The publication of the first season of the "Corpology Investigation Section" series is actually an attempt in my opinion, because I don't know whether this type of suspense novel will be recognized by everyone.One month after the publication, my Weibo changed from deserted to bustling, and the daily private messages reminding me of manuscripts made me both painful and happy.

Writing is a very delicate thing for me. From liking to listen to stories when I was young, to trying to write stories when I was young, and then publishing stories when I was [-] years old, there are two "stories" along the way. Words are always with me.In my understanding, a story can be as large as tens of millions of words, or as small as a street joke of a dozen words.

I don't know if you have considered such a question, a joke makes you laugh, what is the reason?We have seen such a scene on TV programs, the host used some jokes that we usually think are very good to amuse foreigners, and the reactions of these foreign friends can often be summed up in one sentence: "What are you talking about? "

What is the reason for this divergence?I boil it down to cultural differences.Robert McKee once cited such an example in the book "Story": In the past Spanish customs, daughters must be married in order of age.In Spanish culture, if you write a novel about an unmarried girl and a young girl who treats her poorly, many readers may resonate with her, but readers outside of Spanish culture may not be able to empathize with it.

Many people have recommended foreign suspense mystery novels to me. While lamenting the wonderful stories, I always have some regrets, because I can't understand some of the scenes described in the books. This is the barrier caused by culture.

I have been a fan of American TV series since I was in the police academy. I have watched all the episodes of "Crime Scene Investigation" (CSI), and I can even watch some highlights several times.But when I went to work and actually participated in the investigation of crime scenes, I realized that film and television dramas are just further processing of art.

In order to allow readers to read stories without a sense of cultural barriers, and to fully demonstrate the most authentic crime scene investigation, I started the creation of the series of novels of "Corpse Investigation Section".

The composition of this series in my mind is like a movie. In my opinion, the first season is just a simple "introduction", and from the second season, the movie officially kicked off.While many readers lamented that the first season was eye-catching, they also felt that the story was not enjoyable to watch.I don't think the director of any movie will go to great lengths on the "title introduction", and I am the same. As usual, it is stated that the cases, names of people and places involved in the novel have undergone a lot of blurring, and all the stories are derived from real cases, but a lot of artistic adaptations have been made.The analysis and detection methods of the case were produced in a specific case environment.
