Chapter 86 [Spiritual Teachings]

Chapter 86 [Spiritual Teachings]

As for the values, it is mainly the quotations of Ma Shao, which are presented in a form similar to "The Analects", such as asking questions on a rainy day, and Ma Shao answers.

The content expressed is almost all scientific, moral and secular, and uses a lot of interesting metaphors. Making good use of metaphors is the basic skill of Ma Whistle as an excellent teacher.

In this entire religious system, the horse whistle is positioned as the "incarnation of light", which originated from the first light that sprouted from the singularity, is the light messenger of the Great Spirit, and is the embodiment of the cosmic order in the world.

From the beginning of creation, he vibrated in the universe in the form of photons - one of the allusions to the duality of waves and particles - until he fell into the flesh and blood of a human being.

As a human body of light and order, the horse post naturally gathers all virtues, including benevolence, justice, bravery, wisdom, friendship and so on.

Of course... the qualities of humility and indifference are also necessary, so this incarnation of light and order must refuse to admit that he has divinity.

This setting provides an excellent defense for the horse sentry. He can criticize religion while enjoying the various auras that religion brings to him.

Since there are incarnations of light and order, there will naturally be incarnations of darkness and chaos.

But there is only one embodiment of order, and there are innumerable embodiments of chaos and evil, because things have a tendency toward spontaneous chaos—one of the implications of the second law of thermodynamics.

As for the incarnations of chaos and evil, the holy scriptures do not explicitly state them, but the pointing is very clear. They are the false gods of other religions and those who use the name of false gods to deceive the public. The characteristics of these false gods and believers are: no wisdom , and not humble enough, as the messenger of the true God, the horse post expounds many truths and invents various technologies, but firmly denies his own divinity. The false gods claim to be the truth, but it is useless.

Because order is far more difficult to obtain than chaos, fairness and justice must always be obtained through struggle, not as it should be, just like sailing against the current, if you do not advance, you will retreat.

There has never been an inevitable savior. Only by practicing and thinking diligently, making unremitting efforts in the chaotic turbulence, and adhering to a pure, heartfelt belief that is not affected by external objects, can human beings move towards the world. A better future... This seems to be a bit of a "liberation theology" in later Latin America.

The scriptures also made a positioning for rainy days.

In the setting, Rainy Day is a keen shaman, he was the first to realize the divinity of the horse post, and became the best friend and first student of the horse post.

By recording and arranging the experience and quotations of the horse post, as well as the revelation of a dream, Rainy Day wrote this scripture to help the light spread in the universe.

There is also a supplementary setting. Ma Shuo denies his divinity, but this holy book was written by a close friend. Out of the virtue of friendship, he did not force the description of his divinity to be deleted.

Late at night, the candlelight in the chief's hall was dim.

"Finally finished." The rainy day yawned, but his eyes were excited as he flipped through the dozens of pages of manuscripts in his hand.

Then he looked up at the horse whistle: "How about it, what is the name of this book, have you figured it out?"

"Let's call it "Lingyu"." Ma Shao said, and wrote down the text at the same time, a semi-original word made up with a bit of mystery in pronunciation.

Rainy Day nodded: "I will teach the "Spiritual Mantra" to every shaman priest, and let them become your most steadfast believers."

Ma Shao seemed to think of something: "By the way, at least three shamans aged between 30 and [-] were carefully selected. The requirements are firm belief, strict self-discipline, outstanding language skills, and proficiency in first aid for trauma."

Rainy day guessed his thoughts: "You want to arrange them into the army?"

"That's right." Ma Shao nodded, "These people are called 'war shamans'. I plan to arrange a war shaman for every hundred to stabilize military discipline and morale, and also work as a military doctor to treat the wounded."

"When the religion changes, the shaman must of course change. In the future, the shaman should be a brave warrior, not just know how to dance to the gods."

The two talked for a while, and asked on a rainy day, "Do you want to preach to whites and blacks?"

Horse whistle: "Of course, since we have created a religion, we will naturally make a full set. But it's not the right time recently. We have to deal with the internal affairs first, stabilize it, and then translate it into English to send beliefs to Clark Town and the world."

……

The spread of the new religion began quickly, and with a ferocious momentum, it conquered the spiritual world of the residents of Sleeping Bear without hindrance.

After all, the religion of the Indians is too primitive and crude, just like their technical level, it can almost be described as unbearable to look directly at.

In the Internet age, anyone who picks anyone at will can casually compose a set of religious theories that outperform Indian beliefs, and even directly extract them from fantasy novels.

"Lingyu" is a product of careful design of horse whistle and rainy days, and borrows many terms from Indian legends. The effect on Indians can be imagined.

Within a few days, some of the content began to spread in Sleeping Bear, such as the divine identity of the horse whistle.

"Chief, I knew you were the messenger of the Great Spirit, the high priest has already told us!" Some soldiers said this during the break of the army training.

"That's right, I've also read "Lingyu"!"

In the past, Ma Shao would naturally blurt out and try to separate himself from ghosts and gods.

He would still do this now, but knowing the result clearly, he inevitably felt a strange sense of shame in his heart.

Just listen to the horse whistle and say: "There are a lot of my teachings in the "Lingyu", you can believe it, but you don't believe those words that praise me. The high priest insists that I have divinity, I can't help it, but I still want to say , I have no divinity, and if I have divinity, so do all men."

Sure enough, the soldiers who heard these words not only did not have their faith weakened, but even more believed in the theory of the "Lingyu".

People were talking more excitedly.

"Sure enough, it is the same as what the high priest told us, the great chief will never admit his divinity!"

"So that's what 'modest' means..."

"Have you ever seen those white missionaries, no matter what sect, no matter what genre, everyone claims to be the spokesperson of the true God, how arrogant!"

"Yeah, how can the real envoys be so arrogant, they don't have the virtue of modesty at all! They are followers of false gods!"

"The noble quality makes the real angels refuse to recognize their own nature; the despicable quality makes the believers of the false gods always regard themselves as the spokesperson of the gods... probably this is the tragedy of faith."

Although he had expected it, he still had a strange feeling when he heard these comments that continued to praise and deify himself.

How should I put it...it's pretty cool.

Marx once said that religion is opium, and horse whistle now has a new understanding of this sentence.

This thing is not only opium for believers, but also seems to be opium for founders.
