Chapter 3 Soil Buns

The woman sitting next to her father on the left hand side is her stepmother, Julie Min. The woman sitting on the right hand of her father, who looks not much older than her, is her unrelated sister and the daughter Zhu Limin brought over. She has changed her surname to Chi, called Chi Yan. The little boy with an impatient look sitting on the single sofa is her half-brother Chi Ze, eight years old this year.

Chi Jiao's gaze fell on Chi Yan's body.

Chi Yan was holding her father’s arm and chatting affectionately, and the beautiful face that looked like Zhu Limin was full of smiles.

And Chi Mingwei also listened to Chi Yan with a smile on his face.

The two looked close, as if they were a father and daughter.

In the end, it was Zhu Limin who discovered Chi Jiao first.

"Ah, Jiaojiao is back." Zhu Limin smiled and waved to Chi Jiao, "Come here and sit here."

Chi Mingwei turned his gaze to Chi Jiao, freed his arm from Chi Yan's hand, his face was a little unnatural.

Chi Yan was stunned for a while, and then her eyes were placed on Chi Jiao.

The young girl is thin and weak, with a cold and white complexion, a small face with a slap as exquisite as a porcelain doll, dark black and slightly curly hair casually draped over her shoulders, and a cherry hairpin pinned to her temple.

The small and exquisite facial features are not faulty, clear and beautiful.

At the same time, the soft and petite appearance can easily arouse people's desire for protection.

A look of jealousy flashed across Chi Yan's eyes, but when she saw what Chi Jiao was wearing, she snorted with disdain.

Selling goods all over, it’s really not a row of noodles.

"Jiaojiao, come and sit here." Chi Mingwei sat aside and moved away.

Chi Yan and Zhu Limin's face changed.

Regardless of Chi Yan's ugly face, Chi Jiao went straight to sit down next to Chi Mingwei and yelled his father softly.

Chi Mingwei looked at Chi Jiao up close, and looked her aside from head to toe.

The look is a bit complicated.

"Is your body better recently? There is no reproductive disease, right?" Chi Mingwei asked.

Chi Jiao showed a slight smile, and the pear vortex on the side of her cheek, "It's already much better."

Chi Mingwei nodded, “It’s OK if you get better, don’t go back to leave the mountain in the future. Follow your father, and father will take care of you.”

Chi Jiao was a premature baby. Her mother was in poor health. She died of illness less than two months after giving birth. At that time, Chi Jiao's body was also quite poor. After running to the hospital in two days, Chi Mingwei felt that she could not support her.

Later, Chi Jiao’s grandfather was still in charge, and he contacted his famous Chinese medicine friend in Lishan, and asked him to accept Chi Jiao as his granddaughter and send Chi Jiao to him to raise her.

At that time, Chi Jiao was less than a year old when she was sent away, and it has been seventeen years now.

In the past seventeen years, Chi Mingwei has visited only a handful of times to see Chi Jiao.

It's not that he doesn't want this daughter, but because Chi Jiao's godfather has a weird temper and prevents him from going.

Chi Jiao's life was saved by her godfather. He didn't dare to offend and could only endure it.

Now, Chi Mingwei’s little bun dumpling has grown into a slim and big girl, and he is still very emotional.

He owes Jiaojiao too much, and he has to make up slowly in the future.

The neglected Zhu Limin saw that Chi Mingwei and Chi Jiao get along so harmoniously, and her nails were deeply carved into her palms.

"Ming Wei, you first introduce someone to Jiaojiao." Zhu Limin smiled and said to Chi Mingwei.

"What can I introduce." The little boy sitting on the solo sofa suddenly said, yin and yang strangely, "Chi Jiao has a dad, there is no need to know us. We don't rarely know her, Tubao!"

Chi Ze finished speaking, and made a face at Chi Jiao.
