Chapter 47 Hard Power

Chapter 47 Hard Power

The Ford drove into the Marietta business district, and Martin called Bruce: "Old Bu? Are you going through the back door?"

Bruce replied angrily: "What do you want me to do? To do bad ass?"

Martin said: "Come out for dinner, Rosario Restaurant, I treat you."

Bruce said unceremoniously, "I'm going to bankrupt you."

Martin entered the restaurant and found a quiet booth. After waiting for more than ten minutes, Bruce hurried in and sat opposite.

The two ordered some Mexican-style dishes casually, and talked while eating.

Martin took out a check and pushed it over: "It's for you."

Martin said simply, "I made some money at the Women's Society, you did my ass thing, take it."

Bruce was no longer polite, and put away the check: "I asked you for debt two months ago, and now I'm charging you, is there something wrong?"

"This is the difference between a smart person and a civilized person. You are just a civilized person, but I am a smart and civilized person." Martin said, eating black pepper beef in a leisurely manner, "I am not going to do the bartender's job. .”

Bruce knew that Martin was only in the House of Beasts to make money: "It's fine if you don't do it. It's no good to get in touch with him. You've been here for a long time. Maybe one day you will really accompany me to be a scavenger."

He turned to ask: "What are you going to do? Are you going to be an actor?"

Martin roughly said: "There's a crew coming from Hollywood, and I've got one of the producers. I should be able to get a role, and I need to make some preparations."

Bruce surprised: "Damn, you sold your ass to the producer?"

"Wake up, old Bu, you are the one who likes to go through the back door!" Martin held his head upright, and said with a dignified tone, "I conquered the producer in the audition with my strength! Hard power, do you understand?"

Bruce felt that this was wrong, but he couldn't say it: "Are you so powerful?"

Martin sneered: "The earth could explode."

Bruce sneered: "I know, lying on my back and thinking I fucked the whole universe."

"Tell me about you, a civilized scavenger." Martin changed the subject and reminded appropriately: "Don't die, you stinky shit, I won't go to your funeral."

Bruce is very optimistic: "You said that shit and shit can last forever. When you become a big star, I will be your bodyguard."

Martin replied, "That's it."

After dinner, Bruce wanted to pick up Monica, and Martin went to the community theater not far away to tell the director the good news.

In the office, Jerome suppressed the excitement in his heart and pretended to be calm and confident: "I haven't exerted my strength yet, you've done it, Martin, you've done a good job."

The troupe has the line of Robert Patrick. With Martin's current level, whenever there is a chance, he can't miss it: "Director, you don't need to take action for such a trivial matter."

Jerome said to himself that all the people in the troupe added up did not make him feel at ease: "Well, Martin, I formally nominate you as the deputy director of the troupe."

The group leader didn't mention the remuneration, and Martin didn't ask, but said, "I'll call you when the crew is auditioning."

Jerome took out a few magazines: "Variety Show and Entertainment Weekly, it contains the latest developments in the film and television industry, take it."

Back in the car, Martin took out his phone and was about to call Vincent Lee, but after thinking about it carefully, it was better to say it in person.

He and Vincent have no conflicts at this stage.

Martin called and asked, drove to the club, went up to the second floor and entered Vincent's office.

"Boss, I received an important role in a Hollywood crew." He directly explained the purpose of his visit: "I need to make a lot of preparations, and I don't have time to come back at night."

Vincent lifted his cowboy hat, stared at Martin for a moment, and said, "I still want to spend these few days busy, raise your salary a bit more, and officially serve as the club's deputy manager."

Seeing that he misunderstood the meaning, Martin said again: "Boss, this has nothing to do with position and salary. I have always wanted to be an actor. This opportunity is very rare."

Vincent was silent for a short while, thinking of Martin's way of bringing hot customers, he just hugged the feminist thigh tightly and continued to do it.

There was not much interest involved between the two parties, and Vincent made a decision: "Martin, the club welcomes you back at any time."

After Martin left the office, he asked Dana, the accountant, to settle this week's salary. When he came to the hall, the Boys' group was practicing dancing on the stage.

We've been together for many days, and now we're leaving, we always have to say something.

When a dance was over, before Martin could speak, these good boys ran over, and Hart yelled, "Ma Zhen, Ma Zhen! That's amazing, do it now!"

He yelled excitedly: "Father Martin, teach us, our tip will definitely explode the panties."

Carrington asked: "Father Martin, next time Ma Zhen, can you let us observe and study closely?"

Martin pushed the two guys away, without joking with them, and said, "I just quit my job."

"Why?" Hart's thoughts turned quickly, and he stared at Carrington: "It's you, Martin's father always wanted a daughter, why don't you go for the operation, let Martin's father down!"

Carrington reacted a little slower: "Didn't you perform the operation?"

Another Sportsman who had been an extra asked, "Are you going to be an actor?"

Martin nodded slightly.

Hart breathed a sigh of relief: "Guys, we can't stop Papa Martin from marching into the San Fernando Valley, which is a sacred place! Jenna Jameson, Nikki Anderson, Jessica Drake are all waiting for Papa Martin patronize."

He looked at Martin: "You go first, make a way out, and be sure to bring your sons, let's have a big party at the House of the Beast and the Sacred Valley."

Martin pointed to these guys: "I shouldn't be talking nonsense to you."

Everyone chattered for a while, Martin checked the time, left the club, and returned to Clayton.

Around the community, the number of black people has increased significantly.

All the spots where white people sold grass were occupied by black people.

The Martin pulled into the backyard, picked up the box on the back seat, and went to Carter's house.

As soon as he entered the door, he heard Elena's familiar greeting: "Idiot, didn't you go to the club?"

"Not going for now." Martin threw the cup to Elena: "I'll give you one."

Elena unpacked the outer packaging, and threw the kettle on the table: "I've used the real thing countless times, why would I want a fake one? It's not hard enough, and it's not hot enough."

Martin praised: "You are so right!"

He pulled out his chair and sat down, took out two checks: "This is the gift for you."

Elena looked down: "What do you mean, you idiot plan to keep me?"

Martin was helpless: "Think about it with your small brain capacity, why should I spend money when I can get it for free?"

Elena raised her middle finger.

Martin said: "One of the rewards for the kettle business is your labor fee, and the other is for idiot Lily."

Elena put it away unceremoniously: "Don't tell Lily, her idiot doesn't need money."

Martin picked up the water bottle and wanted to poke it on Lily's face, but Lily grabbed it and said, "Giving it to me? Can I take it to school?"

Elena came over and snatched the water bottle: "This is mine, no one can move it!"

Lily argued: "You use the real one, but I can't use the fake one?"

With a bang, the world is quiet.

After dinner, Martin went back to the next door, flipped through the character script given by Louise, and studied it seriously.

There is nothing less to prepare for.
