Chapter 2 Severance Agreement

"Have you had enough trouble? Isn't it ugly?" The old village chief who was invited slashed his crutches angrily and looked at a few people with grief.

"The village chief, she was the one who moved first." Wan Lingling's hair was messy like a chicken coop, and there were a few bloodstains on her face.

Compared to her shrew fighting, Shen Lingxi seems to be a trainer, with steady and ruthless strikes.

"Shut up, I don't care who did it first, old man, I only know that the dead are the worst, what are you trying to do, what are you trying to do!" The old village chief's face flushed.

The village chief gave Shen Lingxi a meaningful look: "You go back with me first, and come back tomorrow."

"Village Chief, she..." Wan Lingling's mother, Zhang Xianghong, was just called back from the poker scene. Seeing that her daughter suffered such a big loss, she obviously didn't want to let it go.

The village chief gave her a look and blocked her words: "What else do you want to do, don't you understand what I said?"

Zhang Xianghong shook his head: "No."

In the afternoon, Wan Dapeng, who had gone out to fool around with others, came back and saw the wounds on his wife and daughter's faces, and he continued to make a fuss for a while, until Wan Daqiang mentioned the village chief, which made him a little scared.

It’s not that Wan Dapeng really thinks the village chief is a big official, but because the village chief’s son is the chief of the police station in the county town.

With the intervention of the village chief, the funeral of the old man went smoothly.

Seeing Shen Lingxi sitting in a trance at the door of his house, the old village chief walked over: "Girl, do you have any plans?"

Shen Lingxi took her eyes back, although she didn't say it clearly, she still understood what he meant.

He was asking about Wanjia asking her to sign a severance agreement and kick her out.

Shen Lingxi had an indifferent attitude: "I don't want to be involved with them either."

Hearing the words, the village chief also understood what she meant: "Okay, I understand, if you..."

The village chief knew that she had been wronged all these years, and wanted to persuade her not to be impulsive. If she didn't sign, she would at least have a "home", but thinking of the people in Wanjia, he couldn't say it anyway.

Shen Lingxi smiled: "I've had enough over the years."

"That's it, just think about it clearly." The village chief shook his head helplessly, "It's getting late, let's rest early."

Early the next morning, the village chief called all the family members together to mediate whether Shen Lingxi should go or stay.

The two sides have the same idea. The Wan family thinks that Shen Lingxi can do things like beating people in public and insulting elders. If they stay in their house, they can do things like killing people, so they are determined not to stay.

Shen Lingxi said that being relatives with them was too long, and he refused to stay.

Since both sides maintained the same idea, the village chief naturally refused to persuade them.

"Since this is the case, the two of you will sign an agreement. Wealth, honor, and shame will be irrelevant in the future, and we will no longer have any contact with each other."

The old village chief pushed his reading glasses, took out a pen and paper from the drawer and handed it over.

Wan Dapeng snorted twice: "Village chief, we can sign an agreement to sever the adoption relationship, but she has been eating and drinking in our house for so many years, so she can't forget it. If she wants to leave, she will have to pay all her living expenses for these years. You can leave if you pay."

The old village chief was also very angry when he heard his shameless words, and patted the table twice.

"Are you still shameless?" The old village chief looked ashamed and panicked for him, "How did you treat Xi girl in the Wan family all these years? Have you ever paid a penny? Beating, scolding and humiliating, now you still have the face to ask for money?"

Wan Dapeng was a little unconvinced by what he said: "Village Chief, you can't talk like that, can you? No matter what, I'm also his nominal adoptive father, shouldn't she be filial and filial to me?"

Zhang Xianghong also immediately helped: "That's right, this is what she should."

Even though he knew what kind of people they were, the old village chief was still annoyed by their shamelessness.

Shen Lingxi said calmly: "Okay, let's be more clear about the calculation. Let's go to the police station to calculate. I don't know how much support you paid for the two thousand yuan you sold me back then."

Hearing this, the village chief made a gesture to call his son and ask him to come back to help judge.

Immediately, the couple became afraid and stopped mentioning the money. Wan Dapeng smiled apologetically: "What is the village chief doing? Brother Chen is busy at work, so don't let him run back and forth because of this trivial matter, I don't want the money. Now, I'll sign the agreement right away."

Wan Dapeng is a master who bullies the soft and fears the hard, and is even more reluctant to deal with the police, for fear that he will be locked up for something, and he will not have a free life in the future.

The    agreement was signed under the witness of the village chief, and Shen Lingxi had nothing to do with the family.

"Xi girl, old man, I can only help you with this little thing. In the future, you can only rely on yourself." The old village chief looked at the girl in front of him and felt a little distressed.

Shen Lingxi put away the agreement: "Thank you, village chief, and you take care too."

The matter of Huaishui Village has been resolved. If there are no accidents, she should not come back.
