After finishing speaking, he changed into this brocade cassock.

I saw countless precious lights shining on the cassock, just like the light of Buddha, it is really solemn.

Seeing this, all the ministers praised him again and again, and His Majesty Taizong also nodded in affirmation when seeing this.

Tang Wang ordered his left and right to offer ten thousand gold and silver bills, but the old monk shirked his excuses.

Seeing this, His Majesty Taizong asked suspiciously: "The monk, you originally said that the cassock was five thousand gold, and the tin staff was five thousand gold. Why don't you want money?"

The old monk laughed and said: "No, the poor monk has a wish first, and those who can understand this treasure will not get a penny! Seeing that your majesty is virtuous and respects my Buddhist school. Besides, the eminent monk is virtuous and deeds, and he preaches Dafa. He should give it to you."

Hearing the old monk's words, all the ministers in the hall nodded and smiled.

Tang Seng was about to go forward to thank the old monk, but the old monk looked at Tang Seng and asked: "Dare to ask the holy monk, what you just preached is the Hinayana teaching? I wonder if the holy monk can teach the Mahayana teaching?"

Hearing this, Tang Seng frowned and said, "Teacher, all the monks in the East are teaching the Hinayana teachings, but they don't know what the Mahayana teachings are like."

The old monk smiled and said, "Your Hinayana teachings can only save yourself, but not others. I have the Tripitaka of Mahayana Buddhism, which can surpass the dead to ascend to heaven, overcome people who are in trouble and escape suffering, solve all karma in the world, and eliminate innocent disasters."

Tang Monk was about to ask about the Tripitaka's Mahayana Dharma, but Taizong asked excitedly, "That monk, where is the Tripitaka's Dharma now?"

"The Tripitaka of Mahayana Buddhism is located in Daleiyin Temple, Lingshan, West Tianling, where the Buddha Tathagata came from. It is one hundred and eight thousand miles away from here."

When the monk said this, everyone talked about it.

This distance of one hundred and eight thousand miles, most people in the entire Tang Dynasty have never traveled such a long distance in their lives.

Seeing the disappointment on the faces of His Majesty Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty and the ministers, he immediately stood up and said, "My disciple is willing to follow the example of a dog and a horse, and go to the west to obtain the scriptures. I pray that my king's country will last forever."

It can be said that there were twists and turns, and His Majesty Taizong immediately said happily: "Okay, since the mage can do this, I would like to worship you as a brother."

Hearing this, the old monk beside him couldn't help shouting.

Still mercilessly hitting everyone, he said: "It's just that the journey to the west is far away, there are many tigers, leopards, wolves, monsters, monsters, and extremely vicious people. I'm afraid they will never return, and they will die. I don't know if the mage dare to go?"

"I have made a great vow, and I will go all the way to the west, and I will not return it unless I get the scriptures."

Although he was at a loss about the future path in his heart, Tang Seng still expressed his determination.

The old monk gave a long trombone call to Amitabha, and walked a few steps around Tang Monk, saying: "Those who are willing to go will get the right fruit, and the golden body will be certified."

"Amitabha."

But the old monk turned into a statue of Avalokitesvara and flew away.

When everyone saw it, they all bowed to the ground and shouted Guanyin's blessings.
