I couldn't stand it anymore, so I tried it again today. Finally, I learned from the pain and made some deep reflections, that is, the previous physical strengthening method was not suitable for me.

Not everyone is suitable for using the physical strengthening method, and similarly not everyone can use the physical strengthening method. General physical strengthening is actually about exercising the body, not controlling the body.

If you want to practice, you must control your own body. From the coarse level to the fine level, the coarse level is the control of the limbs by normal people, while the fine level is more detailed classification, such as controlling the cells in the body or the things that cannot be controlled in the body. Organs are strengthened.

However, today's human beings are naturally unable to do this, but it is not absolute. Since they cannot take the initiative to practice, they can use passive methods to make the organs that cannot be exercised stronger. This is the physical training method.

But this is not without its drawbacks, too much is not enough, and it requires perseverance.

I admitted that I couldn't hold on, so I decided to continue researching.
