Chapter 1 Prologue

The boy woke up from his dream.

She was panting slightly, and the tips of her hair on her forehead were wet with cold sweat.

Sitting up slowly, the moonlight shone through the floor-to-ceiling windows and enveloped the boy's figure, everything around him was hidden in darkness.

It was as if she was the only one left in the world.

Leaning against the head of the bed helplessly, he let the boundless sadness swallow him like a tide.

After an unknown amount of time, Ke Yue finally came out of the dream, her sluggish eyes began to focus, and she gradually regained her spirit, but it seemed like a pool of stagnant water that no longer flows.

He raised his wrist and looked at his watch: it was a quarter past two in the morning.

He grabbed the windbreaker that was on the chair, put it on casually, turned around and walked up the stairs.

"Ta...ta...ta..." In the empty villa, the lonely footsteps of the young man were recalled.

Ke Yue came to the rooftop.

An exquisite glass flower house has been built on the roof, and there are many flower stands inside. Large and small potted plants are placed on it in an orderly manner from bottom to top. There are various varieties, and each pot grows well, which shows that the owner has put a lot of thought into it.

An elegant grand piano is placed in the center of the greenhouse. The piano was covered by a white cloth, and it was impossible to see the whole picture. It seemed that no one had touched it for a long time.

Passing through the flower garden outside the glass room, Ke Yue went straight into the flower room and sat on the swing chair next to the piano.

The boy suddenly laughed, "It's so quiet..." she thought.

Press on the phone and enter the password to unlock it.The slender fingers tapped the screen a few times, and a team's information was displayed.

"Black and white team..." Looking at the content displayed on the screen, the young man muttered to himself, and suddenly laughed again, "It's really similar to the ace back then..."

Don't let me down...

There was a gleam of light in Ke Yue's eyes, but it disappeared quickly. All of this seemed to be an illusion.

After turning off the phone, she took out a bottle of sleeping pills from her pocket, took out one and swallowed it.

He looked up at the starry sky for the last time, let his consciousness fall like this, and slowly closed his eyes.

Another boundless darkness.
