Chapter 63 Doll Town (3)

Standing outside the window, staring at them with his head against the glass, was the lion doll that had gone and returned.

When he saw them, the lion doll opened its mouth and seemed to be smiling.

Xie Ning inside the room was also looking at it.

The sharp claws on its palms were also made of metal, which seemed very sharp. It was currently holding a middle-aged woman in its hands.

The woman's hair was pulled, and half of her head was bitten into pieces, revealing hideous wounds. Her slightly heaving chest was obviously due to more air coming out and less air coming in.

"It doesn't seem to be afraid of the light."

The muscular man frowned fiercely, and the lion doll made the fear in his heart well up again.

Both of them realized that they were trapped in this blood-stained dessert house and were in a dilemma.

To make matters worse, the bright lights overhead began to flicker, and a burst of children's laughter reached my ears from the ceiling.

The snow outside is getting heavier and heavier, and the cold inside is even worse.

Fear and coldness envelop laughter, which is only creepy.

The expression on Xie Ning's face is quite calm. Compared to the lion doll outside, at least she knows how to restrain the pumpkin man.

Today, it seems that I can only make do with this dessert house for one night.

"Look for clues first." Xie Ning reminded the muscular man.

"It won't be able to get in for a while, but if we can't find any clues, when the lights go out, we will be killed by the Pumpkin Man first."

Her voice was cold, and her words brought back the strong man's rationality that had briefly been lost due to fear.

"Yes, yes." The man nodded vigorously and hurriedly took action. He anxiously walked back and forth in the room, appearing extremely busy, but he could not find any key clues.

He stared at the candy box in Pumpkin Man's hand and whispered, "It would be nice to find some more candy."

Xie Ning walked towards the display window, ignoring the eagerly looking lion doll outside, and holding back the nausea, he took the rabbit doll in his hand and looked at it carefully.

The rabbit's fur was rough and hard, quite prickly to the touch, its red nose was stained with blood, and its mouth full of fangs seemed ready to eat a child at any time.

She tried to activate the annihilation skill, but the doll had no response.

This discovery gave her a chill.

The cold glass eyes of the rabbit reflected a human-like sarcasm.

Xie Ning squeezed the flower pot on the windowsill with one hand, and the flower pot immediately shattered into powder.

So it's not that her skills are ineffective, but that the opponent's abilities are superior to hers.

The rabbit doll is like this, and other dolls are probably similar, or even stronger.

The game gets harder.

Xie Ning was not discouraged. He looked around and his eyes rested on the one-meter-long silver fork on the floor.

She picked up the fork that originally belonged to the Pumpkin Man and used the fork to open the rabbit's mouth. There was still flesh and blood inside.

With a stabbing sound, the body of the rabbit doll was easily torn apart by the sharp fork.

A look of confusion flashed in Xie Ning's eyes.

No wonder the pumpkin man can split the head of the man with glasses in an instant. This fork is not easy.

She dropped the broken rabbit doll in her hand on the ground, and a pink candy fell out of its open belly.

"The sugar is actually in their bellies." Aying floated behind Xie Ning and looked at the rabbit in surprise.

The muscular man who heard the commotion turned around and said, "Did you find the candy?"

As soon as he finished speaking, he looked at the disemboweled rabbit doll on the ground, his scalp was numb, and the scene of the short-haired man being torn apart by the rabbit seemed to flash before his eyes. "You are so brave." The muscular man said with sincere admiration. He would not dare to touch these dolls anyway.

Xie Ning pondered: "It seems that we have grasped our fear of rabbit dolls, so we hid the candies in their bellies."

The muscular man suddenly realized, "So, maybe there are clues about the dessert house in the pumpkin man!"

Ah Ying was startled at the side and immediately said excitedly: "I'll go take a look."

After she said that, she floated over to Pumpkin Man.

Xie Ning continued to tear apart the two dolls with his weapon and picked up the three candies on the ground.

Just as she pointed the fork at the next rabbit doll, the lights kept flickering, and the originally bright house dimmed and was once again covered in darkness.

"Light the fire!" Xie Ning reminded quickly, holding the fork in front of him and retreating decisively.

The muscular man's reaction was also very quick, and he activated the skill without hesitation almost as soon as the room darkened.

Flames ignited from his hands, igniting the curtains. The firelight shone on the two of them, blocking the rabbit doll that was about to bite them.

The Pumpkin Man stood at the junction of firelight and darkness, its face almost split in half between light and dark. However, Aying, who had just floated to its side, was split in half by the Pumpkin Man's bare hands in an instant.

Two wisps of black energy dispersed in the air and quickly flew back to Xie Ning, reuniting into a human form.

The muscular man looked at this scene in shock, then cast his gaze on Xie Ning, who looked calm, and quickly figured out that the woman should be considered her skill.

"It's so scary!" Ah Ying shrank and hid behind Xie Ning. Fortunately, she was just a ghost, otherwise she would have died.

Xie Ning's eyes dimmed. Even without his weapons, Pumpkin Man's strength was still terrifying.

"Are you injured?" The muscular man looked at Xie Ning's arm. There were three terrible scratches on it, and blood was flowing down the slender arm.

It looked like it had been scratched by a rabbit.

Xie Ning pressed the wound, thinking of the speed of the rabbit doll just now, and how cruel it was to see the movements. She took a deep breath to hide the anger in her heart, "Small injury."

The man's eyes were complicated. Compared to being torn apart, this injury was indeed a minor injury.

"Here, stop the bleeding first and prevent the wound from getting infected." He took out a roll of bandages from his coat pocket and threw it to Xie Ning.

"Use it, some people don't even have time to use these." He seemed to think of the two people who died just now, and sighed.

Xie Ning was stunned for a moment when he got the bandage, and did not refuse, "Thank you."

Aying helped her quickly bandage the wound and barely stopped the bleeding.

Not far away, the pumpkin man finally opened the candy box given to him by Xie Ning, but it turned out that there was only a green seed inside.

No candy!

It threw the box to the ground angrily, and two bunches of silver gas came out of its pumpkin-shaped head, which was so rich that it was about to overflow.

It walked slowly and stopped when it was close to the fire. The only silence in the room was the sound of flames devouring the curtains.

With the fire blocking the way, Xie Ning didn't rush to take out the candies. It wasn't until he heard the sound of the clock tower outside ringing for the third time that he gave it one of the candies in his hand.

After the pumpkin man left with satisfaction, Xie Ning heard two obviously relieved voices coming from beside him.

Ah Ying patted her chest: "We're finally gone. We're safe now, right?"

The muscular man wanted to step forward and say something to Xie Ning, but the girl in front of him said, "Not necessarily."

"It's only three o'clock at midnight, and the Pumpkin Man may appear at any time."

"At least wait until daybreak." She said and tried to press the light switch. The light bulb flickered a few times and then went out again. "The power is out."
