands by now. Her fingers lightly trembled, understanding that she was too late to save her father-in-law.

"Aren't you a filial daughter-in-law? It makes one wonder what lengths would you go to save your father-in-law."

Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion's expression turned sly, "Why don't you strip yourself of your clothes? Perhaps, I'll consider letting him go."

Isabella's gaze flashed with enmity, but her expression still stayed cold, "Why don't you kill yourself? Perhaps I'll consider allowing you to reincarnate after I plead leniency for you as the Emperor of Death's Empress."

"Ahahaha!~"

Abruptly, Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion held his stomach and looked up, laughing his ass off as his entire body shook. Dark light flashed across the region, causing the moonlit sky to radiate an unnatural yellow, causing Isabella to turn uncomfortable.

She sensed everything amiss but didn't take a step back. Instead, even radiated more energy as she formed a solid defense around her.

Even a Mid Stage Immortal Emperor would find it hard to break her defense at this point.

"You all are great." After laughing to his heart's content, Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion looked down on Isabella, "Not even Immortal Emperors, yet you all have the audacity to stand against me. Looks like Myria hadn't explained what going against me means, but I don't blame you all one bit. With my true body unable to come here, even a rat would dance under my feet, but its ignorance only lasts until I take care of the things in front of my face before I crush the rat with my foot as I walk past it without even looking at it."

"…"

Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion chuckled, "Do you not understand?"

"The Heaven Gazing Hall is quite a tedious place to appear. Although I managed to steal control of their bodies from most of them, the Heaven's Warriors pay a visit there occasionally, leaving me unable to do anything, but now that I took care of them, it is time to take care of you all."

"What do you mean?"

Isabella became taken aback. He fought with Heaven's Warriors and managed to deal them a death blow? She felt that it was ridiculous, but was there a need for him to lie?

She understood there were plenty of reasons for him to lie, but none for this account.

"Venerable Warrior Zermatt, was it?"

Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion grinned as he drew a line across his neck, "He managed to find my presence, but in the end, he was hasty. There were more of them back there, but I took care of everyone. See?"

He took out something, and a severed head appeared below his grasp, causing Isabella's heart to churn.

Naturally, she had heard Venerable Warrior Zermatt was a Heaven's Warrior who tried to kill her husband, and because of that, she also knew that he was capable of reaching Level Five Immortal Emperor Stage in prowess at the very least.

For Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion to have such a person's head, then she could not possibly beat him even with her current prowess. Realizing the difference in their prowess, her heart sank.

Just being able to defend against his so-called Malediction Laws was impossible, so she didn't see a way out just by herself or-

"Mistress, release me!"

Mira shouted from Isabella's soul sea, but Isabella refused to do so.

She joined her palms, sealing Mira in her soul sea while, at the next second, raising her hand as she clenched her fingers into a wild fist.

"In the end, that brat's weakness is undoubtedly women. I'd rather take you as hostage than have a man as a hostage. Now, obediently surrender. Otherwise, you will watch your father-in-law disappear in front of your eyes. At that time, what would you say to your man-"

"Accursed Warlock, I swear you will die a dog's death…"

A surge of raw earth energy from the mountains all rushed towards Isabella, gathering right on top of her fist as they clad over her fingers. The mountains trembled beneath her as she channeled and circulated the Earth Dragon Domineering Arts, and, combined with her Emperor-Tier aura, almost all being present completely prostrated themselves towards her.

"Die!"

With a fierce battle cry, she forced even more earth energy into her fist as she pulled back and swung her fist, unleashing a devastating attack upon the man standing a few kilometers away.

Her fist transformed into a giant dragon head that snapped open its mouth, bearing down upon the man with unyielding force. Trees were uprooted, rocks were pulverized, and the air itself shuddered amidst the overwhelming force while the dragon fangs left a trail of spatial tear.

Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion's expression was wild. In the face of such power, he grinned, appearing to be at ease as he stood there languidly, raising his arm as he pointed a finger and drew a rune above.

"Malevolent Erasure~"

A dark yellow glow radiated from the rune before Isabella's dragon fist rushed across the air.

The titanic force that could flip heaven and earth, threatening to consume everything in its path. It was a pure force devoid of any tricks and the most powerful attack that Isabella had unleashed up to date as it carried her precious Emperor-Tier blood essence!

Its prowess far exceeded Level Five Immortal Emperor Stage and reached Level Six Immortal Emperor Stage momentarily, far outstripping even Davis's most powerful soul attack, yet when it met the dark yellow rune, the ground didn't crack or shatter. There was no shockwave, much less an explosion.

Instead, the dragon fist that bore its fangs came to a stop, waving and rippling mid-air before it completely disappeared, causing the color to return to heaven and earth, yet the color was of malevolent evil, waiting to devour.

"…"

Isabella had never felt fear, even when on a battlefield, but this time, an eerie chill brushed past her ears, carrying numerous whispers as though it were a scourge.

Suddenly, she felt like she couldn't move as it felt like someone had caught her legs. When she lowered her head, she witnessed hundreds of pale hands climb up her body. They were caressing, pulling on her as though they were dragging her into the underworld, allowing her to know that this was how everyone who faced Accursed Warlock Fraser Herrion met their end.

A master of Darkness, Karma, and Illusion Laws, and their fusion turns into Malediction Laws. She had no doubt that this was an illusion, but she also understood that this was the manifestation, the activation of a malevolent curse that caught her before she even knew it, just like how Evelynn's Hex Laws worked.

'I'm going to die…'

A fleeting thought crossed her mind as she felt her heart skip a beat, capable of imagining a scene where she would disappear like cinders, never to be found again.

*Bzzzz!~*

However, a wave of light fell on her, causing her to gasp as she took a deep breath and turned to look back.
