Ancient Vampire in a Modern World

Her sword met the opponent's sword but because her strength was not normal and was much stronger, the sword of the assailant flung back and hit his own feet. But because it was only the back of the sword that hit the man he was not cut or wounded but Mia forced it more which is why he lost balance and almost fell.

Before the enemy falls another one emerges and attacks Mia with its sword. And as the sword descended from Mia's body she used her strength and drew her sword back to defend herself from getting slashed. As she was pulling her sword from the clash of two swords before, sparks flash out of the collision between her sword and the assailant's sword who was already falling down due to the impact of Mia's attack.

Mia had defended successfully from the assailant's attack but then a dagger was thrown out from the remaining assailant. She didn't have time to dodge it because she was parrying the swords of the other assailants and the dagger was already coming on her way. Mia then decided what her actions were going to be, she pushed the sword of the enemy that was holding her down using all his strength then she lowered her hand down so that the dagger would not hit his vital parts. 

Blood rushed out of Mia's wound in her shoulder as she pulled out the dagger that was stuck in it. She did so as she jumped with all her strength so that she could get out of the enclosement of the group of assailants. The dagger was then pulled out completely and Mia gritted her teeth to endure the pain. 

She was already used to this kind of pain because of her playing Ravaryn. In Ravaryn it is said that the feeling of pain in the game was the same as getting hurt in the real world but the difference is that in the Virtual world even if you have already lost a limb you can always regrow it. If you get wounded even if the wounds are fatal it can just be healed with healing magic which is why no one was scared of getting hurt in the game.

But now that she was in the real world and not in the game Mia was nervous. This is the first time she will fight seriously after all. She had already fought with many known figures in martial arts and even swordsmanship, fencing, archery, etc. a

but it was all in the ring and not for the purpose of real fighting which is why she was nervous. 

This was her first time getting a wound that deep but she didn't care she held the sword on one hand that suffered an injury and on the other hand she was holding the dagger that she just pulled out of her body. 

She got ready again as she checked the state of the old man in the distance she could sense that the old man was gaining his strength but it was trying to hide it and she could also sense that no one seemed to notice it. The group of people who were trying to kill the old man have already long forgotten their target and their focus went on the two-person who had just emerged.

Because the state of the old man was now so pitiful they didn't expect that the old man still had another trick up his sleeve. And because of that they have let their guard down and didn't pay much attention to the old man. Although their group was already considered a professional group and their members are high-level ones, their senses are still not on par with Mia who can sense the old man's strength even when fighting four opponents at the same time.

Mia's level was already high and much higher than the assailants which the assailants knew from the very beginning which is why they organized three people from the very start. But they never thought that the other one who was not even emitting an aura of level 3 player was now facing three of the strongest people in the group including the leader himself. 

And because of this they already are long forgotten of the old man who was slowly regaining his strength. The old man has practised cultivation and had a technique that can regain one's stamina and vitality and even heal his wounds but it was only substantial. 

Keiji was still fighting with the assailant and the leader as of now he was holding a sword. He held a sword in his left hand and his right hand was folded on his back as the sword was pointing down forty-five degrees from Keiji's position. The sword doesn't have a sheath on it and was already exposed under the moonlight sky. 

The second strongest in the group was waiting for his leader to command him. Then through a specific method, all the men in the groups seemed to have changed their emotions. Then from being an attacker the group seemed to position themselves in a defensive manner.

One of the assailants that were facing Mia went on the other side and exchanged places with the one that was looking for the old man. While the man who was reprimanding the old man went to the other side of the battlefield and joined Keiji's fight. 

Keij already knew this as he saw a man that was standing 20 meters away from them but because Keiji had already released his detection ability he could clearly see the man clearly. No single detail can escape Keiji if he wanted to observe the whole earth which is why there is no hope for anyone to hide their presence under Keiji. But that is only if Keiji wanted it to be.

The man at the distance was observing the whole scene and he had already reported it back to their camp. He was the member that always stayed at a distance so that if anything unpredictable happened to the group he could go and report it and his authority in the group was much higher than anyone, even the leader. He was the most important in the group so if anything happened he would be the one to be prioritized over the other. 

After reporting the situation back to his camp he uses his innate ability which can let him communicate with anyone he wants and the distance depends on how high the level of his ability could be. He used this ability to transmit the order to secure them and change from attacker to defender. He ordered them not to let anyone go for a minute as the reinforcement was already coming their way. 

He was given this position not just because of his ability but because of his observation ability. When the old man tried to regain its power he saw it and already put it in his mind. He had already anticipated that Keiji was much stronger in the group compared to Mia when one of their members reported it to their leader.

He had not commanded and informed the group about Keiji because he was still not sure about their power. They might be able to track him so he chose to watch a little bit and when the strongest member of the group fell on Keiji's hand he immediately reported it back. He was a cautious person and moved 20 more meters away from them before making the call, then went back to watch in the distance and also started commanding the group in the distance.

Although he was worried about being discovered it was because he was overly anxious he was the best at stealth and hiding the presence in their camp and his position in having good stealth was much higher than a commander but he was still like that because he was not good at fighting and only good at hiding and commanding.

When he requested reinforcements he said that they needed more than 100 super high-level reinforcements which the commanding officer thought was a joke. Although their organization was among the top-5 it was still not easy to deploy 100 super high-level players on the battlefield. The leader was already used to this man as he had already experienced it more than 10 times. At first, he deployed two super high-level players just to capture the already overrated. Next is that he deployed almost the whole camp because of what he reported. But when they came to the scene the problem could be solved using only 10 high-level players. 

The commanding officer was already used to his subordinate who was always overacting in his command which is why he adjusted it every time and when he said 1 super high-level player he only needed to deploy 2 high-level players. but if he said 10 super high-level players it means that he only needed to deploy 2-3 super high-level players.
