Happiness in life lies in inner peace and self-preservation, getting rid of the shackles of material desires and being calm and at ease, contented.However, five colors make people blind; five tones make people deaf; five flavors make people happy;It can be seen that the happiness of life does not lie in sensual entertainment, but in contentment, abandoning the temptation of material desires and maintaining a stable life.Looking at problems from the perspective of change and transcendence, life's misfortunes, blessings, gains and losses, etc., are all temporary, relative, and can be transformed into each other.Pursuing this ever-changing thing insatiably, in the end, you won't be able to fight for it, and you will suffer from it.Lao Tzu's thoughts are profound and incisive, full of life experience and wisdom.

When Lao Tzu expounded his point of view of being wise and protecting one's life, one should know how to be satisfied and know when enough is enough.In the shopping mall that is walking on thin ice, only when you know how to be satisfied can you not regret it, and if you know when enough is enough, you can avoid danger.
