In fact, it is not at all, it is done by anger, it is done by sadness, it is done by desire...

It’s not that you can’t do these things, it’s that after you do them, you don’t regret it, and you feel in your heart that you did the right thing.

Well, that's what you do from your heart.

However, sentient beings are ignorant and unable to hold on to themselves.
