wisdom of life

Chapter 3 Reprinted Preface
"The Wisdom of Life" is a not-so-simple book written by the German thinker Schopenhauer in simple language. This book is written for the general public, explaining the essence of life and how to obtain happiness in life.

After the translation of this book was completed, although I was not naive enough to think that this treasure of thought and writing would really be very popular, I really never expected that after the Chinese version of this masterpiece of thought was published, the sales volume would be so high. It is so pitifully small that it is completely out of proportion to the masterpiece of this thinker.

"The Wisdom of Life", the title itself is attractive enough.As human beings who are the spirit of all things and do our best to find happiness in life, who would not be interested in this book that teaches how to obtain happiness in a simple way by a great thinker?
Therefore, although Schopenhauer has always been a humble man, when this easy-to-write and simple life wisdom book was published, I accidentally fell into optimism again until I was once again ruthless. awakened by reality.

What Schopenhauer said in his book, "The best gift is usually the least appreciated; most people in the world regard the worst as the best", is also partly confirmed by the experience of his writings.In addition, in real life, I even witness too many examples every day, proving that reality is what Schopenhauer said in his book.These upside-down and anti-"normal" situations, when we calm down and no longer turn a blind eye to them, are so ridiculous that it is difficult for people to understand and accept.

This time, Schopenhauer's "Wisdom of Life" has been revised and re-published by Central Compilation Press. My old "sickness" of optimism seems to be showing signs of relapse, because Schopenhauer's wonderful and profound thoughts and works are always I can't let me accept the bad luck of not being appreciated by readers and not being popular with readers.Schopenhauer's great work has always tempted me to have new hopes: that the book should indeed no longer be neglected;

I hope my new "unrealistic" "extravagant" hopes and "fantasies" will not be shattered by reality again, right?
I hope so, for the order!
