I can talk to my internal organs

Chapter 36 1 day also has 4 seasons

Chapter 36

Afternoon time always seems a little short.

After Wang Li left, no second patient came to the hospital.

As meal time approached, Lu Jiu also closed the clinic.

After returning home and having dinner, I read Huangdi Neijing at home.

After these two days of improvement, Lu Jiu's understanding of the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic has deepened a bit.

This feeling was even more profound when he reread Huangdi Neijing.

For example, in the opening chapter of the "Huangdi Neijing" Suwen·Four Atmospheres, "Spring and March, this is called Chen Chen. The heaven and the earth are born together, and all things are prosperous. Sleeping at night and getting up early, walking in the courtyard, being slowed down, so that the will can be born. Do not kill when you are born, don't take away when you are born, and don't take away when you are rewarded. This is the response to the spring energy, and the way to maintain health; if it is against it, it will hurt the liver. Summer is cold, and there are few people who serve the elders."

"Summer and March, this is called Fanxiu. Heaven and earth qi intertwine, all things are beautiful and fruitful. Sleeping at night and getting up early, being insatiable with the sun, making the will not angry, making the Huaying beautiful, and making the qi vent. If the love is outside, this summer qi should be the way to grow up. If it is against it, it will be sad. Autumn is malaria, and the recipients are few, and the winter solstice is seriously ill."

"In autumn and March, this is called peace. The weather is anxious, the earth's qi is bright, lie down early and get up early, and the rooster will thrive together, so that the will will be peaceful, the autumn punishment will be slowed down, the spirit will be restrained, the autumn qi will be calm, there is no other ambition, and the lung qi will be clear. This autumn qi should be the way to nourish and harvest; if it is against it, it will hurt the lungs, and winter will be the vent, and there are few people who serve it."

"Winter and March, this is called closed storage. Water and ice ground, do not disturb the sun, lie down early and get up late, and wait for the sun, so that the will will be concealed, if there is selfish intention, if there is gain, it will be warm when the cold is gone, and the skin will not be vented, and the qi will be seized. This response to winter qi is also the way to nourish and store; if it is against it, it will damage the kidneys, and spring will be impotence, and few people will live."

What does this mean?
In spring and March, it is called the time when old things grow old and new life sprouts. At this time, people should go to sleep at night and get up early to make their spirits happy, open their minds, and promote hair growth. If it is against the spring energy, the liver will be damaged, and cold syndrome will occur in summer.

March in summer is the time when all things in nature are lush and beautiful. The weather drops, the earth’s air rises, the air of heaven and earth intersects, plants bloom and grow vigorously, people should keep the air flow unobstructed, vent freely, be outgoing, and maintain the long summer air, so as to maintain the heart.

In autumn and March, all things in nature are mature and calm. People should act like chickens, maintain a peaceful mind, and slow down the impact of the killing air in autumn on the human body. If it violates the autumn harvest air, diarrhea will occur in winter.

In winter and March, life is lurking and all things hibernate. People should go to bed early and wake up late, so that the mind is closed and stored inside, and the skin should not be vented to cause the loss of yang energy. If the closed qi is violated, the kidneys will be damaged, and the supply of spring qi will be insufficient. When spring comes, impotence symptoms will occur, that is, limb weakness, poor movement, shortness of breath and other problems.

The health knowledge we often hear, such as nourishing the liver in spring, nourishing the heart in summer, nourishing the lungs in autumn, nourishing the kidney in winter, and nourishing the spleen in four seasons, these theories come from the "Huangdi Neijing".

In the past, Lu Jiu just read it a few times, but now he revisited it again, not only understood some principles, but also deepened his understanding of health preservation.

Why do people nowadays not only get sick more, but also get sick strangely?
Part of the reason is that we live without observing the laws of the changing seasons.

You make me grow hair in spring, I don’t like it, I just stay at home and sleep late, you make me sweat in summer, then I squat at home and turn on the air conditioner, I lose even a drop of sweat!

Can this kind of lifestyle of fighting against God have good results?

Not to mention the four seasons of the year, but also the four seasons of the day.

In 24 hours a day, spring is from [-] am to [-] am, summer is from [-] am to [-] pm, autumn is from [-] pm to [-] pm, and winter is from [-] pm to [-] am.

At the same time, 24 hours also correspond to 24 solar terms, which is the meridian flow theory. Therefore, the ancients follow the sunrise and work day by day, and many of them get up at [-]:[-] in the morning and go to sleep at [-]:[-] in the evening.

Of course, it is common for those who like to sleep late to sleep until four or five o'clock.

But if it exceeds six or seven o'clock, it is basically equivalent to staying out of bed.

But if this kind of routine was changed to the present, it would definitely be getting up early.

However, the times are developing, and it is difficult for modern people to live like the ancients, so there is no need to force them to live like the ancients.

Trying to go to bed before eleven o'clock at night and getting up at six or seven o'clock in the morning is already a very good way of keeping in good health.

If you abandon all these and insist on thinking that as long as you sleep enough time, you can sleep however you want, then everyone has a different opinion.

After reading the chapter on the Four Atmospheric Conditions, Lu Jiu turned to the next chapter. In fact, as long as you read the "Huangdi Neijing" carefully, you will find that it contains some simple and easy-to-understand knowledge.

There is nothing fancy about its writing, it's all about describing established facts.

The research on the internal organs of the human body, the evolution of diseases, and the influence of the air of heaven and earth on people are all too absolute.

It's as if there is no need to question it anymore!
In fact, this is indeed the case. After thousands of years, Chinese medicine practitioners are still studying the "Huangdi Neijing". Its status seems to be somewhat similar to the three laws of physics. All medicine in later generations is derived from this basis.

That's pretty remarkable.

Thousands of years ago, how did the ancients study the color, shape, function, and even meridian and acupuncture points of the internal organs.

Some people say that it was discovered through anatomy and research on a large number of corpses, while others say that it was observed and recorded by practitioners through internal observation.

The former seems to be in line with the current scientific understanding, but anyone who has studied Chinese medicine knows that a person lives with one breath, and when a person dies, the breath dissipates. Without the breath, how can the meridians and acupoints be found?
The latter is a bit fantasy. How can a person be able to look inside his internal organs? How is that different from cultivating immortals?
Therefore, to this day, although the "Huangdi Neijing" is highly respected by traditional Chinese medicine, it is still an unsolved mystery where the theories in it come from.

Of course, some Chinese medicine practitioners in the medical field tend to look inside, that is, they can achieve the level of "inside looking" through self-cultivation.

This Lu Jiu has always been skeptical, because this kind of conjecture is too subjective.

Even if someone can do introspection, they can only do what they say, they can only have hypotheses, they can't verify it, and naturally they can't get a scientific result.

Unless, Lu Jiu can do it one day!

However, he has not found the so-called cultivation method so far. If there is, he is willing to try it. Anyway, whether it is true or not is not a loss for him.

An hour later, Lu Jiu put down his books and rested for a while, and then began to practice the Longevity Kungfu among the Eight Vajra Kungfu.

Another hour passed after this practice.

After taking a brief rest, Lu Jiu went straight to bed after washing up.

Time, 41:[-].

The life of a Chinese medicine doctor is like this. It may seem a bit boring to others, but to Lu Jiu, it is a sweet treat.

Without the pressure of life, without introversion in the workplace, without mental oppression, this kind of life is the life he dreamed of after working in the hospital for two years.

Of course, if you want to maintain this kind of life, you must earn enough 20.

In two days, more than 500 have been credited, and it is far from the goal of 20 a year. It can only be said that there is a long way to go!

[Patient Qiao Ling, qi and blood deficiency has recovered by 10%, cold syndrome has recovered by 55%, and symptoms have recovered by more than [-]%, activate the general reward, do you want to receive it?Symptomatic recovery progress exceeds [-]%, activate skill rewards, do you want to receive it? 】
