"This Buddha charm may not come from the Buddhas of Lingshan."

Master's words obviously made the Great Sage a little puzzled, "Isn't that Buddha from Lingshan?"

"No." Fa Hai shook his head and said, "It is not actually the Buddha who exudes this Buddha charm."

"Not a Buddha?"

The Great Sage was even more surprised at once, "Master, although this disciple has just had a brief induction, he thinks that there is no mistake in distinguishing. This Buddha rhyme does not seem to be inferior to Master, and it is not a Buddha. Could it be some great Bodhisattva?"

There is actually no problem with the words of the great sage at first glance, but it is only after careful reading that one can understand its connotation.

It seems that in the cognition of the great sage, only those true Buddhas and great Bodhisattvas of Lingshan can compare with the master in terms of Buddha rhyme.

In fact, this is indeed the case. With Fa Hai's cultivation level, whether he becomes a Buddha or a demon, it is all within a single thought.And it is really based on one's own cultivation, not the fruit status obtained by relying on the Buddha's edict.

Bodhisattvas such as Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva in the Buddhist sect have attained fruition by themselves.

For example, Dingguang Huanxi Buddha and Ma Yuanzun Wangfo are the fruit positions conferred by the Buddha. If there is no Buddha name and no corresponding Taoism, it is like an attic in the sky, which can be broken at a touch.

Fahai saw that Wukong was still guessing wrong, so he said to him: "If the master's induction is correct, then the Buddha's rhyme should be emanating from the relics left by a deceased eminent monk after he passed away."

"Relic?!"

The Great Sage never expected to hear such news from his master, after a brief surprise, the Great Sage suddenly said: "Master, the crime committed by the Wansheng Dragon Palace is probably far from being as simple as colluding with demons. "

Generally speaking, there are two ways to produce relics.

One is that a person with profound Dharma like Guanyin Bodhisattva condenses relics with his own profound Dharma, and such an eminent monk who can condense relics can at least prove the status of Bodhisattva.

The second type is the relics condensed by eminent monks after sitting.

As for those Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the Lingshan Mountain who have been entrusted with the title, they have no relationship with the relics throughout their lives.

And the relic that appeared in the Wanshenglong Palace at this moment does not have the aura of Lingshan Buddhism. As long as you do a little calculation, you can know that it was actually formed before the Buddha founded Lingshan Mahayana Buddhism.

This is also because of the respective characteristics of Mahayana Buddhism and Hinayana Buddhism.

Because the Dacheng Buddha Dharma saves others but not themselves, often the relics they condense are not what they ask for on their own initiative. It is also because of this that monks who truly practice Dacheng Dharma don't pay much attention to the status of Buddhism.

Just like the great Bodhisattvas like Guanyin Bodhisattva, what they seek is to transform sentient beings, not to become a Buddha.And precisely in the process of converting sentient beings, their understanding of Buddhism became more and more profound, thus motivating the merits and virtues accumulated during the conversion of sentient beings, as if "it will come naturally", and they will gather the relics.

The Hinayana Buddhism is different. They believe in crossing themselves first and then others, so the practice of Dharma is condensed within themselves. Although there are some eminent monks who practice Hinayana Buddhism, they have achieved bodhisattva status because of their relics, but they are still a minority.

But in the end it is the same goal by different routes.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva first practiced the Hinayana Dharma, and successfully condensed the relics and obtained the Bodhisattva fruit status. And he also truly realized the teachings of Hinayana Buddhism, first crossing oneself and then crossing others.

So he went down to the underworld and made a great wish-the hell is not empty, and he vowed not to become a Buddha.

However, more eminent monks who practice Hinayana Buddhism are rarely able to condense a relic during their lifetime, but they have a greater chance of leaving a relic after sitting down.

It contains the other party's lifelong perception of Buddhism.

Of course, there are not only these two ways to gather relics.

Just like the World Honored One helped Fa Hai to gather the relics back then, of course, it was also because Fa Hai's own Dharma realm was enough to support him to gather the relics. If he carried the relics forcibly, his spirit and soul would be damaged at least, and he would never be able to progress for life; at worst, his soul would be scattered.

Relics are rare, known in the three worlds.

Every relic is a rare treasure in the Three Realms, but at this moment, one relic appeared in the Ten Thousand Saints Dragon Palace, which undoubtedly aroused Fa Hai's interest.

Although Fa Hai first crushed his own relics for becoming a Buddha, and then used the phantom of the relics that slowly condensed on the westward journey to dissolve the restriction of the Conferred God List in Zishou's soul.
But at this moment, being able to meet a relic left by a Buddhist predecessor, it will inevitably make him a little excited.

This relic is a treasure of Buddhism. Generally speaking, if the relics are left behind after the eminent monks have passed away, they will be enshrined in their ashram.

And what is the relationship between the Wansheng Dragon Palace and Buddhism, now there is a relic hidden in their water mansion, and they have a previous record of colluding with demons, it will inevitably make the Great Sage suspicious, so he said to the master: "Master, after a while, how should we act?"

Fa Hai thought for a while, and said, "We still have to treat people with sincerity, and those who are proud of themselves treat me with sincerity."

The two of them entered the water mansion without hindrance.

Today's Bibotan has been taken over by the elite of the Jiao Demon King. The Great Sage is the sworn brother of their marshal. This time, he came together to hunt down the nine-headed worm. Before leaving, the Jiao Demon King specifically asked him not to return. , everything is at the disposal of Sun Dasheng.

After entering, Fahai saw all the water tribes in the Dragon Palace, surrounded by swordsmen and squeezed together in the center of the hall. Although they were not lynched, seeing their pale complexions, he knew that they were under pressure at the moment. Exactly how big.

After all, one's own life and death are in the hands of others, and they are not warriors who are not afraid of death, how can they not be afraid?
