Chapter 8: Be more energetic
Tongbei Quan mainly focuses on "hands, eyes, body, and steps." There are 108 single operations in the techniques alone.

Each single exercise method can be trained from three aspects: posture, strength and usage.

After mastering the force method, you can start to learn the force method and its usage.

In layman's terms, after mastering the basic movements, you can then understand the force-generating techniques of each basic movement and its usage in actual combat.

As for "eye skills", it is a skill that assists the "manipulative" attack. It can be said to be the ability to predict, or it can also be said to be tactical learning.

Shen Dharma is the foundation of Jin Dharma and is also a part of exerting force.

Without the foundation of Shenfa, even if there is power, it is "original power" rather than "skill power".

That is to say, it only exerts force in a single part, without using the strength of the whole body to maximize its own strength.

The Jin method training in Shan Cao's hands is actually the strengthening of the Shen method route.

Only by mastering these three types can one have basic martial arts abilities. After that, there is the training of "joint hands", so that one can truly have the ability to fight in actual combat.

In short, after Li Ang looked at all these, he did have some profound insights into Chinese martial arts.

No wonder traditional martial arts are in such decline now.

Putting aside whether there is any actual combat ability, the difficulty of entry alone is enough for most people to give up before seeing any results.

According to the above experience, even the most basic introduction must be based on "months".

However, Li Ang is not in a hurry. The biggest help that skill solidification brings to him is that the movements he can master are all on the right path, and he will not take detours or even injure himself.

From the time he started learning Tongbei Quan, Li Ang did not use every breakthrough point he obtained on [Physique], but accumulated it.

He wanted to test what kind of impact it would have on him if he added points to [Spirit] or [Reaction].

After breakfast, his [breaking point] has reached 0.24.

The reason why I accumulated some points before adding points was because if the improvement was too low, I might not be able to sense the change.

Li Ang first followed the video in the CD and stumbled along throughout the whole process.

Although his memory has improved a lot, he still forgot some of his actions after a night's sleep.

After a complete set, the movements are not even graceful, and even not smooth at all.

With a little idea in mind, Li Ang put all his [Breakthrough Points] into [Spirit].

Name: Li Ang

Power: 7.92
Constitution: 10.03
Responses: 10.30
Spirit: 13.40
Breaking point: 0
skill:
【Cycling】152/200 (skilled)
(Characteristics: Lower limb strength and endurance increased by 10%)

【Running】12/200 (skilled)
(Feature: Increase vital capacity by 10%)

The moment the points increased, Li Ang felt as if his brain was wrapped in a coolness that was like inhaling mint.

However, this feeling came and went quickly. If Li Ang said that he could feel that his brain was different immediately, he couldn't actually tell.

After all, the increase in [Spirit] this time is only about 2%, which is not much of a breakthrough.

However, in the following exercises, Li Ang still found some differences. That is, my thinking seems to have become more active. When practicing a certain movement, I will not only copy its posture in my mind.

At the same time, I will also think to a certain extent, why is this action so powerful? Would it be more suitable for your body if you slightly adjusted this posture? Can breathing at this point make your exertion smoother?

Questions like these kept popping up during his practice.

At the same time, he also had a different understanding of zhanzhuang than he had yesterday.

Understand that Zhanzhuang is not only about the "appearance" of the stance, but more importantly, the "inside" of it.

We must first understand why we need to stand? What part of the body is exercised in Zhuang Gong? Only in this way can we get in.

These things, for ordinary people, there is no way to multi-task like this.

In fact, this does not conflict with the requirement of martial arts training to be clear of distracting thoughts, because the thoughts he has now are not distracting thoughts, but practice with his brain. According to traditional martial arts, this is called comprehension.

While Li Ang was making movements with his body, he was also thinking in his mind, and theory and practice were constantly confirmed.

Although he could only have a vague feeling about many things, the sense of gain these things brought him was real.

This sense of reward from practice also became his motivation for practice.

It wasn't until waves of strong emptiness came over his body that Li Ang came back to his senses and found that the time had already reached noon.

According to his usual habit, he had to eat a meal at ten o'clock. In addition, he had been engaged in physical and mental activities non-stop, so it was not an exaggeration to say that he was so hungry that his chest was pressed against his back.

Obviously, a powerful [Spirit] can also be said to have increased the power consumption of his body.

Li Ang was a little doubtful. If he did not choose to increase [Physique] first, but instead added more [Spirit] all at once, would his body be able to withstand it?
When he opened the refrigerator, there were very few ingredients left. Fortunately, Li Ang took them all out and cooked them all.

He roughly estimated that the amount of food he eats in a day is roughly equivalent to the amount of two adults of the same size.

This amount of food is not outrageous, and it is something that many fitness experts can achieve.

However, this also made his already small savings even more stretched.

After a delicious meal, Li Ang rested for an hour, then rode his little broken bicycle again and went to the supermarket for shopping.

As soon as he stepped on the bicycle, Li Ang subconsciously adjusted all parts of his body to the best condition. This proficiency in [cycling] skills has made his technical level as good as that of some amateur athletes who have been riding for many years.

At this time, Li Ang had completed this approximately 17-kilometer journey in just forty minutes.

This kind of speed, if you are riding a road bike, can be said to be pretty good, better than most people.

But if you are riding this women's bicycle that doesn't even have a speed change function, no matter who sees it, you have to shout "Wardfa!"

After getting off the bicycle, he wiped his sweat and stretched briefly for two minutes. Li Ang looked at his panel and found that his attributes had improved again.

Not only did [Cycling] proficiency increase by 34 points, but also physical fitness and strength increased by 0.03 and 0.01 respectively.

With the experience of the previous two purchases, Li Ang went straight to the special price area this time.

It’s not that organic food is unaffordable, but discounted products are more cost-effective.
