Chapter 1 Desert God
"Kill the Supreme God and seize the power of the sun to survive!"

A hoarse, dark whisper rang in his ears.

Seth slowly opened his eyes, full of exhaustion and helplessness.

"Sleeping for another year..."

Sighing silently, Seth looked at the position of his heart.

There was a crack that penetrated the body, filled with the aura of death, darkness, and decay.

If he were an ordinary person, he would have died long ago, but he is the god of the desert and just lost part of his memory.

Withdrawing his gaze, Seth glanced at the magnificent temple built of yellow sand.

It was as desolate as ever, with nothing but the walls, the murals on the dome, and his throne.

Outside the temple is an endless desert with no end in sight.

After coming to this world for decades, Seth has become accustomed to this desolate appearance.

Of course, habit does not mean liking.

No one stipulates that the desert god must like the desert.

Set held his face with one hand and sat on the throne made of yellow sand in a daze.

"Isn't there still no God coming to me..."

After muttering something, Seth slowly stretched out his finger, pointed it in the air, and said a name.

"Antis."

As soon as he finished speaking, a ball of motionless and wriggling yellow sand quickly gathered in mid-air.

In the blink of an eye, the yellow sand transformed into a yellow sand flying bird. It landed on the ground, bowed its head and shouted.

"Owner!"

Seth looked at the flying birds on the yellow sand and said nothing.

Suddenly, Seth felt a sharp pain in his heart, and his expression remained unchanged.

Snapped!
The flying birds in the yellow sand exploded and made no sound.

The severe pain slowly subsided.

"Failed again."

Seth expected it, in his memory.

After the original Seth was injured, he returned to the temple to recuperate.

But he didn't expect that he couldn't heal his injuries, and the injuries began to worsen.

Later, he even had to fall asleep from time to time to prevent the injury from getting worse with all his heart.

As a result, the original body was unable to take a step away from the throne.

After Seth arrived, he tried to summon his servants and went to the God of Life for help.

A true name can be given to a servant, which will use some divine power to the point where it will be impossible to prevent the injury from worsening.

This forced Seth to give up his servants and take back his divine power.

Finding him on his own initiative didn't work, so Seth waited for other gods to find him.

But no god came, which left Seth speechless.

However, what dissatisfied Seth the most was Ra, the God of Creation.

According to memory, this god Ra holds the power of the sun and ascends to the supreme throne.

He created everything in the world and the gods out of chaos and flood.

However, when the world was born, Apep, a dark snake, jumped out of the great flood, and he blocked the light of the sun.

The demon snake attacks Ra with darkness, death, and chaos, wanting to kill the sun and destroy the new world.

The gods who had been born rushed forward to fight, but they were all repelled.

At this time, Ra went up to fight with the demon snake. Finally, Apep was killed by Ra, and the sun shone on the earth again.

However, the demon snake has the power of death and will not really die.

From this, whenever the demon snake was resurrected and darkness fell, Ra would kill the demon snake again.

Different from the beginning of the world, Ra now has two main gods to help him fight the devil snake.

The higher gods and lower gods under the main god have no ability to help.

Seth happened to be one of the main gods, and it was his turn and Thoth, the god of wisdom, to help Ra kill the demon snake.

In the past, La would block all the attacks of the demonic snake, but something went wrong that time.

As a result, Seth's heart was pierced by the fangs of the demon snake and he was seriously injured. After Ra killed the demon snake, he did not help with the treatment. Instead, he drove the ten-thousand-year boat to the underworld to inspect.

After Seth informed Thoth that he would no longer be on duty for the time being, he entered the temple deep in the desert to heal.

But the injuries gradually worsened until he was unable to leave the temple.

Ra never cared about Seth's injury, as Ra's power could easily heal him.

The original Seth and the current Seth are both dissatisfied.

The words that woke him up from his slumber every time were probably the original Seth's obsession.

"It's a pity that he can't beat him. He can't compete with the power of the Supreme God..."

After muttering, Seth changed his hand to support his face, looking at the desolate desert.

Suddenly, Seth saw a woman standing outside the temple.

Wearing a throne-style crown, black hair, red lips, and a long blue and white woven linen skirt.

The neck is made of lapis lazuli, ruby, sapphire crystal and gold.

The arms, wrists, and ankles are made of gold and have rings engraved with complex lotus patterns.

Seeing this woman, Seth suspected that he was hallucinating!

Is it just God who has hallucinations?
The woman walked into the temple with a worried look on her face, and soon walked up to Set.

"Little brother."

Hearing the voice and sensing the breath of God, Seth became excited. It was not an illusion, it was really Isis!
"Sister Isis!"

Inheriting the original memory of Seth, Seth naturally called his sister.

He gave life to his servant in order to seek Isis' help.

Isis - the god of life, magic, and marriage, the main god.

In addition to Isis, he also has brother Osiris and sister Nephthys.

Father God Geb and Mother Goddess Nut.

It was Shu and Tefnut who gave birth to Geb and Nut.

Shu and Tefnut were the first two gods created by Ra.

"Brother, you are so injured, why don't you ask me to help you?" Isis was worried, but there was some blame in her words.

Seth looked bitter: "I also want to ask you to help me, sister."

"But my injuries have deteriorated to the point where I can no longer give my servant a real name."

Isis was heartbroken when she heard this, and took out a palm-sized sun-patterned clay pot and handed it over.

"Brother, this is the blood given to you by the god Ra. It can heal you."

"Given by God Ra?" Seth was a little surprised.

"Yes." Isis nodded: "You haven't shown up for decades, and you are not in your usual temple."

"I, Osiris, and Nephthys are a little worried about your injury."

"It happened to be my shift this year. After killing Apep, I mentioned the matter to the God of Ra and asked the God of Ra to find your location."

"After the god Ra found you, he gave you a drop of blood to restore you."

Seth looked at the sun pattern pottery pot with a complicated expression.

The blood of the Sun God was indeed enough to restore him to his original state, but it was only decades late.

"Thank you, sister." Seth took the pot and thanked Isis.

"Let's heal the injury first." Isis was still worried about Seth.

Seth nodded and opened the pot. A golden light burst out in the pot.

After a moment, the golden light dissipated, and Set poured out a drop of golden blood from the clay pot.

The golden blood lay quietly in Seth's hands, and he could feel the extremely hot and powerful power.

It was the heat of the sun, as if you were under the scorching sun!
After looking at the blood of the Sun God for a while, Seth put the blood into his mouth.

A series of red divine lines appeared on Seth's skin.

And slowly gathered towards Seth's heart.

The wound that penetrated Seth's heart also changed, and pieces of black scales emerged, exuding the rotten smell of death!
Not only that, those scales slowly formed the shape of a curved snake!

Isis frowned on the side, becoming more and more worried about her brother.
