Chapter 305: Hanging Chime in the Western Mountains, Tiger Roars, and Monkeys Ming

Chapter 305: Hanging Chime in the Western Mountains, Tiger Roars, and Monkeys Ming
Zen Master Zhenyou looked at Qi Jingzhi with a smile, his eyes pointed directly at people's hearts, as if he had seen through the young man's mind.

"You two brothers can rest assured that this Tiger Clothes Heart Mantra does not have any hidden agenda and is absolutely beneficial and harmless. Even when you enter the Demon-Conquering Well in the future, you can make it clear to the Master of the Demon-Conquering Hall in advance so that there will be no taboos."

The old monk seemed to be very sure that in the future Qi Jingzhi would definitely go into the demon-fuming well and see the remnant spirit of Sheng Xin, and the master of the demon-fuming hall would definitely agree to teach him the Dharma.

At this point, Qi Jingzhi can only take one step at a time.

In fact, to be fair, if there were not so many right and wrong involved, the Huyi Heart Mantra is indeed very consistent with Qi Huchan's character and path, and even has reference points for Xinzhu Dinghuo and Honglu Dinghuo in Xianyu Mountain.

However, along the way, the young man heard and saw many ways of cultivation. Why was he still unclear about the pros and cons?
Once you incorporate the Tiger Yi Heart Mantra into your own path, you will definitely be related to the lineage of the so-called Sacrificial Yajiang III Ming King in the future.

Therefore, Qi Jingzhi would never take the initiative to practice this Buddhist mantra, but he saw Qi Huchan's half-hearted attempt and did not intend to interfere.

Even if he is the elder brother, he should not take over everything and even dictate or block the younger brother's path. Just like when Qi Huchan refused to become the god of the Lingtai, he immediately agreed. He treated the young monk as an independent person. The creatures came to treat.

Zen Master Zhenyou's eyes were still so penetrating, and he could see the subtle changes in the young man's brows.

He immediately laughed and said: "I know how dissatisfied you are in your heart. You are born with a fierce temperament, unwilling to be humiliated and suffer losses, but you are also cautious and forbearing. When necessary, you can temporarily restrain your sharp edges, hide your claws, and be patient. Waiting for the opportunity of revenge..."

Hearing this, Qi Jingzhi couldn't help but feel shocked.

What Zen Master Zhenyou said was so sincere. Before today, the only people who had such insight into his temperament were my grandfather and the master, but now they have to add the lecturer monk of Fuya Temple in front of him.

Thinking of this, Qi Jingzhi grinned and said: "Zen Master is known as chanting sutras to tigers. Do you also want to preach sutras to Qi today?"

The smile on the old monk's face in the tiger-skin skirt grew brighter: "This is the happiest thing in my life as a poor monk! But if the poor monk is willing to speak, is the donor willing to listen?"

Qi Jingzhi was speechless and laughed: "What did the Zen Master say? I once heard someone say that when the Zen Master recited sutras to tigers in the past, all the tigers listened quietly and one tiger fell asleep alone. The Zen Master then clasped the sleeping tiger's head with Iron Ruyi and shouted It's 'why not listen to the scriptures'..."

"This is very similar to what Zen Master just did when he forcibly taught his younger brother the Tiger Clothes Mantra. Could it be that now that Mr. Qi says he doesn't want to listen, the Zen Master won't teach it?"

The young man paused and his eyes fell on the old monk's tiger skin skirt: "I just don't know where Zen Master's Tie Ruyi is hidden?"

"Hey! Don't look around, you little kid!" the old monk in the tiger skin skirt screamed.

"Everything that goes well is what you want, what you want, all business, what heaven and earth want, everything is what you want! The poor monk's iron wishful thinking is not in his crotch, but in his heart!"

After the old monk finished speaking, he stretched out his right hand and slowly clasped his five fingers into claws, leaving the palm hollow.

Immediately afterwards, no one could see how he moved, and a loud "clang" sound came out from his palms again, which was deafening and far-reaching.

This sound suddenly penetrated the hearts of everyone, and turned into all kinds of mysterious scriptures and Sanskrit chants by Buddha. Everyone was different and heard it.

The Shang Yang family on Qi Jingzhi's Ruo Mu Ling Platform was immediately alarmed, and instinctively resisted with the sound of bells and drums, the sound of bells and the wind of pine trees.

For a time, the black and yellow qi of heaven and earth above and below the spiritual platform were aroused, creating a brilliant atmosphere of harmony between heaven and earth.

Although the Buddha's Sanskrit sounds are strong, they are like water without a source or a tree without roots in this small world. Facing the sounds of Shang Yang's bells and drums, they appear weak, or they may have actively chosen to show weakness.

In short, there was only a brief contact between the two parties. The Buddha sang the Sanskrit and chose to retreat. At the same time, he moved away from the center and the north and south sides of the spiritual platform, and turned to the west of the spiritual platform to condense into a red-gold bronze chime, and another black light shimmering. Tie Ruyi is accompanied by Tie Ruyi.

The bronze chime is the head and the iron Ruyi is the forehead, vaguely showing the shape of an evil tiger.

Seeing that this uninvited guest occupied the west and had no intention of taking over his own territory, the Shang Yang family, who had not yet fully developed his mind, gradually calmed down. On the contrary, the angry-eyed green-feathered crane in the center could no longer suppress his anger.

Its bloody eyes widened, and it suddenly flew up, grabbed the jade chime of tiger evil from the Mysterious Mirror of Heaven and Earth, and immediately pounced to the west, trying to touch the tiger evil of the jade chime with the tiger evil of the copper chime.

However, the originally expected fight did not happen. The copper-headed and iron-breasted evil tiger was really just a shadow. It was blown away by the strong wind fanned by the green-feathered crane with angry eyes and disappeared.

The bronze chime and Tie Ruyi lowered their bodies again, and actually actively integrated into the tiger-shape jade chime. They seemed to be in response to what Zen Master Zhenyou said just now: "Buddhism's teaching must be in accordance with the master of the world."

Quietly, a passage of scripture was engraved on the outer wall of the jade chime: "Invisible and imageless, the whole is hollow. Responding to the nature of things, the chime hangs on the west mountain." There is also a sixteen-character inscription on the handle of the chime hammer. : "Tiger roars and apes chirp, the water is clear and the river is calm. The rivers and seas turn upside down, and you devote your life to your destiny."

With the blessing of these inscriptions, the set of rare treasures such as the tiger evil jade chime has a brave and sturdy charm.

Qi Jingzhi was keenly aware of the changes taking place on Ruo Mu's spiritual platform, and immediately looked at the old monk in tiger skin skirt in front of him: "What does this mean, Zen master?"

Zen Master Zhenyou grinned: "This is a "Secret Teaching Song" that the poor monk accidentally picked up while traveling. Although it is a Taoist elixir, it is very helpful to the poor monk's Tiger Zen, so he has great respect for the Taoist sages in his heart. Affection."

"Today I saw that Hunting Heart was so happy that I gave it to a talented Taoist man. It was barely returned to its original owner. I only hope that Colonel Qi can calm down the fury of thunder and put an end to the power of tigers and wolves. From now on, the two families will shake hands and make peace, and will not do any unnecessary things. Fight."

"If Captain Qi still feels dissatisfied, just come here from now on and let the poor monk be beaten and scolded. I just ask Captain Qi not to embarrass the juniors of this temple and young people like Zuo Yaoshi who are committed to Buddhism."

Qi Jingzhi was silent when he heard the words.

Although the two brothers ate with their mouths full of oil, they were still a little bit upset about the experience of being forced to the table by the cook just now.

It's just that he is a reasonable person after all, and he really can't do it if he puts down his chopsticks and scolds the cook, especially since this cook is obviously very skilled...

Just like the Tiger Yi Mantra is not just a few Sanskrit sounds of unknown meaning, the "Secret Instruction Song" is not just a simple 32-character scripture, it can be said to be a subtle statement with great meaning and every word is precious.

For example, the artistic conception contained in the sentence "The chime hangs on the western mountain" is extremely profound and grand.

The mountain is hollow, and its shape is like a human chest; the chime is also hollow, and its shape is like a human lung.

The five elements of the lungs belong to gold and are located in the west. They are at the top of the five internal organs in the human chest and abdomen, just like the golden internal organs hanging on the West Mountain, so it is called the Xishan Xuanqing.

"Song of Teaching Secrets" uses these four characters to refer to the way of breathing and thinking. It means that during the breath, the lungs and even the chest and abdomen will swell, just like the sound of chimes on the mountain, which means emptiness, emptiness and remoteness.

Well, it sounds quite similar to "The crane holds its wings and is as open-minded as the valley" in Xianyushan's "Quegu Shiqi Chapter".

The four characters "tiger roars and monkeys cry" that follow "Xishan Hanging Chime" are even more profound.

There is a spirit in the Western Mountain, which is called the innate white tiger. The sound of chimes in the Western Mountain is called the roar of the tiger.

The divine will of the innate white tiger is the most ferocious and violent. It enters the air holes and concentrates its thoughts in the heart. It is like an ape jumping around all the time. It is called the acquired heart ape, so there is also the sound of an ape's cry.

From Qi Jingzhi's current point of view, these eight short words are clearly a method of eating rosy food and cultivating the mind that is biased towards the golden element. It can make up for the shortcomings of the Ruomu Lingtai where the Western Golden God is currently absent. The wonderful effect of solidifying the foundation.

It's just a tiger's roar. Once the so-called acquired heart ape breeds and neighs in the center of the spiritual platform, I am afraid it will immediately be used as a different kind of firewood and burned into nothingness in the heart candle fire...

Zen Master Zhenyou taught Qi Jingzhi this "Secret Teaching Song" because he probably noticed that he was "violent like a tiger" and had "extremely strong inner fire". At the same time, he also noticed that the west side of his spiritual platform was empty and the foundation had not been firmly established. Come here to look at the food and have a meal, tailoring it to suit your needs.

For the young man who has the inheritance of Immortal Feather Zhengfa, this is naturally not a help in times of need, but it is also the icing on the cake and a good cause.

In view of this, although Qi Jingzhi was not very happy with his meal, he could not scold the cook for his poor skills against his will, not to mention the awkwardness in his heart.

The young man got lucky and finally bowed to the old monk in the tiger skin skirt: "Qi Jingzhi, thank you Zen Master for teaching the Dharma! From now on, as long as the disciples of Fuya Temple do not do evil or start provocations, Qi will never deliberately embarrass them. Please also ask Zen Master Commitment."

The old monk was stunned for a moment and then realized what was happening. The look on his face was very wonderful: "I'm just being polite to you. Do you really want to wait until your cultivation level improves a lot in the future and then come back and beat me up?"

The corners of the young man's mouth were slightly raised, and his tone was sincere: "My two brothers have each mastered a method. If I are lucky enough to get it in the future, I will naturally ask the Zen master for guidance again, just in case there is something I can't master."

When the old monk heard this, he couldn't help but look up at the sky and laugh. His sound was like the roar of a tiger in an empty mountain or the cry of an ape in a deep valley.

After a while, he stopped laughing and uttered one word: "Good!"

My wife just had an operation and I couldn’t finish the big chapter, so I’ll post a small chapter first.
