After writing "Run Out of My Life", I no longer wanted to write about sports, track and field, and sprinting. 　　 The theme of "Born to Run" is that sports change lives.

　　 After I stepped onto the runway, I realized that there are different choices in life.

　　 From the beginning of the book until now, I was under great pressure. I was afraid that the story would not be exciting and the grades would be bad. There were some controversies in the middle. The pace was too slow. I also knew that my writing skills were limited, but I always tried to improve.
