Chapter 263 The Secret of Longevity

Chapter 263 The Secret of Longevity
"Heavenly Demon Strategies" is scattered among the two sects and six paths of the Demon Sect, so I won't mention it right now, only talk about the formula of longevity that Shen Youzhi has already acquired.

The concept of this Taoist secret book is "the human body is a small world, and the outside world is another world".

As long as one grasps the respective mysteries of these two worlds, the inner and outer worlds will merge into one, reaching the ultimate realm of martial arts where man and nature are united as one.

Undoubtedly, this is the extension of the concept of "Hundred Gods in the Body" of the Taoist Shangqing School.

And Shen Youzhi's "Six Lights Magical Art" deduced after learning from others' strong points, is in line with the concept of "inner light to oneself, outer light to the world".

This coincides with the concept of "the human body is small and the nature is big" mentioned in the formula of longevity.

At this time, if he gets the "Longevity Secret", then his goal of cultivating the innate energy will have a feasible direction.

This is undoubtedly his most important goal at present, and it is also the last treasure among the three treasures of spirit, energy and spirit, which is related to the foundation of immortality.

But, how to practice this mysterious and simple formula of longevity?
This question is not even answered in the original book.

It has been clearly stated in the original book: The formula of longevity is not a secret book of martial arts, but a Taoist method of health preservation and Qi training.

What Kou Zhong and Xu Ziling practiced was not pure longevity formula either.

Because the two of them use the "Nine Profound Dafa" martial arts true qi to operate the qi circulation route of the longevity formula.

This is a fatal move for going crazy, but the two of them didn't know martial arts at that time, and newborn calves were not afraid of tigers, so they ignored the pain of going crazy and forced to practice. The "Longevity True Qi" that belongs to them is released.

That's why it is said in the original book that even the author of the formula of longevity doesn't know what the two of them have mastered.

What Shen Youzhi is pursuing now is not martial arts, but immortality, so naturally he can't practice like the double dragons in the original book.

Apart from the general outline, there are seven diagrams in the Secret of Longevity. After reading it, Shen Youzhi can confirm that the first five blessings belong to the five elements, while the last two represent yin and yang.

A lone yang does not grow, and a lone yin does not grow, so practicing any one of the yin and yang images alone will result in death.

In the original book, Kou Zhong practiced the sixth picture to Yin, while Xu Ziling practiced the seventh picture to Yang.

This is also a mortal situation.

However, Ssangyong's luck was extraordinary, and the two not only got along day and night, but also crossed each other's qi many times to heal their wounds, and accidentally caused the two sides' true qi to converge, forming a harmonious pattern of yin and yang, which was a coincidence to resolve the deadlock.

Since it is impossible to practice any one of the pictures alone, what is the correct way to practice the formula of longevity?
Although it is not mentioned in the original book, Shen Youzhi feels that it can be analyzed from the compilation structure and intention of this Taoist classic:

There are seven pictures in the Jue of Longevity, and the five pictures corresponding to the five elements in the front are used to cultivate the acquired five elements' qi, and use this as the foundation to evolve the innate yin and yang qi.

After completing the cultivation of the first five pictures, the yin and yang of the human body are already extremely pure. At this time, you can start to practice the last two pictures representing yin and yang.

Naturally, the exercise routes in the last two pictures are not based on "martial arts true qi", but on different routes based on "yin and yang two qi", so that they are continuously blended in the limbs and bones of the human body, evolving into a congenital qi .

To sum up, the practice concept of the Jue of Longevity is to evolve the qi of the five elements of the future into the yin and yang, and use this to derive the qi of the innate.

Congenital qi is the original qi that gives birth to heaven, earth, and all things. It is a basic element that constitutes everything in the world, and it is also the primordial qi in the "three elements".

There is a saying in Ziyang Zhenren's "Enlightenment to the Truth": Dao produces a qi from nothingness, and yin and yang are produced from a qi.

From the way of nothingness, to the innate one qi, and then the innate one qi evolves into the yin and yang two qi, and the yin and yang two qi are derived from the acquired five elements.

This is the process in which the natural world degenerates from innate to acquired, that is, congenital to acquired.

The same goes for people.

When everyone is born, there is a trace of innate energy brought from the mother's body in the body.

For ordinary people who do not understand the method of cultivation, the innate qi in their body will not grow, but will only be worn away as the years go by.

When the innate qi species are exhausted, that is when the lamp of death goes out.

Generally speaking, this process is irreversible.

And if mortals want to live forever and attain the Tao, they will undoubtedly reverse this process, returning from acquired to innate.

In the words of physics, in the natural state, a closed system is always in the process of increasing entropy, and in order to achieve entropy reduction, an external force must do work on the system.

It is undoubtedly a process of entropy reduction that people want to rebel against nature from the day after tomorrow, and naturally it also needs the help of external forces.

So, how does this "external force" come from, and how does it work on the "closed system" of the human body?

The "Longevity Jue" compiled by Master Guangcheng gives the answer: from the five elements of the acquired qi, the yin and yang qi evolves, and the yin and yang qi reverses back to the innate qi.

This is undoubtedly the Taoist orthodox way of "returning the day after tomorrow to the day after tomorrow".

Therefore, the formula of longevity is indeed not a classic of martial arts, but a real Taoist method of training Qi, and it is an introductory guide to returning to the innate and opening the immortal way of longevity.

Ordinary people, if they want to practice this ancient book correctly, they must follow the steps, starting from the acquired five-element qi in the first five pictures, until the practice is complete, and the yin and yang qi in the body are fully filled, and then they can start to practice the last two pictures .

However, Shen Youzhi is different from ordinary people. With his own wisdom, he has created the unparalleled "Liu Zhao Shen Gong", and he has cultivated his own yin and yang to the extreme.

Although his original purpose was to cultivate the physical body, Yin and Yang Qi are only auxiliary tools for cultivation.

But the same goal by different routes, he still comprehended the essence of the first five pictures of the formula of longevity by himself.

That's why now he can skip the previous steps and directly practice the last step—returning the yin and yang qi to the innate qi.

This is the method of practicing essence, but it just laid the foundation of the method of practicing Qi. From this, it can also be seen that the relationship between the three "essence, energy and spirit" is really close, a trinity, inseparable.

But if you want to embark on the immortal path of longevity, you must integrate these three, realize the "three flowers gather at the top", and bear the fruit of the innate dao.

Although he analyzed the cultivation method of "The Secret of Longevity", Shen Youzhi didn't plan to practice it immediately just to be on the safe side.

He was going to find someone to translate the general outline of the preface of the formula of longevity, and then compare it with his own thoughts, and then start to practice after confirming that it is correct.

There are 3000 glyphs in the book "Longevity Jue", of which only [-] glyphs have been deciphered by people who have read through the past dynasties, and there are more than [-] characters that cannot be identified.

And if you want to translate all the remaining 3000 oracle bone inscriptions that are illegible, you will undoubtedly need to find a pedantic and talented person.

And looking at the whole world, perhaps only one person has this ability.

Shen Youzhi already had a candidate in her heart.

Now, the "Secret of Longevity" does not require him to bother.

But if he wants to get the most important "Heavenly Demon Strategy", Shen Youzhi needs to make a good plan.

There are ten volumes in "Tian Mo Ce", but due to wars, natural disasters and other reasons, they were scattered and lost. Now there are only six volumes left, which fall into the two sects and six ways of the Momen headed by the Yin Gui sect.

If you want to get the full version of "Tian Mo Strategies", you will undoubtedly have to turn the entire Demon Gate upside down.

Momen has a long history and a long history. It is a collection of nine schools and ten schools other than Confucianism after Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty "removed a hundred schools of thought and only respected Confucianism".

Today, there are not only top masters such as "Evil King" Shi Zhixuan and "Empress of Yin" Zhu Yuyan among the Demon Sect, but also countless master-level masters, which must not be underestimated.

Shen Youzhi had a lot of thoughts, and soon finalized her plan.

He reached out and touched the head of "Wusheng Monkey Boy" on his shoulder, and his figure disappeared into the deep valley in an instant.
