Broad World

Chapter 86: Herast's Labyrinth 3

Debra has encountered an annoyance, she is now standing on a huge boulder, and there are all ooze monsters under her feet. These guys are trying hard to climb the rock and want to attack the female mage. Debra chanted the spell calmly, and then threw a fireball into them.

The violent explosion blew these guys out, and many monsters were blown into a circle. But this does not change the current dilemma, because there are too many ooze monsters. Just when she was at a loss, the kitten hung around her waist jumped out, and it climbed onto the female mage's shoulder and meowed.

Debra touched its head. "You are also scared, are you? I didn't expect my ambitions to be achieved yet, and I would die here. Let's get out of here now. You can escape with such a small size." The cat was placed on the high stone wall.

But this little guy didn't escape, it jumped onto the rock next to it. The gray and blue fur on his body gave out bursts of strange brilliance, and then his body began to deform violently, gradually changing from a cat to an underground lizard. It crawled over and licked Debra's hand and motioned for her to sit up.

"Damn it! I should have thought of the gray and blue fur. Your little thing is a deformed cat pet. Okay, let's leave this ghost place now." Debra whispered to herself. Climbing on its back, the underground lizard ran fast on the wall with its three-toed feet, and after a while it threw the group of ooze monsters out of sight.

After leaving the danger zone, the lizard stopped, and the female mage gently climbed off her back and tidied her clothes. After another violent deformation, the lizard once again turned into a cute and harmless kitten.

Debra gently picked it up and kissed the little thing. Then she said to it: "Thanks to you today, when I return to the surface, I will prepare a good meal for you." After that, she put the little guy back into her waist pocket and moved on.

avoided a few waves of giant spiders hidden in the corners, and finally came to a pond full of green slime. She picked up a small stone on the ground and threw it in, only to hear a whistle of white smoke from the whole stone, and then disappeared without a trace.

"Damn it! It's all sour here." Debra cursed in a low voice, and began to observe the wall behind the pool.

Soon she found a green badge embedded on the wall, and Debra quickly used the hand of a mage to take it, but found that she couldn't move it at all. She took out the deformed cat again and pointed to the badge on the wall. "Go, help me get that thing."

Kitten understood her instructions and immediately turned into a big spider, and quickly climbed up. It smashed nearby rocks with its hard mouthparts, and climbed back with the badge in its head. The cat who turned into a prototype nudged Debra's leg coquettishly, and vomited what was in his mouth on the ground. The female mage picked up the little guy and grabbed the badge in her hand. Suddenly a white light lit up in front of her eyes, sending her back to her original room. Looking at the embarrassing appearance of the two people sitting on the ground, she let out a chuckle.

"What have you both met, how can you be so embarrassed?"

Henry looked at her intact state and sighed. "Vaughan encountered a large number of goblins and giants made of ice, while I met the fire element and their elders. As for you, I found that you didn't even sweat."

Debra grabbed the kitten in his hand and shook it. "You must not have guessed that this little guy is actually a deformed cat! With its help, I barely took any effort through the tunnel full of ooze monsters and spiders, and smoothly removed the acid pool. The badge on the wall. After speaking, she walked to the table and put the last badge in. Then the entire table disappeared in place, replaced by a door that appeared out of thin air.

"A deformed cat? You are really lucky. This magical creature only recognizes one owner in its lifetime. They are both loyal guards and qualified assistants, and can become almost any small and medium-sized creatures." Henry gave Deb a smile on his face. Ra talked about the benefits of this animal.

Vaughn stood up and opened the door, and a biting cold wind blew out of it in an instant. On the other side of the door is a vast expanse of snow. The orc warrior laughed and said to the other two people: "This cold wind makes me feel the breath of home. Head, let's go now."

Henry stood up and stuffed the cold iron giant sword on the ground into the dimension bag. "Well, go through this piece of snow as soon as possible. I guess it's almost time to get out of here. I didn't expect a maze to be so huge."

The female mage wrapped the kitten tightly and put it in her pocket. "After you become a legendary mage, you can dig a similar ruin under the island, and then we can copy these ideas."

"My spirit is still normal, I won't consider doing these things to tease adventurers for the time being. Okay, let's go." He said that Henry took the lead and plunged into the world of ice and snow. The group of people trudged hard in the thick snow, and Debra asked as he walked, "Why don't you bless one to resist the cold? We will freeze to death in a short time like this."

Henry shook his head and replied: "We have to save spell slots, and God knows what monsters will appear here. Let's go for a while, it's really impossible to use magic."

The orc warrior said loudly to the two behind him: "The only monsters that can survive in this environment are winter wolves, frost giants, snow monsters, trolls, and ice worms. I will meet Bailong."

"I hope we won't be so unlucky. Now even a few winter wolves are enough to make us bother. If we encounter a white dragon in such an environment, it is much more dangerous than when we encountered a black dragon in a cave." Henry shook the snow on his boots after finishing talking.

didn't walk much, suddenly a slight vibration came from the ground far away. The orc warrior shouted: "Quickly disperse! It's dangerous!" After speaking, he rolled away on the spot and left the place where he was standing. The other two people also ran aside and started preparing the spell.

A few seconds later, a giant blue insect more than seven meters long arched out of the snow. It has dozens of pairs of steps and looks like a giant centipede. There are a pair of fins on the head and neck, which look like miniature wings. However, if you carefully observe its size, you will find that these wings are simply not enough to make it fly. This big guy was staring at the three prey in front of him with his white worm eyes, and the huge mouthparts made a clicking sound from time to time.

The orc warrior rushed over with a roar, and pierced its body with a sword. The worm sprayed a lot of blood and made a sharp cry. Then its body began to turn red rapidly, and the surrounding snow was hot. Vaughan retreated quickly after seeing the big bug getting angry. He knew that he would be burned by the heat on his body if he was close now.

Henry's spell quickly completed the "deadly thunderbolt", and the magical energy formed by the etheric plane material wilfully destroyed the ice worm's body. The hot blood was scattered all over, and Debra took the opportunity to throw out the "Ma Youfu Meteor Shower" in his hand. The ice worm rolled on the ground for a while and then stopped moving. Vaughn carefully carried the weapon and walked over and poked the corpse with the tip of the sword. Then he turned his head and shouted: "Head! This ice worm is dead."

After hearing these words, the two of them relaxed a little, and Henry walked over to the corpse and took a look. "This guy is really hard to deal with. I just used a fifth-level spell. If there are many such monsters, we will stop and rest if we can't walk much a day.

The orc warrior kicked the bug hard. "Don't worry, head. Such a big bug will eat up all the creatures within a few kilometers, and we are safe for at least a certain distance."

The female mage came over and took out a bottle and filled it with some blood and said to Henry: "When the ice worm is angry, the blood of the whole body will change. It can generate intense heat and even melt metal weapons. It is a very good alchemical raw material. Collect some."

Henry nodded, took out some empty containers from the dimension bag, and collected a lot of blood together. After a while, everyone continued on the road. With this encounter, the group was extremely careful when they hurried. In fact, just as Vaughan expected, there were other attacks along the way.

Debra's physical strength soon announced that he was in a hurry. She was breathing fast and her face was blue with cold. Henry saw the struggling female mage behind ~www.ltnovel.com~ and said to the orc warrior walking in front: "Vaughn, let's find a place to rest. Debra can't hold it anymore, walking in the snow. Too much physical exertion."

Vaughn turned his head and glanced at Debra. "Hold on a little longer. I saw a cave ahead. We will rest there in a while. It is full of thick snow, and it is accompanied by strong winds. There is no way to have a good rest."

Debra bit her lip hard. "It's okay to move on, I can still hold it." After she said she gritted her teeth and lowered her head and followed the team silently. Henry had a breath of heat, walked to her side and took the female mage's arm, and dragged her to move on.

After half an hour, the group finally came to the cave and found that it was actually the home of a polar bear. The big white bear stood up, and it uttered a threatening growl at the intruders. Henry hurried over to communicate with the bear with the understanding animal for a while, and the polar bear gradually gave up the attacking posture, turned his head and went back to the corner to lie down.

The other two breathed a sigh of relief. Henry took out the wood and lit the bonfire. Deb also prepared the ingredients and started cooking. Vaughan still looked nervously at the white bear lying on his stomach in the corner, and Henry walked over and patted him on the shoulder. "Don't be nervous, I have reached an agreement with it just now. We cook more meat, and it will be fine if we give it to dinner later." Hearing Henry's explanation, the orc warrior relaxed. He swept the snow on the ground and sealed the hole with a blanket.
