The monkey roared like thunder, yelling non-stop, and was furious when he suddenly heard someone speaking in the air, shouting: "Don't be upset, Sun Dasheng, brother Tang Yu, don't cry. We are the God of the Way sent by Guanyin Bodhisattva, and we are here to secretly protect the sutra seekers." .”

Tang Monk heard the words and immediately bowed towards the South China Sea, while Monkey King said: "Wait, you are those hairy gods, report their names, I will be better."

One god came out, pointed to the gods one by one and introduced: "This is Liuding Liujia, this is Wufangjiedi, this is four-valued meritorious service, we are eighteen guardians, and each of us takes turns to wait for you. .”

Monkey King said: "Whose turn is it today?"

Wufang Jiedi said: "Dingjia, Gongcao, and Jialan are on rotation. I have five directions to Jiedi, but Jintou Jiedi stays around day and night (the status of Jiedi is higher than that of the rotation, and Jintou Jiedi is the most powerful)."

The traveler said: "Since that's the case, those who are not on duty will retreat, leaving the Liuding God General and the daily meritorious Cao and Jiedi to guard my master. Wait for the old grandson to find the evil dragon in the ravine and teach him to return my horse. .”

The gods obeyed the order and guarded Tang Seng's surroundings. Then Tang Seng was relieved, sat on the stone cliff, and said, "Apprentice, be careful."

Monkey waved his hand and said indifferently: "Just be at ease."

Sun Wukong put on a bunch of cotton cloth straight clothes, lifted up the tiger skin skirt, and lifted the golden hoop and iron rod. He was full of energy, and walked to the ravine, half cloud and half fog, and shouted on the water: "Splash the loach, give me back!" Malay! Give me back Malay!"
