Taiji is one, it is the Tao, it is the chaotic vitality of the material nature without dividing the time between heaven and earth, Taiji moves to generate yang, and tranquility generates yin, which is to generate two forms, one yin and one yang are two forms.

The two appearances, one yin and one yang, each produce the image of one yin and one yang, that is, one divides into two, giving birth to four images. The four images are shaoyang, taiyang, shaoyin, and taiyin. .

The innate Bagua: Qian, Kun, Kan, Li, Zhen, Gen, Xun, Dui.

Qian represents heaven, Kun represents earth, Kan represents water, Li represents fire, Zhen represents thunder, Gen represents mountains, Xun represents wind, and Dui represents Ze.

After the two phenomena give rise to the four images, the four images each generate yin and yang, giving birth to the Bagua, that is, the four images generate the Bagua. That is to say, on the four images of Shaoyang, Sun, Shaoyin, and Taiyin, a Yang Yao or a Yao is added to each of them. Yin Yao, "folded into three", produces eight new symbols.

For example, if you add a yang line to Shaoyin, the resulting form is called Li Gua; if you add a yin line to it, the resulting form is called Zhen Gua.

By analogy, the following are generated: Qian [-], Dui [-], Li [-], Zhen [-], Xun [-], Kan [-], Gen [-], and Kun [-]. This order of arrangement of the eight trigrams and their hexagram numbers are the numbers of the innate eight trigrams.

The innate number is produced by the chaos of Tai Chi, which has no shape, image or position, but one gas, and the yin and yang are added sequentially, and the numbers from one to eight are naturally created, so it is called "innate".

The sky is above, and the earth is below; above is the blue sky, below is the thick soil; the sky is the master of creation, and the earth is the house of nourishment; the sky governs all things, and the earth contains all things.

Because heaven and earth have established the position of up and down, the Bagua uses the two symbols of Qian and Kun to represent heaven and earth, high and low, far and near, up and down, noble and cheap.

Heaven is superior and earth is inferior, which does not mean that the earth is one level lower than the sky, but that the sky is high and the earth is low, and the sky is far and the earth is close.

The congenital gossip determines the upper and lower with the heaven and the earth, and distributes the six major phenomena of the sun, the moon, the mountains, and the thunder and wind between the heaven and the earth.

If we compare the "positioning of heaven and earth" with human nature, it is the positioning of couples, with Qian as male and Kun as female, which represent the sympathy between heaven, earth, universe, yin and yang.

From the perspective of hexagram images, the Qian hexagram corresponds to the Kun hexagram, the Dui hexagram corresponds to the Gen hexagram, the Li hexagram corresponds to the northern Kan hexagram, and the Zhen hexagram corresponds to the Xun hexagram.

From the perspective of hexagrams, each group of hexagrams has three yin and three yang.

Therefore, the enlightenment brought to us by the innate Bagua is the balance of yin and yang, which means that the way of heaven and earth is the way of balance.

Xuan Chen could not spread lotus flowers with his tongue like a sage preaching, arousing visions such as flowers falling from the sky and golden lotuses bursting from the ground, but he also imparted his insights on yin and yang and gossip without reservation, and spoke out without reservation.

After speaking, everyone seemed to have realized something, and even I nodded in approval.

"What do you think is a saint? Or how to become a saint?"

The saint is the pinnacle of the prehistoric practice at present, the realm that countless practitioners hope to achieve, but it is not just the realm.

A saint has no name, a god has no merit, and a perfect man has no self.

"Disciples believe that a saint must achieve the Three Lis in order to be a saint."

"What is Sanli?" I asked.

“The three establishments should be establishing virtue, establishing merit, and establishing reputation.”

"To establish morality means morality, and to establish noble morality; to perform meritorious service means to make contributions to all beings in the world, such as establishing a great teaching like the three saints to obtain merit; to establish words means to put forward speeches with insight, such as the way of inaction, such as The way of interpretation is like the way of cutting off the sky." Xuan Chen replied.

"Then how do you think we can establish morality, meritorious service, and integrity?" Lao Tzu asked again.

"People should have three views: see the heaven and the earth, see all sentient beings, and see themselves. See the heaven and the earth, and know reverence, so they are humble; see all living beings, know mercy, so they are tolerant; see themselves, and know the way home, so they are open-minded."

"If you want to be virtuous, meritorious, and expressive, you must first see the world, all living beings, and yourself." Xuan Chen thought for a while and replied.

Everyone looked at the two people asking and answering questions, but they were all confused and could not understand the true meaning.

Only the three saints and Xuan Chen knew that this was a reminder to themselves, to cultivate the Tao first and cultivate the mind first.

Hearing Xuanchen's answer, Lao Tzu couldn't help laughing and said, "Shan, if you can figure this out, there is great hope."
