The scriptures mainly describe the twelve subtle upper vows that Medicine Buddha made when he practiced in the causal place. In fact, Medicine Buddha made immeasurable and boundless great vows.

"The third part is merit. In layman's terms, it has practical effects. If it is useless for your physical and mental improvement, your life and practice, then what's the use of learning it?

"Another example is some people, who were looked down upon by others because of their poverty since they were young. They secretly determined to live a good life to show those people, and let them know that they misunderstood the person. Since then, they have been working hard, although they have proved successful through hard work ; But this person still has to be strong, and finally tires himself like a dog. Tired, he dare not rest, and he doesn’t understand his own strange pattern. This person has also forgotten the ambition he made back then. Aspiration is the wish .”

"The fourth part, sutra. Shutara in Sanskrit, translated as Sutra. The upper part is about the truth of reality, and the lower part is about the roots of all living beings. Another meaning is to penetrate, like a silk thread that runs through flowers into a garland. The sutra , is to run through the chapters and sentences as a whole. Another meaning is that the past and the present are unchanged.
