The Tathagata Buddha said in a gentle voice: "The Taishang Laojun is the head of the Taoist sect today. If you go to him to borrow someone, he will definitely be able to guess the deep meaning behind the borrower's move. It is within my expectation that he will not succeed once."

Guanyin Bodhisattva raised his head and said in surprise, "What does the World Honored One mean, that there is still a chance to turn around at this time?"

The Tathagata smiled with a smile in his eyes, looked at Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, and said, "Then how did the Taishang Laojun reject you, and what did you say?"

"The disciple first talked about the purpose of coming here, and needed the help of the Supreme Lord. Before the words fell, the old gentleman said that he was just an alchemist, how could he help the World Honored One. The disciple thought that the old gentleman was just a modest word. So he continued to talk about the journey to the west. , can calm the demons in the world for the heaven. Before he said who to borrow, Laojun said the time of alchemy, dare not delay, it takes seven to 49 days of refining, before it can be practiced, and then drink with me when you have time Tea, I thought to myself that I have to come back to my life, how can I wait until 49 days later? Then I left and returned to Lingshan."

Tathagata laughed, "Honorable Guanyin, since Taishang Laojun has already set a time for the next meeting, why should you be ashamed and upset?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva was taken aback, and said in disbelief. "World Honored One, I think this should be the Taishang Laojun's evasion. He wanted to drive me away, so he found an excuse for seven or seven days. Could it be that he really wants to make alchemy?"

"It doesn't matter whether alchemy is true or not, and it doesn't matter whether Laojun is pretending to evade or other reasons. Since he said it, you should naturally believe it.

I heard that in the east, there used to be a story of "three visits to the thatched cottage". Now if we want to achieve the righteousness of Journey to the West, it is already very easy to visit the Tushita Palace three times. "
