Chapter 507 How Long Will You Wait?
"Didn't you buy anything else?" Ding Shitou walked into the yard while looking at the two small wooden basins in Ding Dian's hands.

"I also ordered a bathtub. I'm afraid it won't be enough. I don't know what else to add." Ding Shitou followed behind and explained honestly.

"Alright." Ding Shitou turned around, closed the courtyard door, and dropped the door bar.

Seeing them coming back, Li Kan and Han Yiqing went to the kitchen one by one, and the other led Ding Dian to the east side house.

When Ding Shitou entered the room, he saw Zhao Jian lying quietly on the kang, and he didn't know if he was asleep.

She hurried over and muttered unhappily: "Why is it crooked like this, what should I do if it's freezing?"

"I'm waiting for you." Zhao Jian said softly, but she did not fall asleep.

"Remember, there are people coming here at any time, not in the dead of night, so don't make a fuss." Ding Shitou reminded and took out a purple sand tea set that Zhao Jian left here in the spring.

"Understood, I won't call you any names, and I will only call you one in the dead of night." Zhao Jian sat up, with a smile on his face, as if looking forward to it, "How long will we have to wait?"

"Let's take it easy for them in a few days." Ding Shitou gave Zhao Jian a funny look, why didn't he understand what he meant?
"Okay." Zhao Jian leaned on the quilt again.

"I'll get a small stove and make tea for you." Ding Shitou put the tea set on the kang table, pulled Zhao Jian up and sat down, and kissed him on the cheek, "Be good."

"Okay." Zhao Jian grinned, feeling much better after being left out just now.

As soon as Ding Shitou walked out of the house, he saw Han Yiqing walking over with a small clay stove, and Xiaofu walking behind with a kettle.

"Have you had any snacks?" Ding Shitou hurried forward to take the water bottle, asked Xiaofu with a smile, then glanced at the twins who were following behind eating pastries, and said awkwardly, "Well, pretend I didn't ask."

The sisters all giggled.

Ding Shitou saw that there was not much water in the kettle, so he put it on the small stove and boiled it with hot water, and then boiled it with boiling water again, and then poured the tea leaves into the boiling water.

Xiaofu and Lingdang sisters stepped forward to salute Zhao Jian again.

"You can't call me son-in-law anymore, you have to call me cousin all the time, you know." Zhao Jian told them with a smile, and asked Ding Shitou to bring out the presents for them, which turned out to be three exquisite silver bracelets.

The three sisters happily took it over, saluted and thanked Zhao Jian, and they all called their cousin this time.

"What's the afternoon tea?" Ding Shitou looked at the joyful three sisters with a smile, thinking that it was getting late, so it would be better not to delay the afternoon tea.

"It's bean paste buns. I've made noodles at noon, and I'll make them later." Xiaofu quickly explained.

"It's almost there, let those two uncles who are free help you knead the dough." Ding Shitou glanced at Han Yiqing who was standing at the door, and said suddenly.

"Oh." Xiao Fu glanced at the door, a little timidly.

"It's okay to knead the dough." Seeing that the little girl was afraid of him, Han Yiqing quickly smiled.

So the little sister went out immediately and took Han Yiqing to knead the dough to make bean paste buns.

Ding Shitou also got on the kang, drank tea with Zhao Jian, and repeated what he had just said to the village chief.

"I think those women in the village are not very honest. It doesn't matter if you don't plant this tea land, so as not to make trouble by asking someone to pick tea leaves when you get it." Zhao Jian said softly while drinking tea.
