94 Diagon Alley

Chapter 36: Festival

Break away, into the darkness...they go.

Harry stood there, hands still outstretched. Then, with a sudden heartbeat, he heard the sound of hoofs behind him. Turning around, he saw Hermione charging Buckbeak at him.

"What did you do" she said furiously.

"I just saved our lives..." Harry said. "Come back, behind this bush, and I'll explain."

Hermione opened her mouth again when she heard what had just happened. "Did anyone see you"

"Yeah, haven't you been listening? I saw me, but I thought it was my dad! It's okay!"

"Harry, I can't believe it - you've summoned a Patronus who can drive away all those dementors! It's very, very advanced magic."

Together they peeked across from the bushes. The Dementors had run away, and Snape was calling for a stretcher to place the lifeless bodies of Harry, Hermione, and Blake on it. Ron must have been on the fourth stretcher, already floating beside Snape. Then, holding his wand in front of him, he carried the group into the castle. Of course, behind him was Lupin, who was bouncing around with his big tail, and Gwen, who was wobbly about to fall at any moment—fortunately—she held a cage with something inside in disgust.

"Yes, it's almost time." Hermione said nervously, looking at her watch, "We have forty-five minutes before Dumbledore locks the door of the medical wing. When we get to the mouse, then Professor Snape has to testify for Sirius. We have to hurry to Professor Flitwick's office, if Sirius isn't locked inside, it's a success! Harry! We have to get back to the ward on time."

They waited, watching the clouds reflected in the lake, while the bushes beside them whispered in the breeze. Buckbeak got bored and was looking for bugs again. "Do you think he's already there?" said Harry, looking at his watch. Then he looked up at the castle and began to count the windows to the right of the west tower.

Then they climbed onto Buckbeak's back and slid quietly towards the upper floors of the castle, Harry pulling **** the rope on the left hand side and Buckbeak turned. Harry made an effort to count the windows that flew past him and landed on the platform of Ravenclaw Tower.

Harry and Hermione looked nervously into the window...]

    Opposite.

Gwen felt like she couldn't hold it any longer - she was about to lose consciousness - under the dementor.

Harry was also about to faint, and Snape seemed to realize at this moment that everyone had to explain it together. He took back the silver mist and prepared to release the physical guardian angel again. And those Dementors also saw the opportunity and rushed towards Sirius and them.

In the nick of time, a huge silver Patronus came running from the forest in the distance. Gwen had never seen such an elegant and powerful animal - it was a stag! It used its tall antlers to drive away hundreds of dementors.

This is the last scene Harry sees before he faints.

Dumbledore must have come to save us, Gwen burst into tears, feeling the warmth around her.

Only Snape showed that subtle and complex expression again: surprise, disgust, sadness, pain.

He was probably upset that he wasn't strong enough, Gwen was talking nonsense to himself, and it was understandable that Professor Snape didn't look like he wanted to have any happy memories.

When the dementors dispersed, Snape, who was stunned, almost fought with Lupin, who was proud and wagging his tail. The latter had been standing in the way of Gwen and Hermione just now, although his terrifying wolf claws had no effect on the Dementors.

"Ow." Lupin called out again, and the amazing thing was that even though the wolf howled, he still looked calm and gentle now.

What Gwen couldn't understand was that Snape could understand Lupin's meaning from this single animal voice, as if their bad relationship did not hinder communication at all, perhaps this That's what it's called: your enemies know you better than your friends.

So Snape looked at the werewolf with contempt, then summoned several stretchers with his wand, and threw the unconscious Sirius and the other students onto the stretchers. Yes, Gwen saw Sirius being thrown at random like trash.

"Follow." Snape didn't even want to call his surname now, Gwen hurriedly followed the professor, looking worriedly at the rickety stretchers , did not forget to tightly hold the rat cage containing the culprit.

The group walked towards the castle.

    Medical Wing.

Lupin seemed to want to make it clear that he could not appear in front of the Minister of Magic for a long time, so he safely handed the students over to Snape, and went back to his office to prepare for a month alone Round night.

Trembling Gwen. Before their beds stood Headmaster Dumbledore, Fudge and a painted Snape.

"Shocking thing... Shocking, none of them died, it's a miracle. Luckily you were there, Snape…"

    "Thank you, Minister."

"Sir Merlin, 2nd class, no problem. 1st class, if I can get it!" Cornelius Fudge exclaimed loudly. "Your wound is so bad... Blake did it, didn't he?"

Snape gave Gwen a serpent-like eye knife, "...no."

Gwen slapped her nose to the face and decided to put it all on the bad guys, "It was Peter Pettigrew, Minister, Professor Snape who was attacked by Peter trying to escape for...protecting us... hurt."

After saying this, Gwen felt like Snape hated himself even more.

"Peter Pettigrew?" the minister fussed. "He should be dead!"

At this time, Harry and Hermione gradually woke up, and then the two of them retold the story of Sirius and the traitor from beginning to end.

"Impossible!" The Minister of Magic almost jumped up, "There is no way the Ministry of Magic would make such a mistake!"

But Harry, Hermione, and Gwen all gossip that everything they say is the truth. Dumbledore opened his mouth when he saw Fudge was about to lose his patience and called for Black to be taken away.

"I think we should go to my office to talk more about this," his wise eyes surveyed Harry and Hermione in surprise through the half-moon glasses. "Minister." He emphasized slightly.

"Because in addition to these little wizards, we have an honest adult wizard who can testify - he happens to be the Hogwarts Professor of Potions - and I have vouched for his reputation by character." Then the old headmaster raised his hand and raised the rat cage into the air, and turned around to show everyone the rat that was still playing dead, "Here, if I'm not mistaken, it's the illegal Animagus, Peter. Pettim."

Fudge's flushed face turned pale, and he seemed to understand that this argument would not have the result he wanted. He could only follow Dumbledore's words and find a way to earn his last face. "Of course, if that's true, we need to have a good talk."

Headmaster Dumbledore stretched out an arm, inviting him and Snape to go first. After the two went out, he seemed to suddenly remember something important, turned back to Harry and Hermione, who were nibbling on chocolate, and said, "Ah, Harry, Miss Granger, I have something to say to you. Now, please come with me." He waved and called Madam Pomfrey's patients out of bed under Madam Pomfrey's annoyed gaze. Finally, he didn't forget to add, "Miss Ollivander, you and the Weasleys' masterpiece, once again proven to the Ministry of Magic." Then he winked mischievously and pushed Harry and Hermione He walked out of the medical wing and slowly closed the door of the medical wing.

Ron also woke up and happened to watch the end of the play.

A minute later, dirty Harry and Hermione pushed the door in.

"Huh?" Gwen and Ron were dumbfounded.

"You guys are back now?" Ron asked, rubbing his sick leg.

"You made a mess of yourself in just one minute?" Gwen looked at the two suspiciously, and Harry's chicken coop even had a dark feather on the head.

Harry and Hermione looked at each other. Hermione asked uncertainly, "Is that Sirius lying on the bed?"

The skinny man groaned: "Miss, I think I am."

"You explain." Harry let out a sigh of relief, fell on the bed and said to Hermione, eating some more chocolate.

The next day, Hagrid, who got the wind, George and Fred went to the medical wing to visit everyone.

"Hi! Sirius." Tall Hagrid laughed and cried to the only adult wizard in the ward, "It's good to see you. Your motorcycle is still with me—then Harry just flew halfway across England in it - what a good fellow."

Sirius is still very weak, he can only hum twice to agree.

Then Hagrid looked at the students who had been forced by Madam Pomfrey to rest in bed. He wiped his sweaty face with a handkerchief the size of a tablecloth. He looked at them with a smile on his face.

"I'm so glad that so much happened last night. I heard that Sirius is going to be acquitted soon - they're going to give him the Merlin, First Class! Snape He could get one too—second-class I guess—he didn't spend twelve years in prison for nothing, did he?" said the tight-lipped Hagrid cheerfully. "There's so much more - but guess what"

"What?" Harry said, pretending to be curious.

"Bick! It's escaped! It's free! I've been celebrating all night!"
