Chapter 46: Thief, Robber, Villain

Chapter 46: Thief, Robber, Villain
chaos.

A broken world beyond.

A rift connected with the present world was opened, and Hephaestus walked out.

The divine brilliance pours into the chaos overwhelmingly, dispelling disorder and bringing light.

Then, these radiances from Hephaestus continued to penetrate deeply, illuminating his way forward.

Countless piles of ruins of the world are revealed, they are dilapidated, and together they form a painting with a very incomplete aesthetic.

Hephaestus walked forward, this world has been explored, and it is time to go to the next world.

This takes a certain amount of time.

These broken worlds seem to be stacked on top of each other, but they are not quite.

In the chaos, there is no concept of up, down, left, right, and time. Everything is Hephaestus' own subjective cognition.

He believes that there should be time and space, so there is, and he uses his own thoughts to label these broken worlds that already exist, so that they can be easily understood.

In fact, these broken worlds are like fish swimming in a sea without sea surface and bottom. How to distinguish their positions depends on where you stand and observe.

And no matter where you stand, you can think that you are standing on the surface of the sea, and what you think is below is the bottom of the sea.

Up and down are not absolute, the relationship between these broken worlds is like this, they are not one over another, but floating in a specific position.

"This time, I hope to gain something."

Hephaestus took a deep breath and pulled himself together.

The more you know, the more you are in awe.

The boundless chaos is the world of the gods. It seems to have no definite limit, it seems to be infinitely vast and infinitely high.

Hephaestus sometimes wondered whether the present world in the eyes of mortals was the chaos in the eyes of gods. Because of his smallness and low ability, he could never know the essence of the world.

Does chaos really have no boundaries?Or is it because the god itself is too small to find its boundary?
If the present world was created by gods, what about chaos?Where did it come from?

Is there a being infinitely larger than the gods who created it?Where did that existence that was countless times more magnificent than the gods come from?

Everything is intertwined, and the answer is unknown.

If you haven't reached that height, you're just looking at the flowers in the fog after all, relying entirely on imagination and guesswork.

but.

"It won't always be like this."

Hephaestus tore open the boundary wall of the world in front of him and stepped into it.

This is already unknown how many times he has explored these broken worlds.

Along the way, many initial guesses and conclusions have been overturned.

Just like these broken worlds, not all of them were destroyed by the person at the end of time, and not all worlds can come to the end as scheduled.

Because there are gods in the world, they have emotions, but they also have power, destruction and creation, but in one thought.

The world gave birth to them, and they wanted to go to chaos, to go further, to become the only true god.

In countless worlds, in endless ages, there are as many secrets as there are gods with lofty aspirations.

Through history, Hephaestus even saw that there is a supreme being standing above time, gathering the power of the whole world, striking the man at the end of time, and interrupting him with a harvesting sickle.

Although his body died, the person at the end of time got nothing.

This also pointed the way for Hephaestus.

It is not enough to have only the highest strength, one must be at the same level as that person in order to have the possibility of defeating the strong with the weak.

Because no matter how ingenious the strategy is, when the disparity in strength is too great, it is just a castle in the air, and it will collapse in a breeze.

So Erebus, the God of Darkness, was right to choose hibernation.

In the world, the deafening and continuous thunder brought back Hephaestus' thoughts.

It was raining heavily all over the world, and the shrill howling came from nowhere.

In the black clouds covering the entire land, the ubiquitous yet flickering electric lights reflected the pale and cool tone of the land that was torn apart like ruins.

From time to time, thunder that connects the sky and the earth outlines on the earth, arousing the ground fire.

Hephaestus listened carefully to the last wail of the dead in the wind. Although the tone was vague, people could understand the meaning expressed in the howl.

The shouts of endless resentment finally merged into one name: "Hemamene!!!"

Hephaestus stretched out his hand, the barrier above his head was opened, and the raindrops fell on his palm.

For a moment, he raised his head and looked up at the sky. The thick thunder and lightning tore through the rain, and there was a moment of light in the dark clouds.

"The whole world is dripping with blood, what a tragedy!"

"It's much worse than being harvested."

"I'm really curious about who you are, so cruel that you sacrifice the creatures of the entire world and the world itself, just to live to the next world."

"Have you been reborn in my world and are preparing for the next reincarnation?"

"However, I seem to have caught you. It's time to wake up from your eternal dream."

The streamer lamp appeared in the hand, and the resentment and obsession that filled the entire fallen world screamed and shouted, scrambling to squeeze into the lampshade of the streamer lamp, they turned themselves into fuel like moths to the flame, fueling the power of the lamp.

A conspicuous ray of light shot from the lamp, pointing out of the world.

Hephaestus strolled in the sky, obviously there was nothing under his feet, but he seemed to be stepping on a ladder, climbing higher and higher, walking farther and farther, until he entered chaos.

In fact, he has long been surprised. Along the way, many worlds are weak and pitiful, without great gods, and some even have no powerful gods of the first level of power. However, these worlds will have one supreme, and there is one and only one.

What's even more strange is that these supreme beings are all women, and the traces of power left behind are surprisingly similar. It is something different from the power of destiny mastered by Crotor and the others, and it seems to belong to these supreme powers alone.

Without exception, the fate of these worlds is quite miserable, the interior is severely broken, and the resentment and wailing of the creatures continue to this day.

Ordinary death does not lead to this effect, only torture, and rather miserable torture has this power.

Hephaestus never minded speculating on others with the most diabolical thoughts.

His first reaction was that someone was smuggled into the country, so he gave up everything and tried to escape the disaster.

"Cut." Hephaestus sneered.

There is no shame in escaping, it is your fault to step on everyone's corpses to rise to the top.

What's more, your hand is stretched too far, there will be endless troubles if you don't interrupt it.

Following the guidance of the light, Hephaestus found the chaos.

A curtain-like darkness stretches across here.

After years of baptism and losing its owner, the quiet night is already quite dilapidated, like a rag with many small holes.

In the depths of the night, there is a temple, on which the power of night and fate remains. This power is quite thin, and maybe tens of thousands of years later, there will be no traces of it.

Hephaestus raised his eyebrows: "It turned out to be you."

"Night Goddess Nix."

"No wonder Erebus did not take you with him when he set foot on the heights."

"I see."
