If you do not believe, there is no way to explain it. , one is faith, since the Buddha has great supernatural powers, of course everything is true, this is a kind of superstition, but superstition is not necessarily bad, and the other is faith after enlightenment, as the Buddhist scriptures say: " The Tathagata is a true speaker, a true speaker, a true speaker, a non-deceived speaker, and a non-divergent speaker!"

A general asked a Zen master, what is heaven and what is hell?

In the eyes of enlightened people, where is not Bodhi!There is no evil in the heart, and there is no evil in the eyes, because the Buddha said that everything is created by the mind.

"You agree with my point of view. The truth in the Buddhist scriptures is universally applicable." Nangong Yan said, although she was not sure, she felt that she had won. The words were rounded.

Mo Xian smiled: "You still don't understand, anyway, the Diamond Sutra says: Buddha really has no Dharma to say, if you say that the Buddha has something to say, it is slandering the Buddha, the Buddha has no self, human, human, living beings, and life. "

Mo Xian understood very clearly that Buddhism is only a road leading to self-transcendence. There is no one truth that is universally applicable. Buddhism is a method of inner seeking, twelve karma, reincarnation of life and death, starting from ignorance, formation, consciousness , name and form, the six entrances, contact, feeling, love, grasping, existence, birth to old age and death, this is the gate of flow and revolving. Effects; love, grasping, and existence are the present causes, feeling the future effects; birth, old age and death are the future effects.The twelve links form causality and the condition of birth and death for each other, which is the total causal cycle chain involving the past, present and future.

Pay attention, all of this is based on idealism. Looking back and destroying the door is the beginning of old age and death. Reverse the cause until the extinction of ignorance. Nothing is false. Only when you realize this, Buddhism is the way to personal liberation. , although Mahayana Buddhism is said to benefit all living beings, it is necessary to realize it by oneself.

It is not wrong to say that Buddhism is the truth, but it is not true to say that it is universally applicable. Oranges born in Huainan are oranges, and those born in Huaibei are oranges. There is no truth in the world that can be like this. If there is, Probably only when looking at things from the perspective of movement, the change of things is eternal.

"Didn't you prove my point by using the words in the Diamond Sutra?" Nangong Yan said.

Mo Xian couldn't help laughing: "The Buddhist scriptures you are talking about are not the Buddhist scriptures taught by the Buddha. Although the words are the same, there are hundreds of thousands of miles of difference inside."

"You are talking nonsense. The Buddhist scriptures say precepts. If you misinterpret the Buddhist scriptures, aren't you afraid of going to Avici Hell?"

"Going to hell is not necessarily a bad thing. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva said, I will not go to hell, whoever goes to hell, the hell the Buddha said is not controlled by the Buddha, nor by the bodhisattva and arhat, but the self-ignorant heart, Or greedy heart, or hatred, and do evil things, and you will get evil rewards by yourself. The Buddha saves people, and those who can save people will naturally be saved. In a word, hell is only in your heart, and the pure land is also in your heart." Momo Said idle.

Mo Xian's words are closer to Zen. Zen advocates not to establish words, but to communicate from heart to heart. , never like to hear... I have no way to cultivate here, and I can't prove it. Drink and peck, each has its own share, so don't worry about it." You practice Taoism, pursue longevity, and if you live long, you will be blessed." Once it is exhausted, it will still turn into reincarnation."

"I practice the Tao. A true Buddhist may not be like you. The Tao only talks about this life and does not seek the afterlife. The Taoist is free and unrestrained in the world and has a long life. Since ancient times, Buddhism and Taoism have slandered each other. These things are not you. I can understand." Mo Xian said indifferently, a mortal woman who talks about Buddhism and Taoism in vain really does not know the heights of heaven and earth.

Since hundreds of years ago, Buddhism and Taoism have learned from each other. , For a long time, Taoism said that Buddhism is only about sexuality, only cultivating ancestral nature and not life, so the Yin and spirit can only be strong, but Buddhism says that the family is attached to me, and if the ego can't get rid of it, how has it become the way.

Hundreds of years ago, Buddhism and Taoism advocated the unity of the three religions. Although they have different foundations, they are all absorbing some of the other's ideas. Metaphysics of Buddhism, and even Zen and Taoism are proofs.

There is still a difference between celestial beings in Buddhism and immortals in Taoism. Celestial beings are one of the retributions of the six realms of reincarnation.

"You can say that the Buddhist scriptures are lies, but I think the Taoist scriptures are also absurd. How can an immortal make a place smooth?" Nangong Yan said again, "People are people. Unless they intend to, how can they influence the surroundings unintentionally?"

Seeing Nangong Yan's repeated reprimands, Mo Xianyi responded calmly.
